Amorim, 40, stared down towards his hands when a reporter posed a question about Alejandro Garnacho's future.
When the reporter used the word "hopeful" in regards to Amorim's feelings about Garnacho staying, the Portuguese boss burst out laughing.
He was giggling to himself and appeared amused by the question, which was answered by someone else.
One fan thought it was a telltale sign that Garnacho is leaving, with some supporting Amorim's approach.
