Myleene Klass declares she 'has receipts' and insists she 'won't keep her mouth shut' in defiant post after her explosive claims her ex-husband cheated on her with a female star

Daily Mail6 hours ago
Myleene Klass has declared she 'won't keep her mouth shut' in a defiant new post, after her explosive claims that her ex-husband Graham Quinn cheated on her.
The presenter, 47, sparked a social media frenzy last month when she claimed that she caught Graham being unfaithful with a female celebrity, but refused to disclose her identity.
After opening up about the scandal in an interview for Paul Brunson's We Need To Talk podcast, Myleene took to Instagram Stories to share a reflective post.
The post also included a snap of her MBE, after receiving the honour for her services to women's health, miscarriage awareness and charity last month.
She wrote: 'Wow. What a week it's been!
'Firstly, thank you. I have quite literally tens of thousands of messages of love and support for me and my family. I took a long time to learn there's strength in vulnerability.
'In a varied week where my interview with @paulcbrunson and @needtotalk went viral and reached the people who needed to hear it, where I was part of the incredible @stjohn_ambulance team who helped to save a persons life and where my children and I somehow managed to rescue our passports from the bottom of the Adriatic, it's been a mixed bag!
'All this to say, at 47, I've finally found my voice and it's clear, unapologetic and brutally honest.
'To those that fear its truth, you probably have reason to, I have receipts, to those that need to hear it, I've got you and I fully intend to continue using it to change the laws and legislation that neglect women and children in this country and around the world.'
Myleene then ended her post with a Bible quote, that said: 'And the truth will set you free' John 8.32,' before adding her own words: 'And then some.'
The former One Show presenter left fans reeling when she dropped the explosive claim her that ex-husband cheated on her with a female celebrity in a very honest chat with Paul C Brunson.
Myleene said she walked in on the moment ex Graham Quinn and the woman were taking each other's clothes off on the balcony of her home.
Refusing to name the woman, Myleene hinted that the person in question has built a career off a 'family brand' and clarified that it was before they had got married.
As mystery continues to swirl around the celebrity in question, Myleene declared she doesn't regret her honesty in the interview.
She wrote on Instagram: ''You should do it, it would be good for you, but be honest, everyone knows when people aren't honest'.
'My manager before 'We need to talk podcast'.
'Errrrr s*** Leens, I didn't think you were going to be THAT honest'. My manager AFTER 'We need to talk podcast'.
'I flew back from abroad to do this podcast. I'd heard a lot about @paulcbrunson and had seen the @needtotalk headlines. As I've gotten older, more comfortable with being vulnerable, I'm drawn to things that stretch and challenge me.
'I wasn't prepared for how disarming Paul is and how he looks into your soul and pulls out the very core of what makes you tick.
'I didn't think he'd be able to do it. From the outside, what do we have in common? Maybe that was the challenge, to see what he had on me. Turns out, a lot.
'We ran into the night, five hours of recording, (subsequently multiple lawyers on both sides listened back and reached for their fire blankets) and we actually REALLY got on.
'The two of us in a room brought out raucous laughter, the kind where you throw your head back and ugly cackle, abject sorrow, shock and everything else in between.
'My life has been played out in public for 26 years. I've lost relationships, been turned over (by men, not all men, but always men) and had to rebuild on more than one occasion.
'I've also won. I won my jungle crown, my MBE, my family, my place and my peace.
'I don't care if people like me anymore, I'm not the terrified 20 year old girl from Hear'say being pelted with chow mein on stage for trying to sing a few songs.
'I'm no longer the girl who watched her life go up in smoke, fighting for everything I'd built from people who'd meticulously planned how to take it.
'I've been torn down by those who were meant to love me, I think I'll be ok. In fact, I know I will. A mixed race girl, a neek from Norfolk, no one expected much (my school report proves this).
'I learned to hustle, stand up for myself and leave the betrayals behind. Who knew being a Mum would be the making of me, as failing meant my children failing (including the ones I never got to hold) and that was never going to happen.'
Myleene first started going out with her Irish bodyguard in 2001 and they were together for 12 years until they announced their split in 2013.
