Also due to attend the investiture ceremony is former F1 driver and Sky Sports broadcaster Martin Brundle, 65, who was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the New Year Honours list.
Meanwhile, retired Merseyside Police detective chief superintendent Mark Baker, who investigated the murder of Olivia Pratt-Korbel, will receive a King's Police Medal (KPM).
Nine-year-old Olivia was fatally shot by drug dealer Thomas Cashman, who was later sentenced to life with a minimum term of 42 years in April 2023.
Gail and Jason O'Shea, from Brentwood, Essex, will also be honoured, having been made MBEs for charitable services to terminally and seriously ill children after co-founding Wipe Away Those Tears.

British and Thai driver Albon, 29, admitted to having mixed feelings about his latest performance in Italy after waiting five years for his next top-three finish. He battled with Ferrari's Charles Leclerc and finished behind Lewis Hamilton, while McLaren's Oscar Piastri clinched P3. 'Back-to-back P5s and [we're] coming away today a bit disappointed, which is a bit strange to say,' Albon admitted. 'I think maybe I could have raced Charles a bit differently, I could have done a bit better there. Obviously, I lost out to Lewis, and maybe I could have been a bit more patient with my overtake of Charles. 'I was kind of licking my lips! However, Albon's family was dealt a huge blow when his mother, Kankamol, was sent to prison in 2012. Kankamol sold Ferraris, Bentleys, and Rolls-Royces at discounted prices, with the promise of selling them on again for profit. However, most customers didn't receive a car. She was released in 2015. Albon has reflected on the impact this had on him as a teenager. Speaking on Netflix's Formula One: Dive to Survive docuseries, he described it as "by far the hardest year I've had in my life," recalling how he "saw her get locked up and taken away." Three young men killed in horror crash as two people arrested
A 23-year-old driver and his passengers, aged 19 and 21, were tragically pronounced dead at the scene. Three young men have died following a horror two-car crash late last night, with two others arrested. Police were called to the incident on Cotgrave Road in Tollerton, Nottinghamshire, at around 11pm on Thursday, May 22. The 23-year-old driver of one car and two male passengers, aged 19 and 21, were pronounced dead at the scene. A 26-year-old, who was driving the other car, and his 20 year old male passenger, were both arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving as police enquiries continue. The other driver was also rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries, with the crash site still cordoned off by police, reports the Mirror. Sergeant Mark Baker, from the Nottinghamshire Police Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: 'Three men have tragically lost their lives following this incident and our thoughts are with their family and friends at this incredibly difficult time. 'The victim's relatives have been informed and will be supported by specially trained officers. 'We will be carrying out a thorough investigation to determine what has happened. In an unrelated incident last weekend, a 30-year-old woman has appeared in court charged with attempted murder after a suspected hit-and-run outside a pub in Ayrshire. Emergency services raced to the scene at Burns Statue Square in Ayr just after 9pm on Saturday, May 17. The woman is believed to have struck a female pedestrian with her car outside the busy Rabbie's Bar before fleeing the scene. The pedestrian was rushed to Crosshouse Hospital in Kilmarnock to be treated for her injuries, where her condition was described as serious but stable. Shelby Laughland appeared in Ayr Sheriff Court on Monday, May 19, charged with attempted murder, assault to injury and an attempt to defeat the ends of justice, and was released on bail. The car involved was pictured on the pavement, lodged between the front of the pub and a bus shelter.
