Glamour icon, Katie Price, was forced to leave her sprawling Mucky Mansion in Sussex after being declared bankrupt for the second time last year
Katie Price has returned to the Mucky Manion on a horse a year after being evicted following her bankruptcy hell. The glamour icon, 46, left the sprawling pile in Sussex after being declared bankrupt for a second time last year.
Katie, who has downgraded to a smaller property, and has now cleared her debts, told her followers she 'hates' her old house as she filmed herself outside with her riding gear. Telling her fans she goes riding past the property, while sporting a black hat white 'Don't Doubt Yourself' t.shirt, and high-waisted jodhpurs, she said: "So funnily enough, I am outside the old Mucky Mansion, next door. I absolutely hate the old house." Pointing at large field, she continued: "That was my old field. When I had to give the keys back, they gave me an ultimatum [to repair it]. They gave me two years and I didn't want to spend all that time doing it. £500 to £800 grand I got quoted!"

After endless back and forth about her future at the property, the former glamour model confirmed she was leaving the Mucky Mansion, which featured in Katie's Channel 4 makeover series, not long after being served eviction papers last year.
Katie purchased the house in Horsham, West Sussex, in October, 2014 for £1.35million.
The Mirror reported the OnlyFans star was sent a letter, dated April 24, 2024, stating that 'the eviction will take place on May 29, 2024, at 10am'.
The letter also stated that the court had 'issued a warrant or writ for the possession of the property'.
A year later and Katie is now free of her financial burdens after admitting the last six years of her life have been "hell".
The mum-of-five was declared bankrupt for the second time last year, owing a whopping £750,000, which forced her to downgrade her home and leave the Mucky Mansion.

However, the Pricey recently revealed that she has cleared her debts as she opened up about 'learning her lesson' on a recent episode of The Katie Price Show.
Speaking to her sister, Sophie, she declared, proudly: "I'm not bankrupt anymore! I'm out of it, I'm out of both of them.

"The last six years have been hell - mentally and personally - everything has been hell. I've worked so hard to communicate and get rid of what caused all the trouble and I'm out of it.
"It's such a nice feeling not to be bankrupt anymore. I'm in control of everything now."
Katie is now moving forward and enjoying spending time with her Married At First Sight star boyfriend, JJ Slater.

The reality star, 32, pops in Katie's video outside the Mucky Mansion as he tells her to enjoy her horse ride.
Responding, Katie tell her beau to enjoy his run before asking him to "show us those f*****g sexy legs" as JJ, sheepishly obliges.

Laura Anderson hits back at mum-shamers after 'ditching' daughter Bonnie, 21 months, for lavish Maldives trip with footballer boyfriend

Laura Anderson has hit back at trolls after suffering backlash for holidaying in the Maldives without her 21-month-old daughter, Bonnie. The Love Island star, 36, jetted off with her boyfriend Clark Robertson and shared a series of sun-soaked snaps from her romantic getaway. While many gushed over the stunning snaps, one follower accused the reality star of abandoning her toddler, whom she shares with ex Gary Lucy. They wrote: 'Poor Bonnie ditched again… I just wouldn't choose to leave my child over and over again thousands of miles away. A wee night away though absolutely!' Laura wasted no time to hit back and replied: 'Over and over please explain,' with many of her fans rushing to defend her. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the Daily Mail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. They branded the critic a 'mum-shamer' as they praised Laura for taking some well deserved time for herself. Firing back once more, Laura commented: 'No one shames the dads.' However, the original commenter doubled down, saying: 'I will if it's a dad doing it. 'Shame on Bonnie's dad, shame on my dad, shame on any dad that treats their kids the way some do. Shame on any sex. 'And I didn't say shame on you. Just said you'd ditched the wee babe again. 'I ain't ringing the bells like a town crier, just saying bairns been left to someone else to look after while you jet off again!' Laura later clarified to fans that she had only been away for just four days and had many video calls with her daughter. The reality star went Instagram official with boyfriend Clark in October last year, sharing an array of loved-up snaps together. Laura hit back in the comments after being accused of 'ditching' her daughter for the holiday Her new relationship comes after her very public split from ex Gary, 43. The pair met during Celebs Go Dating in 2022, however, they split shortly before she announced her pregnancy in February 2023. Laura previously detailed the challenges she's faced raising Bonnie as a single parent after she and Gary split before she was born. She told The Mirror: 'I think it was hard to get my head around initially, it wasn't what I expected. But that's the cards I was dealt in the end. Of course, I'm going to make it work for my child, even more so. I feel like I'm a really good mum, to be honest.' Offering advice to other parents facing the same challenges, she added: 'Prioritise what you need to do, it's just me. I have to make it work. I am tired but of course, I'm going to be tired. I'm bringing up a human soul, that's what I signed up for.' '[Bonnie's] great, your social life does take a little bit of a backseat but most people, your good friends understand that.' 'Think how many mums out there are struggling with that work-life balance, it's not just me. It's so relatable and that's the best thing about 'Love Island', having a social media following, I've really understood it more since having a baby. It's so nice to resonate and it really is a positive place.' 'It's just full of mums, it's not all about 'you're trying to look sexy all the time' because that's not important.'

