Meghan Markle 's As Ever rosé wine is now available for purchase for a steep price - but it is already sold out.
On Tuesday, the sales for the wine went live, with customers able to purchase three bottles for $90, six bottles for $159, and 12 bottles for $300.
If you bought the six bottle package, Meghan promised that you were receiving 12 per cent off, while a 12-pack gets you a 17 per cent saving.
Daily Mail exclusively revealed this week that the alcoholic beverage is made by Fairwinds Estate, a California winery that creates bespoke wines for celebrities, as they've now added Meghan to their list of clients.
When FEMAIL in New York went to purchase a bundle of the wine, we weren't asked for proof of ID - only our birthday.
In New York State, there are strict rules about the shipping of wine, as 'manufacturers in other states can make direct shipments of wine, distilled spirits, cider, mead, and braggot to New York residents with an Out-of-State Direct Shipper's License,' per the state's website.
The state also requires that the manufacturer must require the customer to represent that they are 21 or older at purchase (and on delivery provide proof that they are 21 years of age or older) and that the alcohol is being purchased for personal use only.
Wine shipped to New York must also be labeled in a specific way, as the package must read, 'signature of person age 21 or older required for delivery.'
So, in New York, you may be able to order the wine online, but you will need to show proof of identity and age in order to accept the package.
But while it may be simple for anyone of age to get their hands on Meghan's As Ever wine, a supplier like Total Wine won't even ship wine to New York State.
Other websites, like Wine Access, however, follow As Ever's lead and only ask for a birthdate upon ordering.
The As Ever wine is the first alcoholic product to be sold under the brand, and will join her current rolodex of raspberry and apricot spreads, cookie mixes, flower sprinkles and herbal teas - all of which received a less-than-perfect review by FEMAIL.
However, Caitlin Jardine, a Social Media Manager at Ellis Digital, previously shared with Daily Mail that The Duchess could risk 'alienating' some fans with the boozy introduction.
Jardine noted that Meghan will be 'entering a highly competitive and established market' that is 'most likely to appeal to a more expansive audience, particularly those who see wine as more than just something to drink but an accessory to their lifestyle.'
'However, having already associated herself with all things wellness, this could alienate some of her fan base who feel as though she is going against her core wellness-centered brand image, different to her existing line of products, with the potential to contradict her values around mindful living,' Jardine explained.
But it is not all bad news for the entrepreneur.
'What it does do is add versatility to her current line of As Ever products, reflecting a more modern, balanced lifestyle,' she shared.
'Rather than one that is more rigid and "clean," it reflects one that is more in tune with her diverse audience and how they live.'
Jardine noted that in the past, Meghan has faced criticism from the public about her lack of relatability - and thinks this new line of rosé could help recover her image.
Meghan's July 1 wine launch is her second in just a matter of weeks.
On June 20, she released a new apricot spread and limited-edition orange blossom honey - but unfortunately, her infamous raspberry spread was nowhere to be found.

A STRUGGLING major car brand has suffered another blow as it has been forced to recall over 440,000 motors. The manufacturer has recalled the motors in the US because of defects that could lead to engine failure. 1 Nissan identified a potential manufacturing defect in a number of its vehicle's engine components. The company said that it could cause engine damage or complete failure, increasing the risk of crash. The recall includes the 2021-2024 Rogue, 2019-2020 Altima, 2019-2022 Infiniti QX50 and 2022 Infiniti QX55. All vehicles have either a three-cylinder, 1.5 litre or four-cylinder, two litre variable compression turbo engine. A majority of the recalled motors are the 2021-2024 Nissan Rogues. Nissan said in its announcement on the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration website: "The engine bearings may have manufacturing defects that can lead to engine failure." The company said dealers will inspect the engine oil pan for metal debris and, if needed, repair or replace the engine for free. For vehicles with a three-cylinder, 1.5 litre VC-Turbo engine, if no debris is found during an inspection, dealers will replace the oil pan gasket, engine oil and reprogram the engine control module. And dealers will replace the engine oil on the four-cylinder engines if no debris is found. Nissan plans to notify dealers in the US starting from July 15 and drivers from August 25. This comes as the struggling car brand has reportedly asked to delay payments to suppliers in a bid to free up funds. The company's new CEO has already confirmed it will be axing hundreds of jobs at a UK factory after reporting £4 billion in losses in the last financial year. Nissan's Sunderland factory will axe 250 jobs as part of a "voluntary leave scheme". The manufacturer announced 20,000 job losses, seven factory closures and a pause on all post-2026 new car developments earlier this year. New Nissan Leaf tested - it's bigger, better and goes further It's part of a restructuring project overseen by new CEO, Ivan Espinosa, after he was appointed in April. Reuters had reported that the company had asked suppliers to allow it to delay payments to free-up some cash in the short-term. According to a source and emails seen by Reuters, Nissan asked suppliers in Britain and the European Union to accept delays in payments. Nissan estimated that it could boost free cash flow by up to $59 million by extending payment terms. It is all part of Nissan's attempt to rebuild in light of their financial difficulties.

