Wednesday part two trailer sees Gwendoline Christie return as spirit guide
The first half of its second series was released on August 6 and ended on a cliff-hanger, with viewers unsure as to whether Ortega's character had died.
In the trailer, Wednesday is seen waking up in a hospital bed with Christie's Principal Weems, who is dressed in a nurse's uniform, telling her to 'rise and shine sleepyhead'.
In another clip the former headteacher of Nevermore Academy tells Wednesday she is her new 'spirit guide' and at the end of the two-minute video she warns her: 'If you don't hurry, you'll have nothing left to save.'
The teaser also shows Wednesday and her grandmother Hester Frump, played by Dame Joanna Lumley, shooting birds, and her mother Morticia, played by Catherine Zeta-Jones, telling her that 'every family has dark chapters'.
Among the other cast members of series two are Doctor Who star Billie Piper, who plays head of music Isadora Capri, and US actor Steve Buscemi, as the new head of the academy, Principal Dort.
Christie, 46, said: 'I felt like I was returning to a group of friends who are all at the top of their game.
'It is such a pleasure for me to be a part of this emotional world, this imaginative world, and play the character of Larissa Weems, who I truly adore and really thought a lot about bringing into being.'
Christie's character was murdered at the hands of Christina Ricci's character Marilyn Thornhill in season one.
Co-creator Miles Millar said: 'When we got into the writers' room, we were determined to bring Gwen back.
'The audience has fallen in love with the Wednesday-Weems relationship … so we're bringing her back in the second half of the season in a very special way that is as confrontational as it is delicious.'
Wednesday season two sees the protagonist explore another supernatural mystery while trying to navigate her newfound fame, which she tries to avoid.
The character of Wednesday is based on the cartoons of Charles Addams, who inspired a 1960s TV series and the popular Addams Family films, starring Ricci as Wednesday. She plays a former teacher of Nevermore in Netflix's second series.
Wednesday season two part two will be available on Netflix from September 3.

I did the farming storyline, we have another storyline that is perfect for this time, it's real, it's really disturbing and it's coming. I can't tell you what it is." Colin, who is known starring in the James Bond franchise, and has also appeared on other TV staples like Doctor Who and Merlin over the course of his career, was introduced to Albert Square as George in 2023, and headed up the Knight family alongside son Junior (Micah Balfour), Anna (Molly Rainford) and Gina (Francesca Henry). He married Elaine Peacock (Harriet Thorpe) but began an affair with ex-wife Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins), which culminated in kicking off the Who Attacked Cindy? storyline last Christmas when she was attacked with a shovel. In making history for the soap, George became the first black landlord of the famed Queen Vic pub, and Colin insisted that while he has never tried explicitly to change things in terms of diversity, he has always faced things head on as he has tried to move forward within his career.. Dramatic shows footage of how contestant's nearly ended in Netflix documentary A former contestant on The Biggest Loser says they 'died that day' after attempting an extreme challenge. A new docuseries on Netflix, streaming from today (August 15) called Fit for TV: The Reality of The Biggest Loser takes an inside look at the making of the hit reality TV competition that ran for 18 seasons beginning in 2004 and finishing in 2016. Although there was an attempted revival back in 2020. The three-part series explores the good, the bad, and the complicated during the show's lifespan. It features interviews with former contestants, producers, health professionals and trainers like Bob Harper who were involved in making the show. It examines the show's approach to transformation, the support systems in place, and the unique challenges of filming reality television. Many of those involved reflect back on what it was like to make the show, what it meant for them at the time and how they view it all today. Tracey Yukich appears in the documentary to talk about her experiences as a contestant. Tracey featured in season eight and says it was life changing. However, that is not simply because she was just able to lose weight. During one particular extreme challenge set up by the show's producers, she says she had a near death experience. For the participant's first major mission that year, they were transported away from the ranch that they spent majority of their time in to a beach front location. Crews were filming them from helicopters as well as on the ground. A mile-long course had been set up along the beach to test each of the new contestants before they had even really started their new exercise regimes. Tracey struggled and collapsed. Footage is shown of the dramatic moment on the show, where there is serious concern by fellow contestants. The medical team rush onto the scene and they are heard several times exclaiming Tracey is unresponsive. Describing what happened for the documentary, Tracey says: "I'm running, and my legs feel really heavy. Like lead. What's happening right then is my body's starting to shut down. I might not make it. But I told myself 'I'm gonna do it' because I wanted to change my life." Tracey is then seen on the show, unable to walk and struggling to speak as she begins to crawl towards the finish line. Other contestants then come over to try and help her. However, as they do and cheer for her, she collapses. "I don't remember a lot," Tracey says, "I remember hearing the helicopter. I just felt like I was floating. And then my grandpa was there. And then I saw darkness. But then I saw light. So I knew, I knew I died that day." At the time of filming, it was believed Tracey suffered heat stroke. However, she has since explained it was rhabdomyolysis, a potentially life threatening muscle injury. "My organs were literally shutting down. I didn't realise that I had rhabdomyolysis. And rhabdomyolysis is your body's way of saying 'I'm going to shut down on you'. It started with my liver, then it was in my kidneys and then it goes to your heart. And that's where I almost died." Tracey says that she was unable to get out of bed to go to the bathroom herself and could still feel grit and sand in her fingernails. Doctors warned her that they may need to perform drastic surgery to aid her recovery. She also acknowledges that only the show's medical advisor Dr Robert Huizenga understood how sick she was. Dr Huizenga also tells the documentary that the show did not inform him of the challenge Tracey and the rest of the contestants were undertaking. Despite what happened, and still feeling physically weak afterwards, Tracey remained on the show. She lasted until week eight, when she was voted off.

Thursday Murder Club's Celia Imrie pays tribute to 'exceptional' co-stars
Celia Imrie plays retired nurse Joyce Meadowcroft in the Netflix adaptation. The Thursday Murder Club, which has a full trailer, airs on Netflix on August 28 and the film was inspired by Richard Osman's novel of the same name. The film follows a group of retirees-turned-amateur sleuths as they attempt to investigate a real life murder. Renowned actress Celia Imrie plays Joyce, a newcomer to Coopers Chase retirement village, who has been recently widowed. People are drawn to her kind, warm and thoughtful nature - qualities that actress Imrie noticed in other cast members on set. Her castmates included the likes of Helen Mirren, Pierce Brosnan and Ben Kingsley. She said: "I was excited every day when I woke up in the morning with the thought of coming to work with these fantastic actors and actresses. "But it is the way we become a team that I love, and this was an exceptional cast. Truly, I couldn't believe my luck." She also expressed her love for Osman's novel, admitting she "whizzed down to the bookshop" the minute she got the role. "The first book is a constant, lovely reference. I was trying to find little snippets of exactly what Joyce got up to," she shared. "Richard Osman wrote Joyce keeping a diary through her first few days at Coopers Chase. "Every now and then in the book, I'd find marvellous little details about Joyce's love of particular television programmes - using her napkin at the lunch table because she thinks it makes her look clever - or putting the chairs out at a meeting because she thinks people will like her better." Director Chris Columbus spoke highly of Imrie, branding her "a British treasure". He shared: "In every film I've seen her in, Celia has managed to steal my heart (and most of the time steal the film). "For 'The Thursday Murder Club', Celia transformed herself into the character of Joyce. "Fans of the book who have seen our film have all said the same thing: 'That is exactly how I pictured Joyce!'"
