These saw Luisa flashing her toned figure and glowing tan in a monochrome two-piece, brushing her brunette locks in an up-do.
Her images, taken with the help of a mirror in a white-walled dressing room, saw her accessorise with a pair of sunglasses and pendant necklace.
Yet after hitting upload, the 2013 BBC show star and CBB contestant was hit with a slew of vile remarks, which ranged from calling her "malnourished" to urging her to eat a "Greggs steak bake."

One unkind Instagram user wrote: "I mean this genuinely, and I'm no Greek god but you genuinely look unhealthy and very malnourished…"
A second posted: "Appreciate you feel good and happy but younger girls watching and aspiring may follow suit and this isn't good for anyone…"
A third then put: "Babe always thought you were fit, but a little tooooooo slim my love xxx."
One then added: "Could do with a good meal. May I suggest a Greggs steak bake followed by a Vanilla slice."

Another remarked: "You need a good feed girl."
Yet after spotting the comments on her feed, the brunette took the keyboard bullies to task directly.
Luisa Zissman breaks down in tears over 'majestic' horse's death and says she got him stuff because she 'couldn't bear not to see him again'
She headed to her Instagram Stories for a text post which read: "The comments on this holiday bikini pic.
"Imagine I went round calling of you biscuit eating McDonald's loving lazy people fatties' and insisted her body is the result of 'energetic, health and mostly clean living'.
Luisa, who is more than entitled to defend herself from the hurtful remarks, wrote: 'If you got off your a***s and stopped shoving s**t in your mouths you wouldn't be as fat and fat wouldn't be normal.

"Just because the majority of people are overweight does NOT mean it's healthy."
She added: "Shocking that when people see a healthy body with a healthy BMI in a healthy weight range they think it's not normal."
STANDING ON BUSINESS
Luisa continued to fight her corner on her second Instagram Stories slide.
In it, she wrote in white text on a black background: "And no, I'm not sorry for my comments it's TRUE.
"I'm stronger than most of you mo*fos, I can do endless press ups, pulls ups, I lift weights…

"I can do sit ups until the cows come home and all you can do is comment that I'm unhealthy when you're craving Greggs at 8am when your lazy a***s wakes up….
'So go f**k yourselves. The world is a sad place when everyone is normalising being a fat b*****d and having your organs surrounded by layers of fat is normal.
"OBESITY IS THE NHS BIGGEST COST. Then you all moan you can't get a doctors appt."
FAN SUPPORT
Away from the trolling, Luisa's fans and famous faces were quick to support her.
One pal posted: "Having met you in real life last week, I know you look fit, healthy and strong! Haters gonna hate."

Former MIC star Ashley James then posted: "Looking at the comments - normalise not discussing people's weight."
A fan then posted: "I just saw the response to the dumbass comments on this post and its made me love you even more!
"Yea Luisa! Yes! bloody love you and your raw comebacks! You look and ARE amazing!!!"
After her Apprentice fame, Luisa went on to star in Celebrity Big Brother 13 where she came fourth.
The Milton Keynes born star then became a panelist on spin off show, Big Brother's Bit On The Side before launching her own podcast with Anna Williamson.

Frankie Bridge lands new ITV role away from Loose Women amid feud drama
FRANKIE Bridge has bagged herself a brand new role at ITV away from Loose Women. The Saturdays star has seen her name linked to an ITV feud with her Loose Women co-star Myleene Klass and her former bandmate Rochelle Humes in recent weeks. 5 Frankie Bridge has landed a major new ITV role Credit: Getty 5 It is a huge boost for the star away from Loose Women Credit: Rex 5 She will be a judge on M&S: Dress The Nation Credit: ITV The Sun told how ITV had been forced to step-in to ensure there was little-to-no interaction between the former friends amid feelings of tension between the trio. But in a huge boost to Frankie, she has cemented her position at ITV even further after bagging a brand new role on the channel. The singer will be appearing as a judge on the upcoming series of ITV's M&S: Dress The Nation. Frankie has launched her own fashion edits on social media in recent years and was always noted for her style during her popstar days. ITV were quick to jump on this and hire her to give her best critique's to the contestants on the hit show. It was revealed earlier this year that Dress The Nation would be back with Vernon Kay and AJ Odudu back in the hot seat to host. A source told the Daily Star of Frankie's casting on the show: "Producers think Frankie is perfect for the show because she's so fashionable." It will no doubt raise the eyebrow of Rochelle, who is a long-standing brand ambassador for Marks & Spencer, which has an active partnership in the programme. Despite rumours of a rift between the ladies, they dropped huge clues recently that all was well between them. Rochelle and Frankie have both been interacting with one another on Instagram by liking a slew of each other's snaps. Rochelle showed her appreciation for Frankie's holiday snaps with Frankie returning the favour on her bandmate's posts - throwing speculation of an ongoing rift out of the window. Watch the awkward moment feuding stars Myleene Klass and Frankie Bridge come face to face on live TV However, neither of the ladies have engaged with Myleene since it emerged that the former Hear'Say singer was feuding with them both. Neither Rochelle or Frankie follow her on social media. All three former pop stars now work as Daytime presenters at ITV. They were all once close, with Loose Women hosts Myleene and Frankie attending Rochelle's hen do back in 2012. However, Rochelle and Frankie remained friends with their former bodyguard and Myleene's ex husband Graham Quinn. 5 There had been rumours of a rift between Frankie and Rochelle Credit: Getty 5 Myleene Klass has reportedly fell out with the stars of The Saturdays Credit: Getty Rochelle even posted snaps with Graham in Ibiza last week. In 2013, soon after Myleene's divorce from Graham, guests at the Glamour Women of the Year awards saw her storm over to Frankie after believing she had been blanked. A source previously said: 'Myleene seemed to take that as Frankie taking sides with Graham because of their working relationship." Meanwhile, Frankie and Myleene have not appeared on Loose Women together since an 'awkward' episode last December. Sources said that though they'd rather not be on together, they are professionals and do their best to make things work.

