The Gers striker hit the net 29 times across 55 games in all competitions for the Light Blues
But the season ended trophyless for Dessers and Gers, as Celtic won a league and League Cup double with Aberdeen claiming the Scottish Cup.
Dessers ended the last 12 months with a personal high as he tied the knot with longtime partner Rosalie de Ruysscher.
The Nigeria international, 30, and brunette Rosalie wed on Saturday at Montalbano in southern Italy.
Dessers spent a year with Italian club Cremonese before moving to Ibrox in 2023.
He has since hit 51 goals in 109 Gers appearances.
Footage of the wedding reception shows Rosalie and a tuxedo-clad Dessers smiling and waving as they parade through rows of tables.
Meanwhile guests wave their napkins in tribute to the couple.
The film bears the caption: "Doing it the Italian way."
Dessers was born in the Belgian city Tongeren. He has played for Belgian Pro League clubs Leuven, Lokeren and Genk.

The eight-cap international also had spells with four Dutch sides, including Utrecht and Feyenoord, before moving to Italy in 2022 prior to his arrival in Scotland.
Dessers scored on international duty with Nigeria a fortnight ago in the Unity Cup, held in London.
And he's been the subject of reported interest from Greece ahead of the summer transfer window.
Super League giants AEK Athens have emerged as potential suitors for the frontman.
La Liga outfit Leganes, Serie A clubs Cagliari and Empoli and Ligue 1 side Saint-Etienne have also been credited with interest in the past few months.
Meanwhile, Philippe Clement has opened up on what went on behind the scenes that led to his Rangers exit.
The Belgian was sacked in February and has now been replaced by Russell Martin, wit Barry Ferguson having served as interim boss.
Clement revealed that he feared for his job immediately after the Premier Sports Cup final loss to Celtic.
He said: "I had a feeling, a bad feeling, after the League Cup final.
"I think it was a vital game.
"If we had won, there would have been more patience with the fans also and the board could have stayed much calmer."

Brugge star revels in Rangers fans' boos as fortress Ibrox crumbles

Brandon Mechele loved hearing the jeers from the Rangers supporters and believes his side have one foot in the Champions League Club Brugge hero Brandon Mechele has confessed he loved hearing the boos rain down from the stands at Ibrox Stadium on Tuesday night. ‌ Rangers have a mountain to climb to reach the league phase of the Champions League after a 3-1 shellacking at home to the Belgians. ‌ Russell Martin's side shipped three goals inside 20 minutes – to spark a mass exodus of fans. ‌ It was a calamitous opening and veteran defender Mechele's superb strike on his 500th appearance for Club Brugge sparked furious scenes among home supporters, with hundreds walking out in outrage. And the Belgian international revealed he was delighted to hear it. He said: "We silenced the crowd to the extent they even booed their own players. "It was fantastic to come here and win and to score such a beautiful goal made it even more special. It's one for the history books. "We were really strong in the first half and we had more chances to score. "But it got tougher when we conceded a quick goal in the second half. We tried to slow the pace of the match and threatened with a few counterattacks. Defensively, we were good. ‌ "At home, if we play like we did in the first half, we should be able to go through, but it's still football, so we have to be careful. "Next week is incredibly important." And opening goalscorer Romeo Vermant admitted he couldn't believe it when he was gifted an early opening goal after defender Nasser Djiga inexplicably didn't deal with a high ball. Vermant said: "It's ideal to score after two minutes, especially after a mistake from them. "I expected the defender or the keeper to just pick the ball up, but to my surprise, they both let it go. "Then it was just a case of going for it and yes, it was a pretty good finish, even if I say so myself."

Danilo on Rangers' Champions League hopes: 'We'll just keep fighting'

Rangers striker Danilo insists the team will not give up on their Champions League dream and will be 'all out' for a win in Belgium next week. The Ibrox side saw their hopes of reaching the League Phase take a huge blow after a dismal first leg at home on Tuesday. Rangers were 3-0 down after just 20 minutes, with a disastrous defensive display marking the worst possible start to the play-off. Danilo's second-half goal reduced the deficit but leaves the Premiership side needing a miracle in the return match next Wednesday. It was the latest in a series of disappointing results early in head coach Russell Martin's tenure but Danilo said the team would give everything to try and turn things around. 'It's early in the process but obviously in the Champions League, this is not the kind of result you want,' he said. 'We'll just keep fighting. 'We are doing everything we can. I just hope [the supporters] can get behind us as well in these difficult moments. Then we try our best and give it everything we have.' The Ibrox support made their feelings clear at half-time after the three Club Brugge goals that stunned Rangers, booing the team as they headed up the tunnel. Danilo said that was their prerogative but pointed to the backing in the second half, saying it helped with an improved performance. '100 per cent,' he said. 'They have the right to come to the stadium and say what they want. 'They wanted their team to perform. 'The manager was trying to give his best and give his best ideas as well. 'We have to stick with that. It's a bit difficult at the moment but I think it just depends on us. Everybody has to be together because we need everybody on the field and outside too. 'Hopefully we get through. Obviously 100 per cent in Belgium we're going to go all out for the win with a different mindset. 'We just don't want to hurt [the fans]. We just want them to support us and to sing. 'I think that's what the ultras fans did as well. They sang for 90 minutes. 'I think that's what made us believe that we could perform in the second half as well. That's what we needed. Everybody together.'
