P Diddy and son Justin accused of rape in new lawsuit

Daily Mirror27-06-2025
P Diddy's sex-trafficking trial is listening to the defence's closing arguments today, but now the Bad Boy star has been accused of rape in a new lawsuit
P Diddy and his son, Justin Combs, have been accused of rape in a new lawsuit. The rapper's current trial, in which he is accused of sex-trafficking, is being presented with the defence's closing arguments today, but Diddy, real name Sean Combs, 55, faces fresh accusations, this time, along with his son.
As per the documents obtained by the Mirror US, a Louisiana woman claims she connected with Justin, 33, on Snapchat, before being invited to California where she was told she could further her career in the entertainment industry. She has accused Justin of luring her to his Los Angeles mansion in 2017 to be raped by his father and two other 'masked men.' The woman alleges she was offered alcohol, pills and marijuana before the three men arrived at the home, one of whom she says she believed was Diddy.
The rape was said to occur for several hours. Diddy's lawyer denies the allegations.
Diddy's team told the Mirror US, 'No matter how many lawsuits are filed it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court."
It comes as the Tell Me star's bombshell sex trafficking trial nears it's end. Prosecutors finished their closing arguments on Thursday after five hours. Yesterday, the prosecution argued to the jury that Combs is the "leader of a criminal enterprise", who used violence and fear in "brutal crimes"
The defence's closing arguments have begun today as defence attorney, Marc Agnifilo, told the jury it's important to remember that none of the alleged victims called the police.
Instead, Cassie Ventura filed a lawsuit against Combs for $30m (£22m), of which she ended up winning $20m. The federal case was spurred by that lawsuit, so if Combs wasn't rich, there would be no federal criminal trial, he said.
"He's a self-made successful black entrepreneur," he added, saying: "He's built wonderful, sophisticated businesses."
Agnifilo also reminded the jury that Jane - an ex-girlfriend of Combs who testified against him under a pseudonym - is still living in a house that Combs pays for.
"Jane came here and testified against him…I don't know what she's doing today, but whatever she's doing it's in a house he paid for. He takes care of people," Agnifilo added.
Diddy was joined in court today by Justin and his twin daughters, who have supported their father in the final days of his sex-trafficking and racketeering trial following an emotional day yesterday.
On Thursday, Jessie and D'Lila stood beside the rapper as they sent support for the disgraced mogul during the trial's closing arguments.
Early on in the trial, the twins were present to support Diddy, even sharing a social media post saying, 'The past month has devastated our family. Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories, and false narratives that have spiralled into absurdity on social media.'
Diddy denies any wrongdoing in the federal charges brought against him.

Teenager who killed elderly dog walker loses manslaughter appeal

To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video A teenage boy who beat an elderly dog walker to death has lost his appeal to have his manslaughter sentence changed in the Court of Appeal. Bhim Kohli, 80, suffered a broken neck and fractured ribs after being kicked and punched by the balaclava-clad 15-year-old in Franklin Park, near Leicester, last September. Some of his last moments were filmed by the boy's friend, a 13-year-old girl, and show him being slapped with a slider, walking towards the park exit calling for help, and then lying motionless on the ground. The grandfather died in hospital the following day. Det Ch Insp Sinski said the boy had Snapchat accounts under two names – one boasting of his punching power and another referring to using a disguise. 'It was the prosecution case he revelled in his reputation as a hard man and his propensity to violence,' he said. 'So yes, social media did feature in this.' Mr Kohli's daughter said the teenagers had 'humiliated' her father in an 'utterly disgusting' attack. Susan Kohli said: 'Videos of the incident were filmed and shockingly found on the girl's phone. Dad did not deserve this, and we wouldn't wish this pain on anyone else. 'One of the videos showed dad on his knees being hit over the head with the boy's slider (shoe). A loud horrible slapping sound is heard when the boy struck dad. 'Hearing the girl laugh at this assault on dad is utterly disgusting. This sound plays over and over in our heads. 'Losing dad in these cruel, violent, and deeply shocking circumstances feels like our hearts have been pulled apart. We can't put into words the pain we feel every day, and this has magnified during the trial.' Ms Kohli described her father as a 'loving dad, grandad, brother and uncle' who was 'good fun to be around'. She said: 'He was the person who knitted our family together and we miss him every second of every day. Our home feels so empty without him and will never be the same.' Volunteer officer's alleged rape victim so young she liked teddies, court told

Amersham Law Courts heard that James Bubb, who now identifies as a woman named Gwyn Samuels, was violent towards the complainant despite her asking to be gentle when taking her virginity while in her early teens. In a police interview played to the court on Tuesday, the alleged victim told officers that at the age of 12, she was being 'hidden' when the pair were in public together and that the defendant, who was 21, looked 'paranoid' when with her. The complainant, who met Bubb on video-chat site Omegle in 2018, also spoke of how she was 'frozen' when the 27-year-old defendant attempted to engage in sexual activity in public shortly before her 13th birthday. She told officers she had said to the defendant that she was five years older than she actually was when they first met, but insisted that a number of incidents while they were together would have meant he knew she was underage. The alleged victim told police of their first in-person meeting at a Christian festival where Bubb, who was working as a volunteer steward at the time, made remarks about going into her tent and having sex with her. She spoke of how the pair met up away from other festival-goers and said her colour-coded child wristband was clearly on show. The alleged victim said: 'He was really paranoid, looking around constantly.' She added: 'We were in a relationship in my eyes but I was being hidden whenever we were in public. 'He made remarks in person about when it was dark… about coming into my tent and having sex with me. 'I was actually so young at that point that I had a teddy bear in my tent. He knew at the time that I was very much interested in things like teddies.' Addressing how she felt when the defendant spoke of going into her tent, she continued: 'I said I wasn't comfortable with that… and I believe he sent me a text on Snapchat at that point and he said he was probably going to come into my tent either way – maybe while I was sleeping. 'I remember being scared that night.' The complainant went on to speak about how when the pair started having sex, Bubb was violent. Telling officers about when the defendant took her virginity, she said: 'He had his hands around my throat. I tried to get words out but they weren't coming out as easily.' She told the officer that sometimes the defendant was 'hitting me during sex… sometimes he would punch me'. The alleged victim continued: 'He would also make remarks about raping me. 'He told me I enjoyed being raped and when I said no, he didn't stop and that's when he made these specific remarks.' The defendant has denied one count of rape in relation to one complainant, and two counts of rape, two counts of sexual activity with a child, one count of assault of a child under 13 by penetration, one count of rape of a child under 13 and one count of assault by penetration in relation to the other complainant. All charges are alleged to have taken place between January 1 2018 to April 2 2024. The defendant, of High Street, Chesham, Buckinghamshire, denies all charges. The trial continues.