Michael Madsen, the US actor known for his roles in Quentin Tarantino 's Reservoir Dogs and Kill Bill, has died at the age of 67. Madsen was found unresponsive in his home in Malibu, California, on Thursday morning after dying from natural causes, according to authorities. Ron Smith, one of his managers, said Madsen had died of a cardiac arrest. 'In the past two years, Michael Madsen has been doing some incredible work with independent film including upcoming feature films Resurrection Road, Concessions and Cookbook for Southern Housewives and was really looking forward to this next chapter in his life,' his managers Smith and Susan Ferris, and publicist Liz Rodriguez, said. They added that he 'was one of Hollywood's most iconic actors, who will be missed by many'. Madsen was married three times and had seven children. Born in Chicago in 1957, he got his start working at Chicago's Steppenwolf Theatre, which led to small early roles in 1980s films such as WarGames and The Natural. A famous NASA space shuttle is set to be moved out of the Smithsonian and to Texas after House Republicans passed President Donald Trump's tax bill Thursday. The focal points of the so-called 'big, beautiful bill' have been an extension of Trump's 2017 tax cuts and cuts to the low-income healthcare program Medicaid. But there is a lesser-known provision sparking controversy. Once the bill is signed by Trump, $85 million will be allocated to transport the Discovery space shuttle from the Smithsonian's Air and Space Museum to Space Center Houston. The shuttle was part of NASA's Space Shuttle program, which ran from 1981 to 2011. The provision was criticized by the Smithsonian and others because of the cost and potential for damage of moving the space shuttle. In a new report by The Washington Post, the Smithsonian estimated it will actually cost more than $300 million to transport Discovery when accounting for costs such as constructing a new facility at Space Center Houston for the shuttle and creating an alternative museum display at the Smithsonian. Discovery would also be 'extremely complex and difficult' to transfer, the Smithsonian said, adding there is a 'significant' threat of damage to the shuttle. Garrett Reisman, a former astronaut who flew on the Discovery, also voiced his concerns about the transfer, calling it 'ludicrous and unnecessary.' 'I would much rather see that money invested in NASA's science program,' Reisman told the Post. Trump has proposed cutting back the science program calling its current $7 billion in spending 'unsustainable' in his 2026 budget request. 'If you're going to cut that and then cough up hundreds of millions of dollars into this for what is essentially a political mission — two senators who are concerned only about what's best for their state and not what's best for the country — I find that to be just a travesty,' Reisman said. Those two senators would be Ted Cruz and John Cornyn, both Texas Republicans who backed the provision. A spokesperson for Cornyn told the Post the Smithsonian's estimate for the cost to transfer the shuttle was 'purposefully overblown.' 'An outside vendor skilled at moving military equipment like tanks, military aircraft larger than a space shuttle, and the shuttle mock-up has estimated the total cost to be between $5-$8 million,' the spokesperson said. Cruz argued in a statement to the Post: 'Houston has long stood at the heart of America's human spaceflight program, and this legislation rightly honors that legacy.'
