The BBC fired the hosts from the popular cooking program after a report revealed more than 40 historic complaints against Gregg had been upheld, along with a claim that John once used a racist term.
Gregg is a short 4/1 to head to the Aussie jungle in November while John is sitting closely behind him at 6/1 odds, according to betting agency William Hill.
Other big names tipped to star on I'm A celeb, according to betting odds include, boxer Tyson Fury, TV star Denise Van Outen and Coronation Street star, Will Mellor.
The Beeb has decided to go ahead with airing the new season of MasterChef, which features Gregg and John as hosts, because it was recorded before the report was commissioned.
'News that the BBC will be airing the new series of MasterChef with Gregg Wallace and John Torode despite sacking the pair last month has prompted speculation about where they might appear next, and we've added both to our market for who will take part in I'm A Celebrity this year," said Lee Phelps, spokesperson for William Hill.
Series 21 of MasterChef hit the BBC today and fans noticed huge changes.
As the six amateur cooks made their first dishes for John, 60, and Gregg, 60, they noted how the 'banter' between the hosts was virtually non-existent.
Interaction between the hosts and contestants had also been edited back.
Instead, the interactions were much more factual about the dishes themselves and the contestants' backgrounds.
Gregg had hosted MasterChef alongside John since 2005 and has also fronted other BBC programmes including Inside the Factory and Supermarket Secrets.
Gregg and John Gone
In an explosive sit down interview with The Sun, Gregg said that he was not a 'groper, a sex pest or a flasher'.
He also backed John, who had an allegation of racism upheld against him, during the probe into Wallace's behaviour on July 15.
Gregg told The Sun: 'He is not a racist.'
The dossier into Wallace's behaviour included a complaint that an unnamed person used a racial phrase once several years ago.
Torode confirmed it referred to him, but said: 'I have absolutely no recollection of this, and I do not believe that it happened.'

‘They think I'm trash' rants Katie Price as she speaks out on rift with Princess Andre over new TV show

KATIE Price has opened up about her rift with daughter Princess Andre. The upset mum-of-five said she is thought of as 'trash' by those working with her daughter after The Sun revealed her secret heartache. 5 Katie Price has expressed her upset over Princess Andre Credit: Getty 5 Katie believes she has been cut out of her daughter's career Credit: Getty Discussing her upset on her podcast today, Katie, 47, told sister Sophie how she believed she has been cut out of her daughter's career and TV show in a brutal blow - leaving her devastated and angry. Addressing The Sun's article, Katie said: 'They've told the truth in it. If you actually read it, there's not a fib. "I'm not allowed and I'm not welcome. 'But what hurts my feelings, and it does upset me, is when your kids grow up, you go to their assemblies, you go to their Christmas things, you go to their awards, you go to their football matches or gymnastics, you're involved in everything they do. Everyone knows she's my daughter. So what difference does it make? Katie on being banned from her daughter's events "And knowing that what my career has been, Princess is taking that same path, trying to do the same as what I've done, which I absolutely love and adore of Princess. "But I have not been allowed to go on any photo shoot, no signings or Superdrug openings or anything like that." We told earlier this week how telly bosses deliberately cut the former glamour model out of forthcoming ITV2 show, The Princess Diaries, because it is 'not good for Princess to be seen with Katie'. In a bid to market the youngster as a pretty, middle-class influencer, they even turned down Katie's team's offer to film for free for three days. Katie ranted: 'And it puts Princess in a situation because I don't want her to feel she has to choose between me and her work because I want her to do well.' 'And I have said to Princess, just see how it feels for me because I should be there supporting you. I want to be there to support you like my family did. And I'm your mum and especially as you're doing stuff that I did, I'm proud of you and want to be there.' Katie Price reignites huge feud with Peter Andre in war over daughter Princess's HAIR The model continued: 'They won't allow Princess to do photo shoots with me. They won't allow me to go to any events with Princess because they think I am trash basically. 'Now, everyone knows she's my daughter. So what difference does it make? If it wasn't for me or Pete, Princess and Junior wouldn't be known anyway. 'I find it an insult as I've been in the industry 30 years. I know this job inside and out. If there's anyone better to advise or be there and guide Princess, it is me.' Princess' 'unhappy' childhood The new ITV2 series, which will feature Princess's older brother Junior and her dad Peter, begins on Sunday. 5 Princess speaks about her childhood in her new documentary 5 Princess has already forged a successful career - without her mum being involved Credit: princess_andre/Instagram 5 Katie's dad Peter has been a big part of her new TV show Credit: Instagram It also stars Pete's second wife Emily, a doctor with whom he appears blissfully happy. Princess lives full time with Peter, and has done since before she turned 18. For the past few months, cameras have followed Princess around as she launches her influencing career, having already signed money- spinning deals with brands including Morphe and Superdrug. Party Ban But Katie has been nowhere to be seen - not even when her daughter had an 18th birthday party. The Prices were banned from attending Princess's 18th birthday party in June due to filming. Katie, whose sister feels the same, admitted her frustrations, saying: 'I'm not making money off my daughter. So I am fuming about the situation, but at the same time, I want Princess to do well and I back her in every way "The family, we're all fuming about it. How, again, not one member of our family or anything are involved in anything Princess does." In the fly-on-the-wall series, the teenager addresses the traumatic memories of her parents' divorce, admitting she grew up in her household knowing her parents 'didn't like each other'. "I did have a counsellor, I do still see her every now and then, " she says in a first look clip. "But I don't feel like I can really talk, so I just write everything down in my notes. "I do wish, like, I could have had a more happier childhood. In the sense of like, I had so many things on my plate at a young age." Princess started seeing the counsellor after a scary incident in South Africa in 2018. She continued: "I wish sometimes that I wasn't like that and I could have actually had things in the back of my mind so young."

