The headquarters said the deceased Ukrainian soldiers had been serving in the Ukrainian regions of Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Luhansk, as well as in the incursion into Russia's Kursk region. The Ukrainian authority thanked the International Committee of the Red Cross for assisting with the repatriation of bodies. Kremlin aide Vladimir Medinsky said Tuesday that Moscow received the bodies of 19 dead servicemen in exchange.
