Disney star Skai Jackson's baby daddy is 'arrested AGAIN' after her shocking abuse claims
Deondre Burgin — who shares a newborn child with Jackson — was apprehended at a Kentucky gas station on July 14 after cops discovered he had an active out-of-state warrant, according to TMZ.
Burgin was cleaning his vehicle at the gas station when a police officer drove by and reportedly scanned his license plate, which a spokesperson for the Kenton County Commonwealth Attorney's Office explained is common practice in that county.
Burgin's scanned plate revealed that he had 'an active warrant out of Hamilton County, Ohio ' and he was then arrested.
DailyMail.com has reached out to Jackson's representatives for comment.
The Ohio arrest warrant was related to a March 6 incident where Burgin was pulled over in Cincinnati and given a ticket for improper display of a license plate and failing to reinstate his driver's license, the outlet reports.
He was scheduled to appear in court on May 5 but he never showed, according to the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office.
Two days later, a warrant for Burgin's arrest was issued.
It's unclear if Burgin has remained behind bars since his July 14 arrest or if he was released on bond.
Burgin's latest lockup comes three months after he was arrested in April over the same outstanding warrant.
Similarly to the July 14th arrest, Burgin was also apprehended at a Kentucky gas station after a 'police officer recognized him from the National Crime Information Center database.'
At the time, he was reportedly being held on a $25,000 bond.
This came less than three months after he served a 90-day sentence for violating his parole from an earlier theft and weapon possession case as a juvenile at the Hamilton County Jail.
Burgin was behind bars when Jackson gave birth to their baby boy, Kasai, in January 2025.
In November, one day after Jackson, revealed she was expecting, Burgin was taken into custody in Cincinnati, Ohio after a botched foot chase with officers.

At the time, police said in a report, reviewed by TMZ, that Burgin initially fled the scene when they approached him over a juvenile parole violation warrant.
Burgin tripped, fell and suffered a cut on his cheek in the encounter, according to the outlet, after which police placed him in handcuffs.
Burgin was released after receiving a citation for misdemeanor obstruction of official business, police sources told the outlet.
Burgin's latest arrest comes two months after Jackson came forward to accuse him of abuse while filing for a restraining order against him in May.
In the filing, Jackson claimed that her boyfriend tried to choke her on Mother's day.
The Bunk'd standout also alleged that Burgin grabbed her by her hair, slammed her head against a car window and punched her in the face.
She had their son Kasai, aged three months, in her arms during the attack, it was also claimed by the star in documents seen by the site.
Jackson filed for a restraining order in L.A. County Superior Court as she feared for her life, it was also alleged.
She has asked a judge to keep Burgin 100 yards away from her, their baby and her dog. Skai also wants him to attend a domestic violence treatment program, the site also stated.
Skai is seeking a legal child support agreement and for him to pay all her legal fees, the site claimed the documents read.
The violence was nothing new, the actress claimed, as she added he has been frightening her for more than a year.
The TV star also alleged that he abused her weekly during a six-month period in 2024. That included choking and scratching her and slamming her head into a wall, she claimed in her paperwork.
And he allegedly damaged her iPhone and a television.
While she was pregnant, Skai claims Burgin demanded she drink bleach to 'kill the unborn child,' the site added.
And he 'held her at knifepoint as he walked her to her car and threatened to stab her in the stomach if she yelled for help,' the site claimed.
He then punched through a bathroom door, slammed her against a wall and 'choked me until I could not breathe' and she she has video to prove it, she alleged in her documents.
He also has guns, she claimed: three firearms, including a rifle.
Last year Jackson was in hot water herself when she was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, but not charged.
In September it was revealed that the Los Angeles District Attorney's office declined to file charges and dropped the case against her.
She was previously arrested on August 8 at Universal Studios CityWalk in Los Angeles, California after an alleged altercation with her boyfriend.
Police responded to a call from the theme park after security personnel detained Jackson for allegedly pushing her boyfriend.
Deputies reviewed the surveillance footage of the alleged incident.
At the time, her representative told PEOPLE: 'Skai is relieved that the investigation revealed that this was nothing more than a misunderstanding.'
