EXCLUSIVE Is that you, Kim? Married At First Sight bride mistaken for Kardashian as she copies her look and slips into Skims at Australian Fashion Week

Daily Mail14-05-2025

Married at First Sight bride Carina Mirabile has taken her Kim Kardashian copy-catting to another level at Australian Fashion Week, as she gears up to launch her own podcast.
Carina, 31, turned heads on Day Two of Sydney 's streetwear fashion parade as she arrived to Carriageworks wearing the nude SKIMS 'Ultimate Butt' bodysuit and a fur coat.
The season 12 bride, who was matched with controversial French groom Paul Antoine on MAFS, has taken great pains to cultivate comparisons to the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
Carina served her best 'Kim' on Wednesday in an ultra-long hair piece that took her stylist and podcast co-host Jacob Muller three days to make.
'It's a visual love letter to dating at the moment,' Muller told Daily Mail Australia as Carina twirled to show off the elaborate extension.
'Every piece, every string represents a person. I used cotton because cotton is very fragile, just like our hearts. I actually cried making this piece.'
'I think transitioning from being married on the show and going through a relationship and it didn't work in my favour, this is my next chapter.
'The look says "What's happening from Carina?"
'Yes this is my own 'fit. I bought this fur coat from New York in Brooklyn and I've got SKIMS on underneath and literally pantyhose stockings,' she added.
'I've got my Ottalinger bag, which I love, and then of course the staple piece for today's show is my long hair extension.'
Carina agreed the hair piece is 'very Willow Smith' before asking Muller to jump in and 'say what it is.'
The brunette wore a nude SKIMS bodysuit from Kim's recently released Ultimate Butt Enhancing line that includes padded shorts, leggings and bodysuits for a 'bigger, rounder, perkier' derrière.
In a February campaign for the new line, Kim styled herself as the 'Fairy Butt Mother' to all women seeking an instant 'boob job' or 'butt lift' with the help of subtle padding.
The nude bodysuit and fur jacket combo is one the Kardashian star has rocked at Paris Fashion Week front rows for at least 10 years, when she was representing her ex husband Kanye West's Yeezy bodysuits.

More recently though, it's a look the mum-of-four has reinvigorated for the launch of her flagship Skims store on Melrose Drive in Los Angeles.
Throughout Carina's time on MAFS her one-for-one outfit matches to Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian earned her the nickname 'Temu Kim.'
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia in January, Carina said she was flattered by the nickname, but laughed it off nonetheless.
'I mean, come on - I'm a little more classy than that! But honestly, I am inspired by Kim's fashion and style.
'Most of all, I resonate with her family dynamic. I come from a big family too, and that's something I deeply value.'
Like Kris Jenner, who has four children - Kylie and Kendall Jenner, and Kim, Khloé, Kourtney, and Rob Kardashian, and 14 grandchildren, mum Carmel also enjoys a large family with 5 children and ten grandchildren.
And much like the Kardashians, who have a vast multi-media empire at their feet, Carina, too is part of an impressive family-run business.
The Mirabile family, led by Carina's mother and father Carmel and Tony, run Beyond Tools—a purveyor of heavy duty machinery and power tools.
Carina works in the business as a digital marketing manager and social media specialist.
Carina tried out careers as a broadcast journalist, TV personality, host, model, and actress, prior to applying for season 12 of MAFS.
She got her big TV break in as 'lead actress' in a Channel Nine TV segment filmed with Beyond Tools in 2018.
The brunette beauty has a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism from Edith Cowan University, a diploma in fashion design and completed acting classes at the famous West Australian Academy of Performing Arts.
Carina auditioned to be the host of E! News Australia back in 2014, before putting journalism on the back burner to pursue acting and modelling.
Just before her appearance on MAFS, she followed in Kim's footsteps again by launching her own unisex athleisure clothing label called Mirab (a reference to her surname).
She has more than tripled her Instagram following from 49,000 to 156,000 since her season of MAFS finished airing and on Wednesday, announced a new podcast with Muller called This Is Chaos.
'We used to joke in his salon chair about starting a podcast because our conversations were absolutely unhinged and now here we are,' Carina wrote on Instagram. What started in the glam chair before the cameras rolled has turned into something much bigger than we ever imagined.
'You only saw a snippet of me from the show, now I'm ready to go deep, get raw and vulnerable and shut those rumors about "fake" Carina. We're so excited to finally share it with you and be apart of the journey with us.'
Since leaving MAFS, she has also fashioned herself a Kim-style haircut with a chin-length fringe.

