He has been away filming the upcoming reboot of American Gladiators for Amazon Prime. According to a new report from Bryan Alvarez, filming for two seasons of the show has now finished.

Alvarez posted on his subscriber X account that with filming wrapped, The Miz's return should happen in the near future. "Gladiators has finished up filming two seasons, it'll debut later this year. Miz should be back soon," he reported.
Prior to his absence, The Miz was in a program with Aleister Black. His last match was a loss to Black on the May 2nd episode of WWE SmackDown.
Other Wrestlers Involved In Reboot
The Miz is serving as the host of the new American Gladiators series. Several other names from the wrestling world are also part of the cast.
According to a report from the Hollywood Reporter, the roster of Gladiators will include AEW's Wardlow and Kamille. Former WWE Superstar Rick Boogs, Jessica Roden, and Jessie Godderz are also part of the cast.

The show is expected to premiere on Amazon Prime later this year.
The Miz is the first and only two-time Grand Slam Champion in WWE history, a testament to his decorated and durable career. He has reached the pinnacle of the industry by winning the WWE Championship on two separate occasions, both times after successfully cashing in the Money in the Bank briefcase, which he has also won twice.
The Miz is most associated with the Intercontinental Championship, a title he has held an incredible eight times, making him one of the most prolific IC champions ever. He is also a two-time United States Champion and a multi-time tag team champion with various partners.
His first WWE title reign culminated in him successfully defending the championship against John Cena in the main event of WrestleMania XXVII, cementing his status as a top-tier star.
It's unclear what WWE has planned for Miz when he makes his return to WWE TV or when exactly he is going to be back on TV.

"It took her a long time to feel safe with us, it was clear she'd been abused but once she started feeling safe with us is when she started pressing her nose against my lips. She does it when she wants attention or when she's hungry. She's always done it, she's a very sweet girl," she said. The video quickly went viral, receiving over 1.3 million views and 51,200 likes on the platform, and some of the comments had the poster worried.