When it comes to a night out on the town, it's Gemma Collins who everyone wants to party with, beating Katie Price and Alison Hammond, according to a new poll. The huns want The GC, 44, with the former Towie star proving popular with Gen Z, taking 27% of the vote, quickly followed by Katie Price (25%), and Alison Hammond (22%). Speaking about her own experiences with nights out and reflecting on the good times, Collins, said: 'Listen, the best part of the night is the build-up. It's the getting glam, the playlist, the group chat chaos, and those deep, hilarious, 'why did we even start talking about this?' moments on the journey to the venue. SlayStation is all about bringing the glam – a bit of hair, a bit of makeup, and a whole lot of fabulous. If you're stepping out, step out ready to slay.' The new research of 2,000 adults by leading train ticketing app Trainline reveals how vital glam is to a Big Night Out, adding to the fun and drama of the night as you get ready with friends, put the tunes on, and enjoy a drink or two, with three-quarters of 18-34 year olds (75%), saying the night out begins well before they get to their destination. Combining a get ready with me moment with 'out out' glam, Trainline is launching SlayStation at King's Cross in London on 7th June, so those heading to Beyonce's Cowboy Carter tour or those passing through the city can book in whether they want a last-minute touch-up, a photo-ready refresh, or a bit of glam, professional hair stylists and makeup artists will be there to get you selfie-ready for free - You may even see the GC herself. The new data also showed that one in five (20%) of 18–24-year-olds have revealed that they are prepared to travel a staggering 50 miles to get to their main event. The journey itself is no longer just a way to get from A to B – it's a vital part of the night, with 80% of Brits saying it's one of the most important elements, and over half (60%) using it for glam time on the go. With three-quarters saying getting ready is one of the most important parts of the night, one in five Brits now plan their outfit and 'look' up to one month in advance of their night out – perfecting it right until the last moment, with 70% of Brits using time on the train to perfect their look. Sarah Helppi, UK Country Director at Trainline, said: 'At Trainline, we know that great nights out start long before you reach the venue – they start with the journey. Whether it's touching up your look up on the train, sharing music playlists, or those conversations that only happen en route, travel has become an essential part of the night. That's why we launched SlayStation – to celebrate the journey and make it as iconic as the destination.' The research has also found Millennials are top spenders when it comes to getting ready for a night out, with 38% spending £60+ on their look, and over half (55%) being prepared to spend a further £100 on the rest of the night out. Closely followed by just under half (49%) of the Gen X generation willing to spend £100 on a night out, Gen Z then buck the trend with just two in five (40%) willing to spend £100 during the night out itself.

EastEnders star confirms exit from BBC show for new role

Michelle Collins, who plays Cindy Beale, will leave the show for a month after playing a prominent part in the programme's 40th anniversary earlier this year. She revealed the news at the British Soap Awards, an event that was dominated by the London-based show. Michelle Collins confirms exit from EastEnders for 'strange' new role Speaking with The Mirror , the EastEnders actress said: "Well, I'm going off in the summer. "I'm doing my one-woman show at the Edinburgh festival, called Motorhome Marilyn. "I don't think she's anything like Cindy. It's a play about a woman impersonator lookalike who lives in a trailer and dresses as Marilyn Monroe. But she's 60, it's kind of strange. "It's about failure, lost dreams, and feeling like life has passed you by. She's an interesting character. I'm really excited to play it. EastEnders have let me have a month off, so I'm very excited." However, the Cindy Beale star remained silent about how she would be written out of the show by BBC bosses. She told fans that her character would be focusing on her business and would not be getting involved in love interests for the time being. Despite this, the star added that there would be "fun stuff" coming up with Elaine and Cindy with George. The actress first took on the role of Cindy Beale all the way back in 1988 for a two-year stint. She then returned to the show in 1992 for six years before taking a longer break. After being on rival soap Coronation Street, she made yet another return to the soap opera. Fans slam EastEnders showrunners for handling of Cindy Beale character This comes after fans of the show slammed show bosses for the way they handled her return to the soap. One fan took to the EastEnders subreddit to say that there has been "no progression" to her character in the years she has been absent from Albert Square. They went on to dub her "a lying manipulative cheat who only cares about herself." Recommended Reading: Another penned: "I hated them bringing her back because of exactly this, she's exactly the same character no change. It's exhausting every time she's on screen." While many fans agreed with this, one user said: "Unpopular opinion: I am loving Cindy being back." They added: "As she is constantly bringing the drama and now she is involving half the Square in her family shenanigans like Jean & Harvey."