Inside Emmerdale's real-life couple's wedding afterparty as A-list girlbander performs for celeb guests

EMMERDALE'S real-life soap couple Max Parker and Kris Mochrie married yesterday in a stunning ceremony but their afterparty took it to another level. The Sun exclusively revealed how the pair - who met in 2019 while playing brothers in the ITV soap - walked down the aisle in a £100k ceremony. 3 Max and Kris pulled out all the stops for their wedding this week 3 They hosted a Max Ball for the beginning of their evening 3 Girls Aloud icon Nadine Coyle performed at Kris' Kiki Klub for the afters The lads celebrated their nuptials with a lavish multi-day wedding at the exclusive Wilderness Reserve in Suffolk where costs start at a whopping £65,000. But after an incredible day that saw the couple exchange vows and then enter their wedding reception in an explosion of rainbow smoke, they sat down for an elaborate meal with their 100 plus guests. Celebrities in attendance included Code of Silence breakout star Kieron Moore and Love Island's Callum Jones. A full band played while the guests tucked into their meals outdoors with huge chandeliers keeping them all illuminated. Handwritten and personalised notes to each guest were laid out along with some wedding favours including Jo Malone goodies and Charbonnel et Walker truffles. But it was after the meal finished that things got started with the couple hosting their own version of The Met Ball - The Max Ball - with its own swanky red carpet. And as the sun went down, Kris' Kiki Klub took over with an incredible night club atmosphere with an A-list girlbander taking to the stage. The couple surprised their guests with a performance from Girls Aloud icon Nadine Coyle. A source said: 'Everyone went mad when the music began and she walked out on stage. 'They knew Max and Kris were going all out for the wedding but to get pop royalty like Nadine Coyle to perform was next level. Emmerdale's Max Parker reveals he's engaged to his on-screen brother 'The couple even ended up on stage as Nadine's backing dancers as she belted out hit after hit.' The Sun exclusively revealed how the pair's relationship developed in 2020 after they both appeared on Emmerdale playing brothers Luke and Lee Posner. Real-life soap couples Soaps are renowned for their sweet and scandalous romances – but it's not just in scripted storylines where love is blossoming. A number of our favourite small-screen actors have fallen for co-stars and soapland rivals when the cameras have stopped rolling. Max Parker and Kris Mochrie Despite playing brothers Luke and Lee Posner on Emmerdale, the pair never actually shared any scenes together. But the pair still fell in love after meeting on set. Max and Kris got together in 2020, moving in together later than same year and got engaged in 2022. In a sweet Instagram post, the couple confirmed they're planning a 2025 wedding. Beth Cordingly and Ian Kelsey Beth, who plays Ruby Fox-Miligan, announced her love for her co-star Ian Kelsey, who played Dean Glover, shortly after she joined Emmerdale at the beginning of 2024. 'I am very in love with Ian and very happy. I think it really does work him being an actor too. He has been so fantastic," she gushed. Laura Norton and Mark Jordan Kerry Wyatt and Daz Eden actors Laura and Mark met on the set of Emmerdale in 2014. The couple, who got engaged in 2018, told Loose Women they spent a long time deciding whether they should "just stay as friends." Although it seems they were meant to be and the pair now share two children together. Zoe Henry and Jeff Hordley Emmerdale favourites Zoe and Jeff, who play Rhonda Goskirk and Cain Dingle met at drama college in 1994 and have been together ever since. While working together might be too much for some couples, that's definitely not the case for Zoe and Jeff. Zoe previously told The Sun: "Working on the same show as Jeff also helps because if one of us is having a bad day then the other will completely understand." Lesley Dunlop and Chris Chittell Lesley and Chris are another Dales romantic success story. Unlike some of the other soap stars, the pair who play Brenda Walker and Eric Pollard, are together on and off screen, officially tying the knot in 2016. They also adore working together, but have clear home-work boundaries. "We make a point of not talking about Emmerdale when we're at home, though – that would be just too sad, wouldn't it?" Chris revealed. Sally Carman and Joe Duttine Abi Franklin and Tim Metcalfe actors Sally and Joe got together after meeting on the set of Coronation Street in 2017 and they tied the knot in July 2022. But unlike some of the Emmerdale stars, Sally and Joe prefer that their characters don't interact much. Sally previously admitted it "would be horrendous" to work on a storyline with Joe because "he's too funny." Anthony Cotton and Peter Eccleston Sean Tully may have been unlucky in love on the cobbles, but in real life Antony's met his Prince Charming. The soap star started dating long-term partner Peter in 2005, after they met when he was working as an assistant props buyer on Corrie. Jane Danson and Robert Beck Corrie favourite Jane Danson tied the knot with soap star Robert Beck in 2005. The actress, who plays Leanne Battersby, shares two children, Harry and Sam, with the former Brookside star. During their marriage, Robert has also done a stint in Weatherfield playing criminal Jimmy Dockerson. Caroline Harding and Chris Gascoyne Chris, who played pub landlord Peter Barlow, married soap star Caroline in 2002. Although she is best known as an Emmerdale star, Caroline did visit her husband at work when she did a two-episode stint as doctor on the Manchester soap in 2020. The couple share a daughter called Belle, plus two children, Pip and Freddie from Caroline's previous marriage. Nadine Mulkerrin and Rory Douglas Speed Nadine Mulkerrin, and Rory Doulas Speed are known for their Hollyoaks alter egos Cleo McQueen and Joel Dexter. The loved-up pair got engaged on a December 2018 trip to Amsterdam - just over a year after they announced they were dating. They now share two kids, Reggie and Dougie. Sophie Austin and Shayne Ward Former Hollyoaks star Sophie, whose best known for playing villain Lindsay Butterfield, was introduced to singer and ex-Corrie star Shayne through mutual friends. She gave birth to their daughter Willow in December 2016 and they welcomed a son in 2022. Max quit the soap in 2022 and has gone on to have success in a host of other shows including Vampire Academy and Doctor Who and will soon star in Netflix's next big dramatic comedy from the late legendary producer Norman Lear, Boots, later this year. Kris meanwhile, who first found fame on Brookside, has starred in Vera and The Long Shadow while also building an events business that boasts some huge clients.