The mother-of-two explained: 'I walked in on him with a famous person on my birthday on a balcony.'
According to the TV presenter, the pair tried to claim that it wasn't what it looked like and she continued: 'I'm in my house, it's my party. They weren't having sex, but they were unzipping each other.
'It's not what you think'. But I'm like, 'It is what I think'.
'It's the first thing they both said. I kicked everyone out of the party, including his mum and dad. They went back to Ireland and his dad said: 'He doesn't get it from me'.
'I remember thinking that was quite a weird thing to say,' she told the love expert.
Graham - with whom Myleene shares her two children Ava, 17, and 13-year-old Hero - tried to blame the incident on being drunk.
She admitted the whole ordeal was a 'pretty big red flag' but still went through with their wedding in October 2011.
Turning her thoughts towards the other woman, Myleene said: 'I've made peace with that situation now, but for a long time, it was very difficult to see their life.
'My life literally just broke apart very, very publicly and their life, they've managed to continue building a family brand on it. I have to take some accountability
'Look, you know, first and foremost to my children. My children have asked enough questions and it's never been a case of laying out my stall now.
'It's got to be as and when. But here's the funny thing - school mums, people who just want to gossip, will go to your children before anybody else.'
Myleene previously recalled the twisted request the women Graham cheated on her with asked her.
Myleene said on Loose Women: '100%, I've been on the receiving of someone who cheated on me. I was extremely disturbed as was my family as was the ripple effect of people who have to live with those actions.
'Put it this way, one of the people that he cheated on me with asked to have a photo with me and I refused.
'One of the people that he had an affair with or a relationship with just said 'Can I have a photo with you?'
'I said 'No. I do not agree with what you stand for'. If I then put myself, If I align myself or have allegiance to you as a person, that photo is out there forever.
'I don't agree with women or men having their lives turned upside down with lies and deceit because you didn't think it was that big of a crime.
'You're messing with peoples emotions and their lives. They have permanent repercussions.'
Myleene previously revealed she was ' sobbing in the bath' the night before her wedding to Graham.
The former Hear'Say popstar said 'she knew it wasn't right' between her and her partner at the time but went through with things anyway.
Speaking on Loose Women, Myleene then admitted she knew that he was unfaithful ahead of their wedding day and said she realised she wanted a divorce three days into the marriage.
Myleene went ahead and married Graham in October 2011, with just 16 guests in attendance, however their romance came to a crashing close six months after the wedding before they were granted a divorce two years later.

Great-grandfather, 80, who became drugs mule shifting £13m of cocaine for one of Britain's most feared cartels is jailed for seven years

An 80-year-old great-grandfather who became a drugs mule and shifted a staggering £13million of cocaine for one of Britain's most feared cartels has been jailed. Widowed Malcolm Hoyland was arrested in a police bust after he made 17 cocaine drops for the notorious Byrne Organised Crime Group when his son became ill and fell into debt. The gang is considered a wing of the ruthless Kinahan Cartel, which is one of the world's most powerful organised crime groups with a multi-million pound empire spanning drug-smuggling, arms-running, money laundering and extortion. Ex-soldier Hoyland and his 49-year-old son Richard's point of contact in the Irish-based Byrne gang was a mysterious underworld figure named only as 'Mr Miyagi' after the elderly mentor from the Karate Kid movies. Based at a £200,000 semi he rented from Richard, in Prestwich, Manchester, Hoyland snr made trips in his car across the UK including Plymouth, London and Ripon, North Yorks and was said to have been regarded as a 'trusted' figure in the racket. Police swooped on the property last January and found cocaine inside with a street value of £8.3million. Detectives believe up to £13million worth of cocaine was handled by the white-bearded OAP and his son before being trafficked to various gangsters across Britain on behalf of the Byrnes. At Manchester Crown Court Hoyland snr who has arthritis, is partially deaf and has other serious health conditions, admitted conspiracy to supply cocaine and was jailed for a total of seven years and three months. It is feared he will now die behind bars. Hoyland jnr from