TOWIE's Amy Childs steps out for the first time since revealing the real reason for her extreme weight loss after calling off wedding to fiancé Billy Delbosq

Amy Childs stepped out for the first time on Monday since revealing the real reason for her extreme weight loss.
The TOWIE star, 34, has sparked concern in recent months with her new slimmed-down appearance after dropping two stone.
Amy wore a brown gym set and chunky beige sandals as she head out to run errands in Brentwood, Essex.
She wasn't wearing her engagement ring during the outing after calling off her wedding to her fiancé Billy Delbosq.
But a source confirmed to The Sun that Amy only took her ring off to go to the gym, and the pair are 'more in love than ever'.
From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the Daily Mail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop.
She hid her eyes behind dark sunglasses and was slapped with a parking ticket when she returned to her car.
Amy recently addressed the weight loss and cruel trolling she's received as a result of it in an emotional interview.
She told OK! Magazine: 'I'm going through so much at the minute that the weight has fallen off me. I worry about my mum constantly. She's very emotional – she thinks she's going to have another heart attack.'
'People think I'm not eating, but I do eat. To be honest, I do feel better when I'm a bit heavier than I am at the moment. There's so much going on at the minute – it's the result of pure stress. We're also having renovations done in the midst of parenting four kids.'
Amy added: 'But I'm strong, I've been in this industry for 15 years. I've had lots of people concerned about me, which I completely understand, but yes, people can be so quick to judge.'
Amy went on to explain how she once tried using weight-loss injections 18 months ago, but it made her 'so ill she threw up three or four times'.
Amy has called off her wedding to her fiancé Billy after a stressful period dealing with her mother's ill health and her own extreme weight loss.
The reality star, who is said to be 'gutted' over the decision, has reportedly decided to cancel their impending nuptials to focus on her personal life.

It was previously claimed that Amy's 'perfect' day was under threat and it has now been reported by Closer magazine that the day is totally off for now.
According to the publication, the plans have been pushed back due to 'last minute changes', after she first delayed the wedding in 2023.
An insider said: 'Amy has had to cancel her wedding and she's absolutely gutted. There was going to be a show around it, following the run-up to their big day..
'But they've had to make some last-minute changes based on what's going on in their lives.'
Amy suffered a recent personal tragedy when her mother Julie was rushed to hospital for emergency surgery after suffering a heart attack.
In April she took to Instagram and said her mother, 59, collapsed from the health scare leaving her terrified.
Amy revealed at the time that Julie was 'doing OK' but needed rest and was in hospital waiting for a stent to be fitted.
A heart attack can lead to a complete blockage of blood flow to the heart, and a stent is a medical device used to open that blockage and restore blood flow.
Alongside a picture of Julie beaming while holding her twins, Amy penned: 'We had very worrying news last Friday. My mum had a heart attack Friday evening.
Amy has addressed the weight loss and cruel trolling she's received as a result of it in an emotional interview
'I've been having loads of messages from close friends (sorry I haven't got back to some of you).
'Mum is doing OK. She is going to hopefully be having a stent put in this week!
'She is so bloody strong but she needs rest. I've been all over the place this week but mum is in the best heart hospital where she is being looked after so well.
'Love you mum @mrsruliechilds hopefully your be home soon to celebrate your 60th. Love you more then anything mum xxx.'
Julie will be known to fans as she starred in her daughter's 2011 reality show, It's All About Amy.
Amy's father is Billy Childs, and she has an older brother named Billy.
The reality personality also sparked concern with her new slimmed-down appearance after dropping an incredible two stone.
Recently addressing fears, she emphasised her transformation was accomplished without weight-loss injections, instead crediting her fitness coach for her progress.
Sharing snaps in a pink minidress on Sunday she flaunted her physique in the strapless baby pink number before heading out with the 'school mums'.
Amy said she 'felt like a princess' as she styled her long tresses in a neat up do and wore a stunning palette of makeup.
However, fans were more concerned about her dramatic weight loss with many begging her to 'look after herself' and 'stop losing weight', telling the reality that that she looks 'completely different'.
They penned: 'I feel so sad that she feels the need to lose soooo much weight . She looked fantastic before. Look after yourself.
'So pretty but my gosh way too thin.; Beautiful!! Don't lose anymore weight xx; Look after yourself; Please stop losing weight hunny.
'What is this Amy she looks completely different; Amy you look beautiful please don't lose weight; Amy you don't need to loose weight you look great.
Amy captioned the post: 'I felt like a real life princess. Appreciation post for my Glam team! Was so nice to get dressed up with the school mums and have a night off no kids!! Not sure I look like this now.'
Mother-of-four Amy said she struggled to slim down and get back to her pre-baby weight following the birth of her twins Milly and Billy, who were born in April 2022, who she shares with Billy Delbosq.
Amy also shares daughter Polly, eight, with builder Bradley Wright, and Ritchie, five, with her ex of the same name.
Sharing a swimsuit post of herself, she wrote: 'Feeling proud. Nearly 2 stone down and WOW I feel the best I have ever felt since having the twins!!
'I really struggled with losing weight after the babies, I was in a complete baby bubble, no energy, and the last thing I wanted to do was 'diet'
'10 months ago I decided to follow a meal plan @freya.potentiacoaching and train up to 3 times a week with MY PT! as well as taking up reformer Pilates (which I absolutely love) great for toning.
'I still very much enjoy weekends with a few glasses of Prosecco or a bottle BUT this is basically a post to say if you was in the same boat as me 9months ago struggling to lose your weight!
'Then if I can do it you 1000 percent can do it too! It's not a quick fix and it's taken me months but I'm starting to feel good in my self again!
'I never thought I would feel confident uploading pictures of me especially in swimwear still a lot of toning up to do, but I have too remember that I have had 4 children so I should be very proud how far I've come ♥️

Aldi drops new beauty product that costs just £2.99 and will be perfect for your summer holiday

ALDI has released a new beauty product that comes at a bargain price and will be perfect to pack for your holidays. The Lacura Facial Tanning Mist is in stores now as one of the discount supermarket's Specialbuys. It's a bargain £2.99, making it one of the cheapest facial tanning mists you can get. The beauty buy will be perfect for keeping your tan topped up over the summer and while you're on holiday. Its 100ml bottle also means you can pack it in your cabin luggage. The tanning mist comes in two versions, Day Glimmer and Night Shine, so you can choose whether you want it to develop during the day or overnight. Aldi says the mist is the 'perfect morning boost to revive your skin with a holiday glow'. It's enriched with glycerin and hyaluronic acid to lock in moisture, and also has rosemary oil. The description on the website says it will leave your skin looking 'radiantly sunkissed'. Remember that Aldi Specialbuys are only available while stocks last so you'll need to get in quick if you want it. The bargain buy appears to be a dupe for the Isle of Paradise Day Dew Gradual Face Mist. Isle of Paradise is popular with celebrities including Margot Robbie. I tried Aldi's new anti-aging skincare range But a 100ml bottle will set you back much more than the Lacura tanning mist. It's currently £19.20 at LookFantastic. What other beauty buys does Aldi have right now? Aldi has just dropped a range of bargain beauty products in its Specialbuys aisle. The discount supermarket is known for releasing dupes of popular high-end beauty items and this drop is no exception.
