The 18th edition of the Indian Premier League will come to a close with the title decider between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Punjab Kings on Tuesday. Both sides are yet to win the competition in its 18-year history, making the night at Narendra Modi Stadium even more special as it will give rise to a first-time winner.
Ahead of the final, the closing ceremony, starting at 6:00 PM IST, will feature singer Shankar Mahadevan performing a tribute to India's armed forces.

The venue for the final was originally planned for Eden Gardens in Kolkata owing to Kolkata Knight Riders' triumph last season, but cross-border tensions between India and Pakistan led to a 10-day hiatus, resulting in the shift to Ahmedabad.
The tournament began with a star-studded opening ceremony featuring Bollywood celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Disha Patani, Varun Dhawan, Shreya Ghoshal, and Karan Aujla, setting high expectations for the closing event.
