The DGP emphasised the creation of uniform audio-visual content, communication tools, and training manuals that will be deployed across all 112 training centres. "When 60,244 recruits receive the same quality of behavioural input, we begin building a more cohesive and civil service culture," he added. ADG PTS Unnao Navneet Sikera shared that 32 physical training instructors (PTIs) have been specially trained as health coaches, who will provide holistic support to recruits.
