Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], August 12: Ramky Infrastructure Limited (BSE: RAMKY | 533262; NSE: RAMKY), a company operating in the infrastructure space with niche expertise in Industrial Infra solutions, Water and Waste water management, and Urban Solutions announced its Q1 FY 26 results. EBITDA stands at INR 1,002 Million for the current quarter, as against INR 450 Million for quarter ended 31.03.2025, an increase of over 123%. The Profit after Tax (PAT) stands at INR 556 Million for quarter ended, as against INR 96 Million for quarter ended 31.03.2025.
The Company had entered into a Restructuring Agreement with its lenders on June 12, 2015. The restructured debt (excluding working capital facilities) was fully repaid in 2019. Subsequently, on July 11, 2025, the Company and its lenders executed a Restructuring Exit Agreement there by ending the Trust & Retention Account (TRA) mechanism and coming out of restructure.
Financial Performance:
Standalone performance -- healthy EBITDA and PAT margins in Q1
* EBITDA stands at INR 1,002 Million for the current quarter, as against INR 450 Million for quarter ended 31.03.2025, an increase of over 123%. EBITDA for corresponding quarter ended 30.06.2024 was INR 1,412 Million.
* Revenue from operations stands at INR 3,511 Million for quarter ended as against INR 5,501 Million for corresponding quarter ended 30.06.2024 and against INR 4,861 Million for quarter ended 31.03.2025.
* The Profit before Tax (PBT) stands at INR 746 Million for quarter ended as against INR 1,200 Million for corresponding quarter ended 30.06.2024 and against INR 123 Million for quarter ended 31.03.2025.
* The Profit after Tax (PAT) stands at INR 556 Million for quarter ended as against INR 864 Million for corresponding quarter ended 30.06.2024 and against INR 96 Million for quarter ended 31.03.2025.
Consolidated Performance -- steady growth and operational resilience reflects
* Revenue from operations stands at INR 3,792 Million for quarter ended as against INR 5,691 Million for corresponding quarter ended 30.06.2024 and against INR 4,889 Million for quarter ended 31.03.2025.
* EBITDA stands at INR 1,370 Million for quarter ended as against INR 1,520 Million for corresponding quarter ended 30.06.2024 and against INR 566 Million for quarter ended 31.03.2025.
* The Profit before Tax (PBT) stands at INR 1,008 Million for quarter ended as against INR 1,106 Million for corresponding quarter ended 30.06.2024 and against INR 83 Million for quarter ended 31.03.2025.
* The Profit after Tax (PAT) stands at INR 770 Million for quarter ended as against INR 710 Million for corresponding quarter ended 30.06.2024 and against INR 33 Million for quarter ended 31.03.2025.

DPR work to begin soon for two key corridors of Chennai Metro Rail

Chennai Metro Rail Project: The preparation of the Detailed Project Report (DPR) for two major Chennai Metro Rail corridors will commence soon. Earlier this month, Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) awarded consultancy contracts for the DPR of the Corridor 4 extension from Lighthouse to High Court and the proposed Tambaram–Guindy–Velachery corridor. The DPRs will assess alignment options, ridership potential, multimodal integration, and technical feasibility, forming the basis for informed decision-making and future project implementation. This proposed extension of approximately 7 km is planned to enhance metro connectivity along Marina beach and also to secretariat. The corridor will improve access for both daily commuters and tourists, supporting urban mobility. This corridor of approximately 21 km aims to integrate the suburbs of Tambaram, Medavakkam, Pallikaranai, Velachery with Guindy Metro station in the corridor 1 of CMRL. This corridor will facilitate multimodal integration at Tambaram, Medavakkam, Velachery and Guindy. '…appointed M/s Systra MVA Consulting India Pvt Ltd as the Consultant for both assignments for a value of INR 38,20,000/- and INR 96,19,000/- respectively and the study duration is 120 days,' the CMRL said in a statement. Earlier this month, the CMRL formed a collaboration with Uber for ticketing service through the Uber App with Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) Network. Now, Uber users in Chennai can plan their metro journeys, purchase QR-based tickets, and access real-time transit information – all within the Uber app. For the first time, the CMRL has registered more than One Crore passengers in July, 2025. According to the official release, a total of 1,03,78,835 passengers have travelled in the Metro trains from July 1 to July 31. On July 4, 2025 the CMRL recorded the highest passenger flow per day with 3,74,948 passengers.

Our vision is clear: to transform from a travel platform into an integrated consumer services ecosystem, powered by our vast user base, brand trust and distribution network," he added in his on August 14, in a filing on the Stock Exchanges the company stated that for Q1 FY26, Gross Booking Revenue was Rs 2,065.8 Cr, Revenue from Operations was Rs 113.8 Cr, and the EBITDA was INR 6.9 to the filing, focused non-air segment strategies fuelled strong growth in the vertical. In Q1 FY26, hotel and holiday bookings grew by 81.2% year-on-year, rising from 1.8 Lac to 3.3 Lac room nights - averaging 3,637 room nights booked trains, buses, and others segment recorded a 41.4% year-on-year growth, with bookings increasing from 3.1 Lac to 4.3 international expansion action plans continued to deliver strong results, with its Dubai operations maintaining an impressive growth trajectory and reinforcing the brand's presence in high potential international Q1 FY26, Dubai operations recorded GBR of Rs 318.1 Cr. compared to Rs 126.7 Cr. in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, representing a year-on-year increase of 151.0%.The company said it is positioning for its next phase of growth by expanding into hotels, holidays, mobility, wellness, and lifestyle services through its EMT 2.0 strategy, launched earlier this year. The focus is on acquiring profitable businesses in high-margin categories to reduce dependence on flights and build a more stable earnings base over 2.0 targets up to 49% percent stakes in established, profitable companies that can benefit from EaseMyTrip's brand and distribution, while adding higher-margin revenue streams to the company says it is strategically reducing reliance on cyclical air travel by adding hotels, holidays, wellness, concierge, and mobility services with stronger unit economics.
