Freddy Birdy Reviews Farah Khan-Dilip Vlogs, Says She ‘Introduced Us To Domestic Nepotism'; Filmmaker Reacts
Farah Khan and her food vlogs with cook Dilip are now everyone's daily dose of oxytocin. Recently, Instagram-famous Freddy Birdy shared a review of Farah Khan's cooking show, and his kind words for cook Dilip have left Farah emotional and overwhelmed.
'My lovely friend, the super-hit director, choreographer, dance show judge, and everyone's best buddy in Bollywood is now also a YouTube conqueror. Farah Khan has introduced us to a new, wonderful kind of domestic nepotism, for want of a better term — and I mean that in the loveliest way — where she champions her cook Dilip," Freddy wrote in his post.
He further continued, 'Dilip is now mobbed by the paparazzi, travelling to the Maldives, and is finally giving the word nepotism the respect it deserves."

Jaya Bachchan snaps at man taking selfie; Kangana Ranaut hits back with an Amitabh jibe
Samajwadi Party MP Jaya Bachchan was captured on camera scolding and pushing away a man who leaned in to take a selfie with her while she was talking to another person in Delhi on Tuesday. The actor-politician was seen getting shocked and agitated as she became aware of a man trying to snap a picture with her, allegedly without her consent. Bachchan pushed him away, according to a video released by news agency ANI, and questioned him over his conduct, asking him: 'Kya kar rahe hain aap? (What are you doing?) What is this?'. The incident happened when she was standing outside Delhi's Constitution Club where elections took place Tuesday to choose the Secretary (Administration), which is said to be the club's most powerful post. The club has past and present Members of Parliament as its members and MPs Misa Bharti of Rashtriya Janata Dal and Priyanka Chaturvedi of Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) were also seen in the video. On his part, the man — smarting from Bachchan's reaction — managed a smile before moving out of the frame with Bharti, the daughter of RJD patriarch Lalu Prasad Yadav, seen offering him some words of advice. #WATCH | Delhi: Samajwadi Party MP Jaya Bachchan scolded a man and pushed him away, while he was trying to take a selfie with her. — ANI (@ANI) August 12, 2025 BJP MP and actor Kangana Ranaut waded into the controversy, calling Bachchan the 'most spoilt and privileged woman'. Taking to Instagram, Ranaut shared a story with a caption: 'Most spoilt and privileged woman. People put up with her tantrums/non sense just because she is @amitabhbachchan ji's wife. That samajwadi topi looks like a rooster comb, while she looks like a rooster cock!! Such disgrace and shame.' Jaya Bachchan is married to Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan, and they have two children, Abhishek Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan-Nanda. Bachchan is known to be protective of her personal space. Recently, she was seen admonishing a man who clicked her pictures while she was speaking to a group of women at the prayer meet of veteran actor and filmmaker Manoj Kumar. Fellow parliamentarian Chaturvedi of Shiv Sena (UBT) also faced Bachchan's ire a few days ago. The interaction unfolded as Bachchan was reportedly upset with the name of the Operation Sindoor, which India launched in retaliation for the Pahalgam attack where 26 civilians lost their lives. 'Sindoor toh ujad gaya (sindoor was destroyed),' she had said referring to the terrorists who killed the male members while leaving the women travellers alive. As Bachchan started speaking, the Treasury benches started interrupting her. 'Either you speak or I will speak… When a woman speaks, I never interrupt. So please mind your tongue,' Bachchan shot back. But amid rising temperatures inside the House, Chaturvedi tried to calm Bachchan down. 'Priyanka, don't control me,' Bachchan scolded Chaturvedi, leading to confused looks and a laugh from Chaturvedi who hid her face in her hands.

‘Yaha pe saanp aate hai kaafi baar…': Inside Archana Puran Singh, Parmeet Sethi's Madh Island bungalow
In a truly unscripted moment of family life, Aaryamann Sethi, son of actor and comedian Archana Puran Singh, opened the doors to their Madh Island bungalow through a delightful and surprisingly raw vlog on YouTube. From the start, you can tell this isn't going to be your typical luxury home tour. 'By the way, yahaan pe saap aate hain kaafi baar. Mud Island mein hota hai yeh. Toh yeh hai hamara chhota sa garden. Doggy doggies yahaan chill karte hain jab koi guest aata hai… kyunki Patch toh kaat-ta hai bhai,' Aaryamann said. As Aaryamann steps through the kitchen window (yes, literally), he tells viewers: 'Maine kisi ko nahi bola main house tour kar raha hoon. Sirf Bhagyashree ko pata tha, toh woh help kar rahi thi clean karne mein. But baaki kisi ko kuch nahi pata. Toh yeh ekdum unfiltered house tour hai. Properly dikha dete hain aapko.' And he does. The tour moves into the kitchen: 'Actually, aaj kaafi saaf hi lag raha hai? Haan, nahi, saaf hi rehta hai. Itna saaf toh nahi rehta. Haan, aaj kuch zyada hi saaf hai.' The casual conversation with Bhagyashree, a long-time household help who's now family, makes it even more real. 'Yeh hamara fridge. Doosra fridge. Bhagyashree itna khana khaati hai ki humein do fridge chahiye hote hain.' The love extends to the elders, too. Viewers are next taken to nani's room, where Aaryamann respectfully tiptoes in with the camera: 'O Nani! Hi! Arre sorry main aise camera le aaya. Sorry,' to which nani says, 'You are looking very sweet!' From here, we meet Dadu, caught enjoying some soan papdi: 'Arre Dadu kya chhupke chhupke kya kha rahe ho?' Aaryamann then addresses a typical comment from fans: 'Sab log kehte hain Dadu ka room itna chhota kyun hai? Dadu humare saath lockdown mein rehne aaye the… phir jab humne bola, 'You know, we can move you to a different room' — he was already like, 'Nahi bhai, mujhe toh yahi pasand hai.'' Each room adds a new layer of personality: a sleepy Ayushmaan gets caught mid-nap, Bhagyashree offers comic relief, and even Archana is surprised: 'Mumma kaam kar rahi hai. But hum log toh irritate karenge hi… Dara diya na aapko! Humne surprise house tour kiya hai.' 'Itne saalon se house tour ka wait kar rahe hain log,' Archana says, to which Ayushmann responds: 'Content is real. Raw. Kisi ne poocha, maine de diya. Chahe kisi ko farak pade na pade.' And that's what makes the video so special. It's not curated.

Popular YouTubers Stacey Tourout and Matthew Yeomans, known for their extreme travel adventures, have died in a tragic off-roading accident in the mountains of British Columbia, Canada. The couple, who ran the channel Toyota World Runners, were widely followed for their content exploring some of the world's most remote and rugged locations. According to People magazine, the accident took place on August 7 when the duo reportedly lost control of their vehicle on rough mountain terrain. By the time rescue teams from Kaslo Search and Rescue reached the scene, one of them had already lost vital signs, while the other succumbed to injuries at a nearby hospital. 'With unimaginable heartache, the families of Matthew Peter Yeomans and Stacey Tourout would like to advise that we lost them both… in the beautiful mountains of British Columbia that they loved so much,' Stacey's mother, Colleen, wrote in a Facebook post confirming the news.
