This according to Italian outlet Gazzetta.it. They report that the Reds still consider the Italian international to be a part of their plans.
Italian international winger Federico Chiesa joined Liverpool from Juventus last summer.

Inter Milan have reportedly sounded out a deal for Chiesa this summer.
The Nerazzurri are looking to sign a forward player this summer. Their top target is Ademola Lookman of Atalanta, but they are aware of the need to consider other options.
Meanwhile, Italian champions Napoli are looking for a left-winger. They've missed out on Dan Ndoye to Bologna, and Chiesa could be the right option for the position.
According to the Gazzetta, both Inter and Napoli have inquired about Chiesa this summer.
However, the newspaper report, the Reds recently met with the former Juventus and Fiorentina winger's agent.
Liverpool made clear that, particularly with some of the sales of attacking players this summers, they still consider Chiesa a part of the project. Therefore, he is not going anywhere.

Journalist – Newcastle complete £35m transfer for AC Milan's Malick Thiaw

Newcastle secure £35m Malick Thiaw signing from AC Milan Malick Thiaw set for Premier League move Newcastle United have reached an agreement with AC Milan for the signing of Germany international Malick Thiaw in a deal understood to be worth around £35 million. The 24-year-old defender arrived in the north-east of England on Sunday evening and began his medical examinations on Monday morning, marking the final stages of a transfer pursued over several months. Before departing Italy, Thiaw spoke briefly to reporters, stating: 'Newcastle? I am happy with the choice. I'm ready for the Premier League.' The Magpies' hierarchy had long identified the right-sided centre-back position as a priority, with Thiaw emerging as the leading target following his strong performances in Serie A and Europe. Standing at 6ft 4in, the versatile defender is also capable of playing at right-back or stepping into a defensive midfield role, offering tactical flexibility to Eddie Howe's squad. AC Milan reluctant but Thiaw eager While AC Milan were initially reluctant to part with the defender, Thiaw made it clear he was eager for the opportunity to play in the Premier League. That determination proved decisive, with the Italian club eventually agreeing terms after extensive negotiations. His arrival is expected to provide strong competition for Fabian Schär, as Newcastle seek to solidify their defensive options ahead of a challenging campaign. With Thiaw's signing now in motion, Newcastle have effectively ended their interest in Crystal Palace's Marc Guéhi, who had been monitored closely in recent months. Striker search intensifies Attention now shifts towards reinforcing the attacking department, with the situation surrounding Alexander Isak continuing to cause uncertainty. The Sweden forward has made clear his desire to move to Liverpool, and is currently training away from the main group. Howe has reiterated that he wants only players fully committed to Newcastle, and Isak is not expected to feature in the weekend fixture against Aston Villa. As a result, Newcastle are advancing talks with Brentford over a deal for Yoane Wissa, with a transfer anticipated to be finalised this week. The 28-year-old's adaptability across the front line has made him a valued target. Porto striker monitored Newcastle have also enquired about Porto forward Samu Aghehowa. The 21-year-old enjoyed a prolific campaign last season, registering 27 goals in 45 appearances. However, his reported €100m (£86.6m) release clause presents a significant obstacle, with Newcastle weighing whether to make a formal bid. The club's activity in both defensive and attacking markets underlines a determination to strengthen key areas, ensuring squad depth and competition across all positions ahead of a busy season domestically and in Europe.

Report – Bologna To Rekindle Interest In Inter Milan & Albania EURO 2024 Star After Missing Out On Two Targets

Coppa Italia winners Bologna could reportedly reignite their interest in Inter Milan outcast Kristjan Asllani toward the end of the summer. According to Corriere di Bologna via FCInterNews, the Albanian midfielder remains a dream target for the Rossoblu. Despite falling out of favor at San Siro, the 23-year-old has refused to leave Serie A this summer. Indeed, he turned down Real Betis' offer, insisting he wants to stay in Italy. However, only a handful of Serie A teams can afford Inter's €18 million asking price. (Photo by) Bologna cannot match Inter's valuation of Kristjan Asllani. However, after failing to sign Filip Ugrinic and Lennon Miller, they may have no choice but to try. Ideally, they would sign the deep-lying playmaker on loan with an option to buy. Though that doesn't fit Inter's plans, the Nerazzurri are running out of time to offload their misfit. With that in mind, they could consider a compromise. Inter prefer an outright sale, yet a lack of offers might change their mind.