Todmorden, West Yorkshire, also admitted conspiracy and was jailed for 10 years. Both will have Proceeds of Crime hearings in January. The racket was uncovered after police began a surveillance operation on the Hoylands following a tip off they were dealing with the Byrnes. Inquiries revealed Hoyland jnr had first come into contact with the Byrnes after he developed the incurable neurodegenerative illness Huntington's Disease and his business went into liquidation. Hoyland snr who formerly worked as a roofer and a farmer after leaving the army then agreed to help out his son with cocaine drops when the family home got into mortgage arrears. Describing the duo's role in the gang, Prosecutor Alex Langhorn told the court: 'They were involved in the source and supply of at least 137kg of cocaine on behalf of someone whose name was stored in their phones as "Mr Miyagi". 'There were 17 trips with destinations as far flung as Ripon, North Yorks, Leicester, Accrington, Batley, Haydock, Sunderland, Sheffield, Plymouth, Burnley and the City of London. 'Mr Miyagi directed what was to be done with the packages but it would appear Richard was the primary point of contact and he passed things onto his father who was a willing participant in the conspiracy.' The court heard how Hoyland jnr was seen meeting with a member of the Byrnes gang and following a handover that man travelled on supplied cocaine to other gangsters in the cartel, the prosecutor said. 'On one occasion Richard received a call from a Mr Miyagi saying: "Yo mate ASAP" and another contact using the pseudonym Mike Tyson on the encrypted Zangi app contacted him to ask if his father could deliver 5kg of cocaine to a postcode in Hulme, Manchester,' Mr Langhorn said. 'Richard then contacted his father who then arrived in Hulme whereupon Mr Miyagi sent him a message saying the person collecting the drugs could not see him. Mr Miyagi then asked Malcolm to check if the drugs had "Cartier" stamps embossed on them. A further series of handovers were later observed.' Police who raided Hoyland snr's address found him sat in his car on the driveway. In the living room three bags were found containing 70g of cocaine and a machete was found hidden underneath cushions on a sofa. A further 13kg of cocaine was found a box in a wardrobe in a bedroom. In the garage police recovered two empty Sports Direct sports holdalls suspected to have been used in a previous consignment plus £2,000 in cash locked away in a safe. Initially Hoyland snr claimed to have no knowledge of the drugs but later admitted: 'I was aware packages containing drugs were stored in the property but I did not arrange for the drugs to be brought to the property. 'I was directed by my son and occasionally dealt with some packages. I wrote some notes and I accompanied Richard on a number of trips around the country but at his request I would stay in the vehicle whilst he conducted whatever business there was. 'I also accept on a very few occasions I made deliveries on my own but I acted at all times under the direction of my son. I felt I could not report the drugs to the police as I was afraid about what others might do to my family. ' Hoyland jnr was stopped as he was driving his Ford Transit in Littleborough. His ex-partner's home was searched and officers recovered two iPhones and £5,040 in cash from a sock drawer in the master bedroom. He later said he got involved in the racket due to a 'hole in his finances' after being forced to give up his job due to his illness and claimed he was trying to provide for his family. In mitigation for Hoyland snr, defence counsel Michael James said: 'He was acting under the direction of other people. He felt he was simply helping out his son and didn't feel he could do anything else. 'He didn't ask to become involved but became involved due to the family's circumstances. His role in the operation was towards the bottom of the chain and there is a real risk given his age and current health that he may never be released from custody before he passes away.' For Hoyland jnr, defence counsel Nicholas Clarke said: 'He was not making significant amounts of money. He had lost his career and been diagnosed with a medical condition which will affect his ability to walk, wash and feed and he merely made sufficient money to keep up with his mortgage and keep his family in clothes and food.' In sentencing Hoyland snr, Judge Peter Horgan said: 'It is a sad state of affairs when I have to sentence a man of 80 for such serious crime. 'I accept you introduced to this conspiracy by your son - however you were acting in the expectation of significant financial reward and you made your own decisions to play an active role. 