A prankster hired a removalist for a very bizarre job… his unexpected response stunned Aussies

A removalist has won the hearts of Aussies after offering his house to a prankster who had been impersonating a homeless person. Australian pranksters 'Misfit Minds' had organised a stunt 'to hire handymen to just do the most mundane jobs ever'. Member Will Woods decided to pose as a homeless person who had been living in a Melbourne park and needed help to move his tent metres down the road. Woods hired Saresa Removals before Safua Tagiaia and his crew turned up appearing to have no idea they had been called for the menial task. 'We've gotta move the whole house. Thanks for helping me with that,' Woods said. Mr Tagiaia appeared confused and pointed at a house on the street. 'So this whole house here?' The prankster then turned around and pointed to his tent and boxes sitting on the edge of the park. 'No, no, no. This one here.' Mr Tagiaia obliged and help to pack the tent and boxes onto the back of the truck before he offered to give Woods a lift to the new location. 'It's literally just down the road,' Woods said. Mr Tagiaia and his crew drove the truck at a snail's pace as they followed Woods metres down the road. They then unloaded the truck and even helped to set up the tent before Mr Tagiaia turned to Woods and made him a surprise offer. 'If you need a house to stay in, come and stay with me for a week,' he said. 'You can wait for when you can stand on your feet again.' Footage of the heartwarming encounter was shared to the Misfit Minds' social media pages including TikTok. The jokesters (above) have nearly 800,000 subscribers on YouTube Aussies immediately jumped in to praise Mr Tagiaia for making such a generous offer to a stranger. 'They pranked the wrong bloke, that guy had a heart of gold,' one said. 'Safua seemed like a kind hearted man, even asking you if you needed socks,' another wrote. 'Safua is a legend. No judgements. Offers a clearly, very, very disturbed young man a house for a week or whatever,' a third added. Aussies managed to track down the TikTok account of the company to heap more praise on the crew. 'You have got a heart of gold Safua,' one wrote. 'The world needs more people like you, your kindness made me smile and brightened my afternoon,' another said. 'Safua, the top man in Australia,' a third wrote. The company said it had not been aware of the recording until 'loyal customers and friends' shared the video with them. 'This is what we do; we help our community and those who need our help. We don't promise you anything but we act and prove to you that we can take care of you moving needs,' they wrote.

Footy legend's daughter takes a HUGE step to joining the most famous cheerleading squad in the world

Mark Carroll lived the dream as an NRL enforcer in his decorated footy career - and now it is his daughter's turn to take a shot at becoming a global star. Indianna Carroll, 27, has been invited to the US as she seeks to become a cheerleader for the Dallas Cowboys NFL team. After impressing in the first couple of rounds, Sydney -based Carroll will now look to be named in the final 10-strong group. 'I have put my life on hold for this,' the long-term Manly Sea Eagles cheerleader told News Corp. 'Dallas cheerleaders are the epitome of cheerleading in the world. 'I have been in a (cheerleading) outfit with pompoms since I was a one-year-old. It is part of who I am.' Carroll won't have to wait long to see if she lives out her dream - the 10 winners will be announced on July 14 at The Star, the club's Dallas headquarters. She also stated it feels 'surreal' to have reached the final audition - and believes cheerleading offers a further 'element of entertainment to game days.' Indianna also doesn't have to look far for inspiration - her mother Monique has been the cheerleading director at the Sea Eagles — better known as the Seabirds — for more than three decades on Sydney's northern beaches. And if Carroll is successful, TV stardom could quickly follow - the final training camp is the subject of an upcoming Netflix documentary, America's Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. Meanwhile, Mark 'Spudd' Carroll previously opened up about Indianna's battle with endometriosis. 'It scared the sh** out of me,' he said in 2018. 'We have tried everything. The amount of money I've spent on doctors. 'These doctors, they think they know (it all)....they have no idea, seriously. No one knows how to cure it. 'Indi went to bed one night after screaming through the house: 'I'd rather kill myself than have this bloody horrible disease. 'I went to bed bawling. I cried myself to sleep.'
