Jammie Robinson background, 2024 season
Robinson was selected from Florida State by the Carolina Panthers in the fifth round of the 2023 draft. Last season, after playing six games and being inactive for seven with the Panthers, he was waived on Dec. 13 and claimed by the Cardinals on Dec. 16. He was inactive for the final three games of the season.
With Carolina in 2024, he played 11 snaps on defense and had one solo tackle. He had two tackles (one solo) while playing 97 snaps (60 percent) on special teams.
Jammie Robinson 2025 contract details, cap hit
Robinson's veteran's minimum salary for 2025 is $1.03 million with nothing guaranteed. His salary-cap charge is also $ 1.03 million.
2025 questions, roster outlook
Like several others in the safety room, Robinson is vying for a spot on the roster or practice squad. His experience with the Panthers could be a plus.

Howard Balzer has a look at the playing time on offense for the Cardinals against the Broncos In the Arizona Cardinals' 27-7 loss to the Denver Broncos, 25 players participated in at least one of the 49 offensive snaps. How was that playing time divided? Let's have a look. Below are the snap counts for every player who got in the game on offense, grouped by position. The first number after each name is snaps, and the second is the percentage. Players in bold were starters. Arizona Cardinals preseason week 2 snap counts, observations Quarterbacks After a five-play possession to start the game, Brissett then led the Cardinals to their only score on an 11-play, 67-yard drive that ended with a 16-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Simi Fehoko. He had a 17-yard completion to wide receiver Xavier Weaver on third-and-7 and then continued the drive with a 2-yard run on fourth-and-1 from the Broncos 23-yard line. He was 5-for-5 for 49 yards in the possession and didn't play again. Tune completed 13 of 20 passes for a mere 56 yards (2.8 yards per attempt, 4.3 per completion). There were two 10-yard plays to running backs Michael Carter and DeeJay Dallas and the other 11 completions were seven yards or fewer, totaling 36 yards. Wide receivers Weaver had the key 17-yard first down, but also had an early drop. One deep ball from Tune should have drawn a pass interference flag. Fehoko had two catches for 21 yards and the touchdown. Tight ends Higgins wasn't targeted, while Deguara (2-for-9) and Vokolek (3-6) combined for 15 yards on five catches. Offensive linemen Conner suffered a knee injury on the third play of the game when he was ticketed to have a lot of snaps at center. The severity is unknown. Haynesworth replaced him and not Gaines because the latter was unable to snap because of a thumb injury. The top six linemen did not play.
