Brie Larson, Lily Collins, Jack Quaid and Henry Golding have signed on to star in the movie "Close Personal Friends" from Amazon MGM Studios.
Jason Orley is directing the pic from a script penned by Isaac Aptaker, which is based on a story they wrote.
The Walk-Up Company's Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger, and Maximum Effort's Ashley Fox and Johnny Pariseau, will produce. Orley will executive produce.
Plot details of the movie are being kept under wraps.
Larson most recently executive produced and starred in Apple TV+'s "Lessons in Chemistry," earning Emmy, SAG, Critics Choice and Golden Globe nominations. Her credits include the titular role in "Captain Marvel", which broke box office records, and its sequel, "The Marvels", in addition to "Fast X," "Trainwreck," "Kong: Skull Island," "The Glass Castle", and her breakout role in 2013's "Short Term 12."
Collins can be seen in the Netflix series "Emily in Paris," for which she received her second Golden Globe nomination.
The Emmy-nominated show, on which Collins plays the titular star and also serves as a producer, was recently renewed for a fifth season.
Last fall, she made her stage debut on the West End in Bess Woh's "Barcelona," and can recently be seen on screen in "Maxxine," the final installment in Ti West and A24's cult horror trilogy, following the 2022 sequel "Pearl."
Quaid stars in the Emmy-nominated Prime Video series "The Boys," created by Eric Kripke and executive producers Evan Goldberg and Seth Rogen.
Quaid captivated audiences in Drew Hancock's gripping sci-fi thriller "Companion," starred in Paramount's action thriller "Novocaine," and can currently be seen in the Amazon MGM Studios film "Heads of State."
Golding can most recently be seen in the second season of Hulu's "Nine Perfect Strangers," "Another Simple Favor" for Amazon MGM Studios, and "Old Guard 2" for Netflix. Upcoming, he will star in the independent film "Daniela Forever," which will be released globally July 22. Additional film credits include "Last Christmas," "Snake Eyes," "A Simple Favor," "The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare," and "Persuasion and Monsoon."

Cardi B Drops Single "Imaginary Playerz"
Yara Sameh With just over a month until Cardi B's anticipated sophomore album arrives, the Bronx native follows up 'Outside' with the release of the ' Imaginary Playerz ' single on Friday. The track samples Jay-Z's legendary 'Imaginary Players' from his 1997 In My Lifetime, Vol. 1. Earlier this week, Cardi revealed she received a stamp of approval from Hov. 'If he didn't approve it, I probably wouldn't even feel a certain type of way neither, because it's like, 'OK, maybe I just had to come a little bit harder,'' she said in an X Spaces. 'But I'm glad that I came hard and he loved it.' Cardi announced the single on Monday alongside sharing the opulent cover art, which finds her in a white fur coat and sitting on the front of a matching Rolls-Royce. 'Just a lil taste of the drama. IMAGINARY PLAYERZ THIS FRIDAY,' she wrote on Instagram . It remains to be seen if Cardi will be releasing a third single before the timer expires on her sophomore LP release date. "Am I the Drama?" boasts 23 tracks, including previously released singles 'Up' and 'WAP.' The Grammy-winning rapper defended her decision to keep the pair of years-old songs on the album. 'This will be the last and only time I'm gonna address this,' she wrote on X in June. 'WAP and Up are two of my biggest songs, my fans have been asking me to put them on an album, and people search for them on IOP all the time… they deserve a home.' read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha Videos & Features Story behind Trending Jessica Radcliffe Death Video News Israeli-Linked Hadassah Clinic in Moscow Treats Wounded Iranian IRGC Fighters Arts & Culture "Jurassic World Rebirth" Gets Streaming Date News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia Business Egyptian Pound Undervalued by 30%, Says Goldman Sachs Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Arts & Culture South Korean Actress Kang Seo-ha Dies at 31 after Cancer Battle Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt News The Jessica Radcliffe Orca Attack? 100% Fake and AI-Generated
