A NIGHTCLUB in a Scottish city is set to host a huge, exciting zombie-themed laser tag event in weeks - and punters will love it.
Bosses at The Garage in Glasgow have revealed that the venue will be transformed for their Operation: Outbreak event.

And organisers have promised that the "thrilling" day out will be "the most electrifying event of the summer."
The laser tag experience will see the venue become a neon battlefield as groups battle it out to survive a zombie containment crisis.
Adventurers will have to navigate through post-apocalyptic survival scenarios and complete missions through live-action gaming.
The immersive experience will even be packed with atmospheric lights, strobes, and fog as it's set inside the nightclub's main hall area.
There will also be a special, immersive cinematic soundtrack that will play in the background to make the zombie outbreak scenario feel real.
The laser-lit combat zone will be held in the venue, on Sauchiehall Street in the heart of the city centre, for one week only over the summer.

It will take place every day in 15-minute sessions from Saturday, July 12, until Friday, July 18.
Sharing the news of the unique entertainment experience, bosses at The Garage said: "Step into a post-infection world and fight your way through the outbreak — if you dare!"
Christie Oliver, Marketing and Events Manager at The Garage, also told Glasgow Times that it is "adrenaline-fueled action for all ages."
They said: 'We're excited to launch Operation: Outbreak as a brand-new concept that combines live event production with interactive gameplay.

'Expect smoke, strobes, music, and mayhem — all in a safe, all-weather venue designed to thrill.
"Whether you're assembling a squad, looking for an unforgettable family day out, or planning a unique school holiday activity, Operation: Outbreak delivers adrenaline-fueled action for all ages.
"With over 29 game sessions daily, participants can book multiple rounds, and refreshments will be available on-site."
Games will be held every 20 minutes for people of all ages.
Children aged between eight and 13 can join in the fun between noon and 6.20pm.
While sessions for adults are from 6.40pm until 10pm as "the lasers turn to basslines."
Prices for a child ticket come in at £12, while an adult ticket costs £14.

Matthew Baker, 44, was on a family day out when his four-year-old son wanted to go on the Wacky Worm ride. He described how there was a "jaunting, jiggling noise" after the ride completed one lap. The ride then suddenly stopped and lifted the train off the rails completely before crashing back down and bouncing up again. Matthew claims that a section of the security fencing flew off and nearly hit his partner following the impact. After witnessing the horror, Matthew and two other men rushed to the ride and "ripped" at the gate to reach those still on board. "My four-year-old had a busted lip - there was a lot of blood - and he has bruises on his body," Matthew told WalesOnline. "My 15-year-old hurt her left knee, and my 13-year-old daughter, who was sitting behind them, hit her chin so hard her jaw is swollen and she's badly bruised around the ribs." He added: "Physically, there was nothing major," Matthew said. "But mentally, it's difficult." Emergency services raced to the scene after witnesses reported seeing the Wacky Worm ride derail shortly before 6pm. South Wales Police confirmed that 13 children and one adult were injured as a result, with some needing hospital treatment. Footage circulating on social media shows adults helping the children off the ride. Witnesses also reported seeing seeing children bloodied after the derailment. A spokesperson for South Wales Police said yesterday: "Officers were called to Coney Beach Amusement Park, Porthcawl, Bridgend at around 5:50pm this evening following an accident involving one of the rides. "At this time we have confirmed that 13 children and one adult have sustained minor injuries. "Some of these have required hospital treatment. "The amusement park will remain closed tomorrow while officers and health and safety personnel carry out their investigation. "Please continue to avoid the area to allow Emergency Services access." Coney Beach Pleasure Park said in a statement that it was instructed by police to clear the site after an accident on a "third party ride" not owned by the park. The park apologised for the disruption and confirmed it will provide refunds to affected customers as soon as possible. A statement added: "Due to an incident on a third-party ride not owned by Coney Beach, we were instructed by the police to clear the site for further investigation. "We apologise for the disruption and will be providing refunds to affected guests as soon as possible. We will be releasing instructions on refunds shortly. Now Insiders has been performed in a Scottish jail as it takes a break from its first Fringe run. Originally performed over a live webcast during the pandemic, it is now running until Saturday as part of the Just Festival at St. John's Church in Edinburgh. The play, which is set inside a prison and was created in partnership with charity the Bethany Trust, follows three very different men played by actors Gary Sweeney, Neil Leiper and Sam Rowe. He said he hoped he play would 'encourage debate' around how prisoners are supported to reintegrate back into life on the outside. He added: 'Prisons are of course places of punishment, but they are also places where people live and work, and in time most people incarcerated there will be released and return to their communities. Encouraging the kind of values the play advocates for is essential to make prisons safer and for the longer-term rehabilitation of offenders.' It's been so interesting for me to dive into the head of someone who is living in such a restricted way. Teresa Medhurst, chief executive of the Scottish Prison Service said: "The Covid pandemic was a period of immense uncertainty and fear for us all but for people in prison during this time, their experiences were particularly profound. I am therefore very grateful to the Bethany Christian Trust for giving individuals in our care at HMP Shotts a unique opportunity to share their experiences of prison and together, creating 'Insiders'.
