Saturday Kitchen's Matt Tebbutt tries 'absolutely banging' Welsh burger and says it's the nicest ever

Saturday Kitchen presenter Matt Tebbutt has hailed a Welsh burger as "one of the nicest chicken burgers I've ever eaten".
Mr Croquewich, which has branches in Barry and Cardiff, shared a clip of the chef and presenter testing out their popular burgers as part of Tebbutt's project. In the clip, the chef is blown away by the "incredible" flavours in the burger. "This looks amazing," he says in the video, which the streetfood favourites shared on their Instagram. "This looks incredible. This is everything you want in a really filthy burger. Look at that."
As he takes his first bite, the chef then says: "That feels incredible. Honestly, probably one of the nicest chicken burgers I've ever eaten. Sauces are amazing. Kinda spicy, creamy, little bit tangy. Isn't it something sharp going on in there?
"The bread is amazing. And that chicken's super, super soft and succulent. That is banging. Absolutely banging. Again, another ten out of ten."

In the caption of the video, they wrote: "Matt Tebbutt, what an absolute legend you are! We had the pleasure of cooking for Matt for a new project of his".

Mr Croquewich is no stranger to praise from TV stars having appeared on This Morning with their cheese toasties where then host Holly Willoughby who said it was the "best grilled toastie she'd ever eaten" when she tried one out on the ITV daytime show.
They are long-established on the Cardiff street food scene and have seen serving hungry customers since 2014.
They now have a residence at Goodsheds Barry and serve their ultimate parmesan fried chicken burger alongside their classic, tried and tested toasties.
Tebbutt's clip come as part of the chef's series on TikTok - Matt About Food, in which he tries out dishes that claim to be the best or have gone viral on social media in various restaurants and cafes all over the UK, including here in Wales. He's also a big fan of Bar 44 in Cardiff, paying a recent visit ahead of the Oasis gigs in Cardiff.
As some Saturday Kitchen fans will know, the 51-year-old presenter has a special connection to Wales.
Tebbutt was born in High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire, but actually grew up in south Wales.
Moving to Wales when he was just six months' old, Tebbutt attended Rougemont School, an independent co-educational day school near Newport, whose other alumni include former Welsh rugby player Richard Parks.
The chef now lives in Monmouthshire. Speaking to Great British Food Awards in 2016, Tebbutt said he considered himself an "honorary Welshman" and that he considered his two children to be Welsh.

"It's my adopted country and a beautiful place to live," he said at the time. "The produce is brilliant, but people have been bad at spreading the word.
"The Welsh must be very modest, because when you go elsewhere you'll know you're in an area of good food as people will be shouting and raving about it."

'It's been f***ing nuts,' Yungblud, real name Dominic Harrison, tells me from his very posh suite in The Londoner Hotel. As I hug him with a glass of wine in hand, he laughs and tells me: 'Why the f***k not? I'll have a glass of champagne.' Dom, who Bizarre have championed since the release of his debut album in 2019, is always the most colourful, clever and captivating interviewee. And when we speak about his close friendship with Black Sabbath rocker Ozzy he is visibly moved. 'The past couple of weeks have been very weird to connect with,' Dom explains. 'You get to know someone personally, who you love. And then they leave. 'I was texting him, then his son Jack texted me and said, 'He's gone.' I'm like, 'What?' 'Being around the family and being at the funeral, the amount of love there. That family are real as f***k. 'The dream is to have kids and a family like that. There's no gimmicks. It's authentic.' Dom has now released his live version of Ozzy's 1972 solo hit Changes as a charity single to help raise money for Cure Parkinson's, Birmingham Children's Hospital, and Acorns Children's Hospice. He adds: 'The best thing is that I got to honour my hero. That's all I was thinking about. I was singing for one man there.' Are You Ready Boy?, was made in Berlin, with cameras following Dom and his band as they recorded a live version of Idols at the Hansa Studios where David Bowie and U2 laid down some of their famous albums. The footage is searingly honest and shows a different side to the brash, confident Yungblud who his fans adore. 'I will never watch it again, it's too uncomfortable,' Dom explains of the film, which will be shown in 150 cinemas nationwide between August 20 and 24. 'I was ready to make a film like this because I completely alleviated all control. 'When people have seen ten seconds of me on the internet, they think they know me. But I'm calm, I'm emotional, I'm angry in places, I'm very passionate. 'I think something like this in today's day and age, where you elongate the imagination, you let it be raw as f**k, is rare. 'The red light goes on, you've got to do it in one take.' The two-hour film also shines a light on Dom's relationship with fellow musician Jesse Jo Stark. In a series of candid interviews, Dom opens up about his decision to put their relationship on hold so he could focus on himself and making the record. I revealed this week that the pair are now back together. And Dom, it's clear to see, is a man who is very much in love. He says: 'Sacrificing Jesse Jo and the love bit, it's a very strange thing. 'I've never been in a real relationship in rock music — genuinely loving someone. We all know there's fing couples out there that do this for the media. 'Genuinely, we really love each other. It's so hard to navigate in rock music. When everyone's staring, everyone's got a perception, everyone's got a narrative 'Like when your narrative isn't yours, it's painted by how many views a video gets. The more views a video gets, the more truthful it is, you know. That was rough.' For now, life for Dom is good, and his mum and aunts were at the film premiere in London's Leicester Square on Tuesday. Emmerdale's Vinny Dingle 'to report attacker to the police' - but it's not Mike
Emmerdale's latest episode saw Vinny Dingle preparing to contact the police after a beating from Mike, but it was teased someone else could be framed on the ITV soap One character faced being framed by Vinny Dingle in Emmerdale over a brutal attack. In sad scenes, Vinny had his fiancée Gabby Thomas believe someone else other than Mike had hurt him while he continued to lie about a theft from the night before. But as Vinny prepared to report the assault to the police during the latest episode, he broke down just moments after a confrontation with pal Kammy. It was Kammy that Gabby assumed had attacked Vinny, while she doesn't know just how badly Vinny was harmed having been kept in the dark about what's been going on lately. It comes as Mike's real identity was exposed as he beat up Vinny during Tuesday's episode, following weeks of Vinny questioning his sexuality ahead of his wedding to Gabby. Mike's real agenda also came to light as he used Vinny's torment against him in a blackmail twist. As fans know, Vinny has been questioning his sexuality ever since his near-kiss with pal Kammy. He's been left torn over whether he wants to be with Gabby despite his love for her, and he started speaking to Mike online who he thought was experiencing a similar situation to him. This is what Mike, actually Graham, had Vinny believe and this week we finally found out he was using it to blackmail him for his money. In violent scenes Mike beat Vinny on the ground before demanding £10,000. With that he fled the scene with Gabby and Vinny's wedding rings, and Vinny covered the whole thing up. Unfortunately for him Kammy sensed something was wrong and kept pushing, but he refused to confide in him. Instead, Vinny deliberately goaded Kammy into going for him cleary to get him to back off but also possibly to frame him for his bruises. The cruel twist saw Kammy shouted at by Gabby who later threatened him in the pub, refusing to listen to his version of events. Kammy later visited Vinny to ask what was going on, baffled by his behaviour. But Vinny screamed at him and refused to admit the truth, leading to Kammy telling him he needed to tell someone whatever was bothering him. In the end Kammy couldn't get through to him and left while Vinny seemed thoughtful, before a conversation with Gabby later on. We saw Vinny search for the number of the local police station on his phone, preparing to click call. But if Vinny does report the attack, could he be about to frame Kammy for the crime to cover up everything? Or might Vinny find the courage to tell the police and Gabby what went on with Mike.
