Ministry of Education Announces Second-Round Results for Basic Certificate Exams

The Ministry of Education and Scientific Research announced today the results of the second-round exams for the Basic Certificate for the academic year 1446 AH.
The Acting Undersecretary for the Curriculum and Education Planning Sector, Hamid Ghithaya, stated to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the total number of students who took the exams was 23,477, of whom 23,467 attended. A total of 19,989 students passed the exams, while 3,478 failed.
He confirmed that students can obtain their results by calling 161 on their landline or by sending their seating number via an SMS message via the Yemen Mobile network.

Sana'a University announces opening of Bridging System coordination & admissions

Sana'a - Saba: Sana'a University has announced the opening of coordination and admissions for the Bridging System for students holding Intermediate Diploma or Technical Diploma certificates (two-year or three-year programs) for the 1447 AH / 2025-2026 academic year. In a statement obtained by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the university clarified that the Student Affairs Department has opened applications for the Bridging System for the new academic year, in accordance with the regulations and conditions outlined in Ministerial Decision No. (12) of 1447 AH / 2025. The statement confirmed that coordination and admissions will remain open until Wednesday, Safar 6, 1447 AH (July 31, 2025) at the Student Affairs Department of the university. Sana'a University urged male and female students holding Intermediate or Technical Diplomas (two-year or three-year programs) who wish to continue their higher education through the Bridging System to apply through the Student Affairs Department to complete registration procedures.
