* The Profit before Tax (PBT) stands at INR 123 Million for quarter ended as against INR 1,159 Million for corresponding quarter ended 31.03.2024 and against INR 1,003 Million for quarter ended 31.12.2024.

* The revenue from operations stand at INR 4,889 Million for quarter ended as against INR 5,812 Million for corresponding quarter ended 31.03.2024 and against INR 4,591 Million for quarter ended 31.12.2024.
* EBITDA stands at INR 566 Million for quarter ended as against INR 1,380 Million for corresponding quarter ended 31.03.2024 and against INR 1,293 Million for quarter ended 31.12.2024.
* The Profit before Tax (PBT) stands at INR 83 Million for quarter ended as against INR 974 Million for corresponding quarter ended 31.03.2024 and against INR 904 Million for quarter ended 31.12.2024.

TCS shares slip nearly 2% after company announces over 12,000 job cuts

Lodha Developers shares in focus after Q1 PAT rises 42% YoY
Lodha Developers is set to attract investor attention on Monday after the company reported a 42% year-on-year (YoY) increase in profit after tax (PAT) for the first quarter of FY26. PAT rose to Rs 680 crore from Rs 480 crore in Q1FY25, supported by strong operational performance and margin expansion. ADVERTISEMENT The company reported its best-ever Q1 pre-sales, delivering Rs 4,450 crore in the June quarter, registering a 10% YoY growth. This performance was accompanied by a PAT margin expansion to 18.6% from 16.3% in the same period last year. Lodha also reported a robust adjusted EBITDA margin of 34.4%, reflecting operational efficiency and strong cash flow generation. Lodha continued to ramp up its project pipeline, announcing the addition of five new projects during the quarter with a total Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 22,700 crore. These projects are spread across marquee locations in the MMR, Pune, and Bengaluru latest addition takes the total GDV since the company's IPO to over Rs 1 trillion across 48 projects, indicating strong brand traction and execution of its 'supermarket' land acquisition a balance sheet standpoint, Lodha reported a net debt of Rs 5,080 crore as of June 30, 2025, translating to a Net Debt-to-Equity ratio of 0.24x, well below its guided ceiling of 0.5x.
