Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, the film involves demanding action sequences and challenging shoots in Ladakh's high-altitude terrain and cold waters.The actor told PTI that the role has been physically taxing, requiring more intense and prolonged training compared to his previous films. He revealed that around 20 days of the shoot will be in Ladakh, followed by over a week in freezing water conditions. The film is scheduled for a January 2026 release, breaking from his usual Eid premiere tradition.Beyond Battle of Galwan, Salman will return to television soon to host Bigg Boss 19. He also confirmed that a sequel to his 2015 hit Bajrangi Bhaijaan is in development, further adding to his already packed schedule.
