Bernstein says this Chinese media platform can surge nearly 25%

Bilibili is cementing its staus as a premier media platform in China with top tier content, according to Bernstein. "We like the model of Bilibili — its content is of higher quality, longer shelf life and dare we say, as research analysts, we are partial," analyst Boris Van said. "In a world where short form videos and quality are variable at best, there is a place for a platform with refreshing content." Bernstein initiated research coverage of the Chinese online entertainment services provider with an outperform rating and a $28 per share price target. Bernstein's forecast implies nearly 25% upside from Monday's $22.48 close. BILI YTD mountain Bilibili stock in 2025. Bilibili is "the pioneer and leader in the medium form professional user generated video category," Van said, calling its user community and brand "iconic." The Bernstein analyst also said the company is entering a new growth phase thanks to notable "platform assets," as well as investments in artificial intelligence. "Additionally, its community video + games ecosystem has strategies and allows it to be an effective mid-sized games publisher contributing to a pathway of operating leverage growth to mid-teens level," the analyst said. "This path of revenue and operating leverage is set to result in strong earnings growth in coming years, providing room for" rising forward price-to-earnings ratios. Bilibili American depositary receipts traded on Nasdaq have soared 51% in the past three months through Monday.

Oracle Brings Google's Gemini AI Into the Fold

Oracle (NYSE:ORCL) and Google Cloud (NASDAQ:GOOG) are stepping up their partnership and this one's about giving Oracle customers a big dose of AI muscle. They're starting with Google's Gemini 2.5, now plugged straight into Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's Generative AI service. In plain terms, if you're an Oracle customer, you can now spin up AI agents for things like multimodal understanding, coding help, workflow automation, and deep research and you can pay for it using the Oracle credits you already have. Warning! GuruFocus has detected 8 Warning Signs with ORCL. But the real story is what's coming next. Oracle says it'll open the door to Google's full lineup of Gemini models via Vertex AI think video, image, speech, music generation, plus industry-specific AI like MedLM for healthcare. And later, these same models could be baked into Oracle Fusion Cloud apps, so finance, HR, supply chain, sales, and marketing teams get AI upgrades without changing how they work. Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian says the goal is to make deploying AI even easier for Oracle customers, whether it's to supercharge developers, clean up messy data integration, or just automate the boring stuff. Morgan Stanley Turns More Bullish on Apple as iPhone Builds Jump 8%

Morgan Stanley's feeling more upbeat about Apple's iPhone (NASDAQ:AAPL) story this fall and it's not just a Erik Woodring and his team have bumped their September-quarter build forecast up 8%, thanks to better-than-expected sales in June that left store shelves a little too bare. That's giving Apple room to refill the channel with about 54 million iPhones all from the new 16 and Pro Max lines compared to 50 million firm's bigger-picture bullishness hasn't changed much since last summer. They still see a lot working in Apple's favor: iPhone owners hanging onto older devices longer (which means pent-up upgrade demand), new designs in the pipeline, margin-friendly cost structures, and untapped pricing power in both hardware and services. Plus, tariff fears have cooled, regulation doesn't look like an immediate choke point, and Apple's stock is sitting at a valuation in line with its five-year average which gives room for upside if estimates keep ticking higher. They're holding their 55 million shipment forecast for September, but beyond that, the 2025 second-half iPhone 17 build plans are steady at 80 to 85 million units. The wild card? Apple's holiday quarter is notoriously swingy December builds have jumped anywhere from +35% to +71% quarter-over-quarter in recent (non-COVID) years. This article first appeared on GuruFocus.