'We appreciate that the DA determined very quickly that there should be no charges of any kind and Skai looks forward to putting this behind her,' her rep continued.
At the time of her arrest, law enforcement sources told TMZ she told the arresting officers she was 'happily engaged and expecting a baby.'
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office informed the outlet that the case would not go forward due to Jackson not having any criminal history.

The last of four Milwaukee hotel workers accused of killing a man by pinning him to the ground has pleaded guilty to being a party to felony murder. Former Hyatt Hotel security guard Todd Erickson entered the plea in connection with D'Vontaye Mitchell's death in Milwaukee County Circuit Court on Thursday morning, online court records indicate. Erickson was set to go on trial on Aug. 11. He faces up to 15 years in prison when he's sentenced Sept. 3. His attorney, Kerri Cleghorn, didn't immediately return a voicemail left at her office. Turner, Erickson, bellhop Herbert Williamson and front desk worker Devin Johnson-Carson continued to struggle with Mitchell before taking him to the ground and piling on top of him, according to a criminal complaint. Hotel surveillance video shows Johnson-Carson holding Mitchell's legs while Erickson, Turner and Williamson held down his upper body. They kept him pinned for eight to nine minutes. By the time emergency responders arrived, Mitchell had stopped breathing. A medical examiner later determined that Mitchell was morbidly obese, suffered from heart disease, and had cocaine and methamphetamine in his system. The medical examiner concluded that he had suffocated and ruled his death a homicide. Attorneys for Mitchell's family have likened his death to the murder of Floyd, a Black man who died in 2020 after a white Minneapolis police officer knelt on his neck for about nine minutes. Floyd's death sparked a national reckoning on racial relations. Mitchell was Black. Court records identify Erickson as white and Turner, Williamson and Johnson-Carson as Black. The four workers told investigators that Mitchell was strong and tried to bite Erickson, but they didn't mean to hurt him. Turner, Williamson and Johnson-Carson were all charged with being a party to felony murder along with Erickson. Turner pleaded guilty to that count this past March. Girl weeps for Blackstone exec mom Wesley LePatner murdered by NYC shooter before she and brother comfort widower father
The family of Wesley LePatner, who was murdered during the Midtown Manhattan Shooting, broke down in tears at her funeral on Wednesday. The 43-year-old senior managing director at investment giant Blackstone was gunned down by Shane Tamura, 27, at 345 Park Avenue Monday evening. On Wednesday, LePatner's husband Evan and her two children, Emerson and Jonathan, gathered in the city's Central Synagogue alongside former colleagues and family to remember her. As one of her friends spoke at length about LePatner and her life, the two children immediately rested their heads on their father's shoulders to comfort him in a sweet touching moment. The family could be seen sitting in the front row of the synagogue in front of LePatner's coffin as several speakers spoke about her. One coworker, who spoke at length about their time at the company, said: 'Wesley I miss you so much, rest in power sister.' Another added: 'A part of Wesley is now inside everyone she touched, as a source of inspiration to live life like Wesley, elevating the people around us. 'I can only begin to imagine how many times I will ask myself, "what would Wesley do?", may we all carry forward in her spirit.' Three others - NYPD officer Didarul Islam, security guard Aland Etienne and Rudin firm employee Julia Hyman - were also killed when Tamura opened fire in the lobby. LePatner was killed in the lobby as she tried to hide behind a pillar, according to the Wall Street Journal which reported that other Blackstone employees are in the hospital receiving treatment. 'Wesley was a beloved member of the Blackstone family and will be sorely missed,' the company said in a statement. 'She was brilliant, passionate, warm, generous, and deeply respected within our firm and beyond. 'She embodied the best of Blackstone. Our prayers are with her husband, children and family. 'We are also saddened by the loss of the other innocent victims as well, including brave security personnel and N.Y.P.D.' Tamura, who'd driven to New York City from Las Vegas with a rifle, killed himself shortly after shooting Hyman. The former high school football star had claimed playing the game had given him a brain condition called CTE and had planned an unhinged revenge attack on the NFL. Tamura was found with a letter on his body indicating he had grievances with the NFL and its handling of chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), degenerative brain disease linked to several retired football players.
