In a statement, Baldoni's attorney, Bryan Freedman, said that Lively and her team's 'predictable declaration of victory is false.' Freedman also said the court is allowing Baldoni and his team to amend four of the seven claims it made against his former 'It Ends With Us' co-star. Judge Lewis J.
