Sky hands out huge freebie Samsung's newest mobile

Retailers are already trumping Samsung's own deal on its newest Galaxy S25 Edge mobile - here's two retailers offering better deals with huge freebies
Earlier this week Samsung took shoppers by surprise with its newest mobile, the Galaxy S25 Edge. An model to its existing 2025 S range it is thinner, lighter, and branded as an 'egineering feat' by industry experts. Despite the success from the brand, we've found a retailer trumping its price.
Sky Mobile is beating Samsung's price by throwing in a pair of £219 Buds3Pro for shoppers when they buy. All while offering the exact same free storage offer that Samsung has on its site.
Sky shoppers can buy the S25 Edge from £40 a month, which will tie them into a 36-month contract, with no upfront cost. And in line with a popular pre-order deal the bigger 512GB S25 Edge can be ordered for the same price as the 256GB one - with data added as an extra fee.
This matches Samsung's free storage offer too where the 512GB S25 Edge is on sale for £1,099 opposed to its £1,199 price, although this has since sold out at the Galaxy Store. Making Sky a fit when it comes to stock, not to mention the free Buds3 Pro earphones.

Product Description
Another retailer on our radar is Mobiles.co.uk as it offers the new Galaxy model with the same storage offer and options to get money off with trade-in, depending on the network data plan shoppers pick. Another option for consumers who'd prefer to split the cost over a few years instead of paying the total cost at once.
Another retailer is Amazon, which states the Galaxy S25 Edge will be 'released on May 29.' It's also matching Samsung's £1,099 price on the 512GB model - an option to go for now that Samsung has seemingly sold out.
Shoppers who buy the Samsung model from Sky will get the £219 accessory for £0, but there is a list of requirements to stick to. Shoppers need to purchase the model between May 13 and May 29 (the date the free storage offer ends, too) to get the buds added to their order.
This doesn't appear in shoppers' baskets, but Sky says it will 'automatically appear in order confirmations'. The Buds3 Pro will be shipped out along with shoppers' new S25 Edge handset. For shoppers buying more than one Galaxy S25 Edge, it's worth noting that only one free accessory will be sent out per order.
Another thing to mention for Sky shoppers is its contract length, which is long at 36 months. Despite looking like a 24-month contract (in bold letters on the site) this is only the period when customers can swap their device, not when the contract ends - a feature which could catch some shoppers out.
Original S25 drops by £200 amid launch
Launching at £1,199, the S25 Edge is certainly one of the more expensive models to buy, a lot more than the S25 starting price of £799. Which is why the brand's previous Galaxy S25 could be of more interest.
The newest S25 Edge model's only downside (so far) is its smaller battery, which has less oomph than the standard S25 range despite being more expensive. However, it does feature the same speedy processor.
For non Android fans there's always the newer Apple model to consider too - the iPhone 16e. Which can be bought at Sky Mobile, Amazon, or O2.

Samsung's £35 gadget that helps you find lost items now £11

Samsung's £35 gadget that helps you find lost items now £11 "So handy to be able to locate your car keys when you're off to work in the morning" The Samsung Galaxy SmartTag2 Bluetooth Tracker is now £11.90 down from its original price of £34.99 (Image: Amazon ) No one enjoys the panic that ensues when something crucial - like car keys, a passport or a wallet - goes missing. However, with Bluetooth tracking technology, it's now simpler than ever to avoid that sinking feeling and keep track of belongings at all times. Smart tags for possessions are gaining popularity, and many view them as a necessity. They can be expensive, and some are more reliable than others, so it's vital for purchasers to ensure they're making the right choice. Amazon has slashed the price of the Samsung Galaxy SmartTag 2 Bluetooth Tracker to £11.90 from its original £34.99. It boasts GPS features, and all customers need to do is register their tag to their smartphone and activate the 'search nearby' feature. If that doesn't yield results, they can use the 'ring your tag' function, which will cause the tracker to emit an audible signal so users can locate it. The tag also boasts an extended battery life - up to 500 days - and is IP67 dust and water resistant, ensuring customers don't have to fret about it failing outdoors in damp conditions, reports the Express. If the Samsung Galaxy SmartTag doesn't tick all the boxes, there are other options available. For instance, the Apple AirTag, priced at £29 from Argos, can be attached to keys, backpacks, luggage or wallets and can guide customers to their lost items. Another alternative is the Motorola Moto Tag Bluetooth Item Finder, available for £29.99 from John Lewis, which can be attached to personal belongings and, when paired with an Android phone, can locate anything with pinpoint accuracy. The Samsung Galaxy SmartTag has received a high rating of 4.3 out of 5 stars on Amazon. One customer commented: "So handy to be able to locate your car keys when you're off to work in the morning. Certainly a useful gadget and has saved me so much time." Another user wrote: "Works great, easy to set up, connects to smart things, it's light, good size and accurate. Works by picking up signal from nearby/passing Samsung phones and pings from that location so you know where it was last, not necessarily where it is. "I'm really impressed with this tracker, it was simple to set up and worked reliably in showing my motorcycle's location on a recent two week trip around Europe. Great value for money and so many potential applications!" another customer praised. However, some users expressed disappointment with the tracker. One said: "Lack of features in some sense, would be useful to have notifications if the tag moved when you're not nearby it. Article continues below "It won't show my home address and insists that my keys are in my neighbour's house. It also said I was in a nearby town when I was on the motorway," another user reported.