'Others have expressed how dumbfounded at your involvement in this matter.' Speaking following their pair's sentencing, Detective Constable Elle Cartwright, of Greater Manchester Police's serious organised crime group, said: 'This was a sophisticated and highly organised criminal network responsible for flooding communities with harmful drugs. 'Richard Hoyland, along with his father Malcolm, played pivotal roles in supplying vast quantities of class A drugs to gangs across the country. Their convictions are a significant result in our ongoing fight against serious and organised crime.' The Byrnes gang is believed to be responsible for a number of gangland hits, drug smuggling and trafficking. They are an off-shoot of the Kinahan Cartel - which is believed to currently be operating from Dubai. Steven Gerrard's influencer daughter Lilly-Eva is currently dating Lee Byrne, the son of jailed crime boss Liam Byrne, who works for the Kinahan Cartel. Her future father-in-law's gangster brother David Byrne, 33, was machine-gunned to death in 2016, while his cousin is convicted Kinahan murderer 'Fat Freddie' Thompson, 44. While there is no suggestion Lee is involved in crime, his relationship with Lilly-Ella has raised eyebrows, with former Garda assistant commissioner Pat Leahy previously warning Gerrard that any links with the Byrne clan did him 'no favours'. Lilly-Ella and Lee announced the birth of their first child together earlier this year.

Alan Sheehan says Swansea plan to build on buzz of Snoop Dogg becoming co-owner

Alan Sheehan has described the 'buzz' since Snoop Dogg became a Swansea co-owner and explained how the Championship club plan to build on the feel-good factor. The 53-year-old American rapper joined a growing list of celebrity investors in British football last month by becoming part of a Swansea ownership group that already included Croatia midfield great Luka Modric. Multi award-winning Snoop said Swansea's 'underdog' story 'really struck a chord with me' and his vast following on social media – 89 million on Instagram and 20.5 million on X – quickly learned about the Welsh club and his love for Joe's ice cream in the city. 'To have Snoop and Luka on board is a massive benefit,' Swansea boss Sheehan said ahead of Saturday's league opener at Middlesbrough. 'There is a buzz, obviously. As a football club you have to become more appealing commercially, to be more competitive, and appeal to the wider nation. 'It's different to how it was maybe when I was a player, but I understand why, and I totally welcome it. 'Rome wasn't built in a day, but there are big plans for the football club. 'It's about building strong foundations and building that character and resilience within the football club.' Comparisons with Wrexham, who are owned by Hollywood actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, are unavoidable and already being made. The two Welsh clubs are Championship rivals this season after Wrexham became the first team in the top five tiers of English football to win three successive promotions. A docu-series tracking life at Swansea, on similar lines to the award-winning FX show 'Welcome to Wrexham', is understood to be already in the pipeline. Asked if Swansea – who were relegated in 2018 after seven seasons in the Premier League – were the 'new' Wrexham, Sheehan said: 'No, we're Swansea. We're not new anything. 'Now they're in our division, I suppose, it becomes more there now (rivalry), but we don't play them until December. So I won't really be speaking about them until December.' Modric – who joined the board in April following a takeover led by American businessmen Brett Cravatt and Jason Cohen six months earlier – was unveiled as an AC Milan player on Monday after his trophy-littered 13-year spell at Real Madrid ended this summer. The 39-year-old has played his part in Sheehan's summer recruitment strategy, actively persuading players to join the Welsh club. 'Obviously, his transfer situation… he was unavailable to come here,' smiled Sheehan. 'We've had a few text messages and he's involved. 'Luka has spoke to some players, passed on his knowledge, what he knows about the football club, and the plans that we have for it. 'Snoop and Luka are very invested in the club. They care, they speak through the ownership and the ownership are very good to us.' So will Grammy-nominated Snoop soon be swapping California for Swansea to watch a game? 'I believe so,' said Sheehan. 'But I'm not sure which game yet. It would be very naive and narrow-minded to think two very successful people in what they do could not help us. 'Successful people have a lot in common – a work ethic, a grit, a determination to get where they want to get to. So with Snoop, Luka and the ownership there is a lot of positivity around the football club.'