Top BBC presenter accused of showing 'penis picture' to junior staff member

The BBC has reportedly been hit with another scandal, after a top female presenter is alleged to have shown a 'penis picture' to a junior member of staff - leaving them in tears. The star is alleged to have revealed an image of a man's penis on her phone during a casual conversation where she asked the producer if she "liked d*** pics". Insiders claim the star, who is listed among the BBC's 50 highest-paid employees, asked the young staff member an inappropriate question before showing her the picture, reports The Mirror. The young producer was said to have been "horrified and in tears" over the encounter. It is unknown whose private parts were in the picture. Bosses were alerted about the encounter, and the presenter was brought into a private meeting where she was told to apologise for her actions. The crisis has been described as a "ticking time bomb" by staff at the BBC, fearing there could be a widespread fallout if the presenter's identity became public. A source claimed to The Sun: "This incident goes beyond ordinary workplace banter. The staff member felt intimidated and upset, believing the act was meant to shock under the guise of a joke. "There's a sense that if this had involved a male presenter, the repercussions would have been immediate and severe. The fact that it's a woman at the centre of this makes the situation even more striking." The insider claimed the conversation was meant 'to be jokey, locker-room type banter' but it resulted in the young producer crying about it. A BBC spokesperson said: "While we do not comment on individual cases, we take all complaints about conduct at work extremely seriously." The BBC has been hit with a number of scandals in the last year, with the axing of a number of Strictly Come Dancing stars over their behaviour, as well as Gregg Wallace and John Torode being fired from MasterChef in recent weeks. The BBC also came under fire for its coverage of the Glastonbury Festival. This year, Welsh presenter Wynne Evans was axed from his radio job at the BBC over allegations about his conduct. The One Show host Jermaine Jenas was also sacked by the corporation for sending inappropriate messages to two female colleagues. Meanwhile, Huw Edwards pleaded guilty to having indecent images of children and was spared jail when he admitted three charges of 'making' indecent photographs after he was sent 41 illegal images by a convicted paedophile over WhatsApp. The former BBC presenter was handed a six-month prison sentence, suspended for 24 months. He was also placed on the sex offenders register for seven years. The Mirror have reached out to the BBC for comment.
