Amazon Deals of the Day: Samsung's Budget Friendly Phone Just Got Even Cheaper

CNET17 hours ago

Amazon sells a wide array of products, with new ones arriving daily. The retail giant has everything from home essentials to tech gear and wellness items. As much as it loves adding new products, Amazon also loves cutting prices. But deciding which deals are worth grabbing (and which aren't) is a full-time job -- our job, specifically. That's why we scope out the top deals for you.
Today, we spotted the Samsung Galaxy A16 down to its record-low price. We also found the Roborock Qrevo Pro robot vacuum and mop for an eye-opening $400 off. And finally, get the party started with the Sonos Move 2 speaker, also down to a record low.
Phones are by far one of the biggest essential expenses. Thankfully, the Samsung Galaxy A16 is a solid budget-friendly option. The Samsung Galaxy A-series phones are some our favorite affordable models as they will remain viable for years. You won't have to worry about frequently replacing the phone. It runs on an Exynos 1330 processor, giving you a nice performance. It has a decent seven-inch AMOLED display, too. What's really impressive is the 50-megapixel rear camera giving you clear, high quality images. As for storage you get 4GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage. But you can always expand that by using a microSD card. Right now on Amazon, you can score a nice discount on the unlocked model, which means you can activate it with your carrier of choice or use it exclusively over Wi-Fi. It normally runs for $200 but you can score $25 off right now bringing it down to $175. And it's available in two colors.
Chores are never fun to do. Personally, my least favorite is cleaning the floors. If you're still using a heavy, corded vacuum, you probably agree with me on that. A robot vacuum can help ease this burden. The Roborock Qrevo Pro is not just a robot vacuum but a mop, too. This combo cleaner has a massive 7,000 Pa suction so it'll pick up every last spec of dirt. And to really be sure no dust or dirt is left behind, a "FlexiArm" side brush helps it clean edges and corners. It can even detects different floor types, easily switching between vacuuming and mopping. The robot is self-emptying and refills the water itself as well. This massively reduces the upkeep time, reducing your workload even more. Of course this doesn't come cheap, with a $1,000 price tag being standard for this model. But right now you can pick one up for $600, a nice 40% discount. This drops it back down to a record-low price.
Whether your summer plans include gathering for a picnic, heading over to a pool party or relaxing at the beach, a great speaker can help elevate any activity. Sonos makes some of our favorite speakers. The Sonos Move 2 is currently down to a record-low price on Amazon, now just $336. That's over $100 off from the sticker price of $449. We love it because it is water-resistant and dust-proof, perfect for wherever your adventure takes you. It autotunes to adjust to any environment. It also has a precision-tuned woofer to give you premium quality audio with a deep, dynamic bass. And if you have other Sonos speakers, you can link them for multi-room audio. And don't worry about the speaker running out of power as it has 24 hours of playback time per charge.
With so many deals on Amazon, deciding which ones are worth your money can be difficult. But CNET's combed through what the world's largest online retailer has to offer and gathered the best deals for you to peruse.

Many employees are sounding off on social media, saying they're burned out by the workload and frustrated by the mixed messaging from company leadership. The timing coincides with new tariffs on Chinese imports, which Walmart says are directly impacting costs. With more than 60 percent of its goods imported from China, the company warned during its latest earnings call that price increases were likely to warning didn't sit well, and some have suggested that Walmart and other companies eat the costs of the tariffs instead of passing them on to customers. In response, Walmart softened its tone, emphasizing its commitment to low prices. But workers and analysts say the price increases are already underway.
