David Bowie's Masterpiece Is A Bestseller Again
David Bowie first released music in the late 1960s, but it wasn't until the early 1970s that he took one of his strangest turns and unveiled what would go on to be regarded as not only one of his best works, but one of the most influential projects in rock history. The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars arrived in June 1972 and has been regarded as a classic ever since. Multiple versions of the project have been released and reached the charts as separate entities. One take reappears on multiple tallies in the United Kingdom as people across the European nation begin snapping it up in large quantities yet again. The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars performs best on the Official Vinyl Albums chart, where it's a top 40 bestseller again this frame thanks to a reentry point of No. 29. It doesn't perform quite as well on the other two purchase-centric rankings on which it returns, but the fact that the decades-old title is back at all is a nod to its ongoing influence and popularity. Bowie's artistic statement reenters the Official Physical Albums list at No. 61 and finds its way back to the Official Albums Sales chart at No. 67. David Bowie's 100-Week Charter Bowie's fifth full-length has spent more than 100 weeks on each chart where it returns this frame, and it's managed a much greater cumulative total when every version of the project is taken into consideration. He's sent the groundbreaking work into the top five on each list, and The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars has stalled in the runner-up spot on the vinyl tally and peaked at No. 5 on both the Albums Sales and Physical Albums charts. Three David Bowie Albums Live on the Charts Three different collections by Bowie live on the U.K. music rankings as The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars returns. His Legacy compilation climbs on both the Official Albums and Official Albums Streaming lists, while his Labyrinth album, which accompanied the movie of the same name, leaps from No. 30 to No. 16 on the Official Soundtrack Albums chart. David Bowie's Brilliant Adventure EP Bowie even manages to return to a list seemingly focused on songs — though he does so with a short project. The late star's Brilliant Adventure EP breaks back onto the Official Physical Singles chart at No. 48. The former No. 1 has spent 67 frames somewhere on the tally, and since its runtime is enough, the title counts as a single and not an album.

‘With Love, Meghan' Season 2 trailer drops on heels of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's humiliating Netflix deal
Meghan Markle released the trailer for Season 2 of 'With Love, Meghan' just a day after Page Six exclusively revealed the duchess and her husband, Prince Harry, cut a much cheaper deal with Netflix. The royal couple's initial $100 million contract with the streamer was scrapped in July, but the Sussexes re-signed with a follow-up deal that an insider admitted to us was 'not much.' 'It's no risk for Netflix but saves them both reputationally,' the source added. However, Markle appeared unfazed by the financial loss, as she happily promoted her new trailer via Instagram Tuesday, writing, 'The best moments are made to be shared With Love, Meghan returns August 26th on @netflix.' The sneak peek features the Duchess of Sussex, 44, once again inviting celebrity pals into a rental home near her actual house in Montecito, Calif., that serves as the set for her lifestyle show. Chrissy Teigen, a controversial figure whose alleged 'bullying' was exposed in 2022, is among the high profile guests who will appear in the new season. However, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, 39, is well-versed in the lifestyle space herself as she has published cookbooks and released cookware. Podcaster Jay Shetty and his wife, Radhi Devlukia, are other notable names, along with Chef José Andrés, who previously praised Markle and her show. The 'Yes, Chef!' star and the Sussexes have teamed up together in the past, with the royals joining the celebrity chef's philanthropic efforts for the victims of the Los Angeles fires in January. Markle and Andrés, 56, shared an adorable moment in the clip, when the 'Suits' alum reveals that Harry, 40, 'doesn't like lobster,' and the chef jokes in response, 'And you married him?' Markle adds in a voiceover in the trailer, 'I love the idea of spending time together and finding new ways to show people you care.' She then encourages her viewers, 'Let's get creative and learn something new. I love these moments of discovery and beauty, so let's be curious together.' Although Season 1 was met with some backlash from critics, the show also resonated with many fans who took to TikTok to recreate meals with the duchess' signature 'flower sprinkles' and other cute ideas. Netflix announced the Season 2 renewal in March, with Markle writing via Instagram at the time, 'Lettuce romaine calm … or not (!) because I'm so thrilled to share that Season 2 of 'With Love, Meghan' is coming!' This story was featured on a recent episode of , a daily morning show serving up the hottest celebrity headlines, exclusives, and behind-the-scenes buzz. Mastodon's ex-guitarist blasts former bandmates. ‘They sound absolutely horrible.'
Months have gone by since they parted ways, but tensions haven't thawed between former guitarist/vocalist Brent Hinds and his former Mastodon bandmates. Not even in the slightest (in Hinds's case). In March, the metal band made an unexpected announcement that they would be parting ways with Hinds after 25 years. Details as to what led up to the split have been scarce, but guitarist Bill Kelliher gave a brief statement to Guitar World as to what happened from his perspective. 'Like a marriage, sometimes people grow apart, and they get interested in other things,' Kelliher stated. 'We wish nothing but the best for Brent in chasing his dreams.' Since then, Mastodon has been playing with guitarist Nick Johnston. As time has gone on, Hinds's anger towards his former bandmates has seemed to be growing. A comment Hinds left on the Mastodon subreddit has grabbed a lot of the fandom's attention. The guitarist responded in a long comment in response to a 2012 live video of his performance of a guitar solo for the song 'Crack The Skye. ' Not sure if this was posted yet, but saw this on a post Brent was tagged in. by u/Lippersickendog1 in mastodonband 'My Guitar sounds great, but Troy [Sanders] and prawn [a name for drummer [Brann Dailor] sound absolutely horrible,' Hinds wrote. '..they are way out of key ..embarrassing and they kicked me out of the band for embarrassing them for being who I am ..but what about who they are ?' He went on to write, 'I've never seen anyone in my life look in the mirror more than Troy Sanders. He thinks he's God's gift to anything. I've never met three people that were so full of themselves. It's disgusting.' These sentiments echo what Hinds said on Instagram in June, when he stated, 'I [won't] miss being in a s--- band with horrible humans.'
