The incident happened on Friday evening at Alum Bay New Road, near the Needles. Police confirmed the deaths on Sunday.
Formal identification has yet to take place but the families of those who died have been notified.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said it was carrying out enquiries on behalf of the coroner at an address in Cowes.

The fan's identity was confirmed and he was removed from the stadium, police added. 'We take incidents like this very seriously, and in cases like this we will be proactively seeking football banning orders, with the club, against those responsible,' Chatterton said. Semenyo, who scored both of Bournemouth's goals in the 4-2 loss, later posted further racial abuse that he received online. 'When will it stop,' the 25-year-old Ghana international wrote on his Instagram account. Bournemouth players had consoled Semenyo and an anti-discrimination message was read out to the crowd inside Anfield after the halftime whistle. The Premier League also said it will investigate the incident and 'offer our full support to the player and both clubs.' In a statement, Liverpool said it was aware of the allegation and that it condemns 'racism and discrimination in all forms.' 'The club is unable to comment further as tonight's alleged incident is the subject of an ongoing police investigation, which we will support fully,' it added late Friday.

A Brooklyn construction kingpin apologized to New York taxpayers Friday as he was handed a wrist-slap sentence for funneling illegal donations to Mayor Eric Adams' 2021 campaign. Erden Arkan, 76, the owner of KSK Construction Group in Williamsburg, had faced up to six months behind bars under federal sentencing guidelines, but prosecutors and a probation officer agreed no prison time was warranted. 'I'm simply sorry to the New York taxpayers,' said a rueful Arkan before he was sentenced to one year of probation in Manhattan federal court. Pro bodybuilder Craig Licker dead at 57 as sport experiences its latest tragedy
The pro bodybuilding community said goodbye to another one of its own following the death of Craig Licker. Licker, a Massachusetts native, died earlier in the week, according to multiple reports. The 20-year IFBB pro began his career in 1995 with the Niagara Falls Pro Invitational and the Houston Pro Championship, and after a short bodybuilding sabbatical, returned in 2015 to place 12th in the Chicago Pro and 16th in the Tampa Pro.