Speaking to the Special Forces staff on the show, an emotional Adam explains how he was diagnosed with depression. He struggles to get his words out before saying: "One of them was with my erm lost it was really close to getting there a second time and telling everyone." As the tears fall, the staff clarify that he's talking about a miscarriage and Adam nods. He adds: "I think I was proud of the fact that I was excited for it, which I didn't think I ever would be. "And when it got taken away, and it was 10 times worse for her, I think it hit us like a tonne of bricks. "We just really, really went to a bit of a bad place. And to be honest, in front of her I pretended I was cool, and pretended I was absolutely fine." Later in the episode, the tears flow again as the celebrities are tasked with reading out their 'death letters', which they were asked to write to their loved ones. As Adam stands up to read his out, he pays tribute to Laura and how much he is thinking of her, before saying: "The last few months have been really tough, but nowhere near as tough as you. Adam continues to read: "We lost a baby recently" but then starts to sob, as his co-stars look just as emotional, not knowing what he had been through until that moment. Laura Woods gives birth to first child with Adam Collard as couple reveal sweet name in adorable post He says: "I wish I had one more night to give you the world's biggest cuddle. Love you always, Adam." Conor Benn then goes over to give Adam a cuddle, who sheds more tears as he is consoled over his loss. In a piece to camera, Adam praised Laura, saying: "I'd say I'm pretty closed off as a person and she definitely helped me to open up." Despite their baby heartbreak, the couple - who got together in 2023 and became engaged in September last year - welcomed son Leo in January this year. What is miscarriage and why do pregnancies fail? MISCARRIAGE is generally the death of an unborn baby in the first 24 weeks – approximately six months – of pregnancy. Miscarriages may not be spoken about a lot but they are very common. Baby loss charity Tommy's estimates there are at least 250,000 per year in the UK and that one in every five pregnancies ends in miscarriage. It may not be clear why a miscarriage happens but they are rarely caused by anything done by the mother or father. Usually the embryo has a random genetic defect that means it cannot develop properly. Most women can go on to successfully have healthy babies in the future. The NHS says most miscarriages cannot be prevented but avoiding smoking, alcohol and drugs while pregnant can reduce the risk. Some of the other most common reasons for a pregnancy to fail in the first 24 weeks are ectopic pregnancy and molar pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy is where a fertilised egg implants somewhere outside of the womb, usually in a fallopian tube. It cannot survive and grow there so either dies naturally or must be terminated. Molar pregnancy is rarer but happens when a fertilised egg and/or placenta does not develop properly at the start of a pregnancy. There is no single reason why it happens and cannot be prevented, though it may be more common in very young or old mothers. A baby who dies after 24 weeks is considered a stillbirth. Strictly fans 'disgusted' by controversial lineup addition
Strictly Come Dancing fans have been left 'disgusted' after a 'known bigot' was confirmed for this year's lineup. Thomas Skinner, who is best known for appearing on The Apprentice, was revealed as one of the new contestants on Thursday but fans are not happy due to his recent social media posts. Skinner has gained fame among right-wing followers for his 'anti-woke' rhetoric and the large paragraphs he has been regularly posting on his Twitter/X account about being 'a normal bloke'. Thomas Skinner on The Apprentice. Pic: Ray Burmiston/BBC Recently, the 34-year-old spent a night out with US Vice-President JD Vance with a barbecue in England. Strictly fans have voiced their complaints on social media in response to Skinner earning a place on the hit BBC show. One user wrote: 'Disgusted that grifter Tom Skinner has got the #Strictly gig. Have the BBC not looked at his social media output?' Here is a pic of Me and Vice President @JDVance towards the end of the night after a few beers🍻 I'm overdressed in my suit, but when the VP invites you to a BBQ, you don't risk turning up in shorts an flip-flops😂 Cracking night in the beautiful English countryside with JD, his… — Thomas Skinner ⚒ (@iamtomskinner) August 12, 2025 Another said: 'Oh dear God no. You really think platforming a known bigot is the right way to go for a show which has already had more than its share of troubles?' A third added: 'Platforming this bloke – who is in the middle of a pivot to right-wing mouthpiece like RIGHT NOW – in the current political climate is absurdly stupid.' Yet another shared: 'The BBC and ITV's obsession with platforming right wing grifters (never left wing) plays a major role in the current political landscape. They know exactly what they're doing.' Plenty of other fans labelled the addition as 'shameful', 'disgusting' and 'sickening'. Skinner's political views have earned him hundreds of thousands of followers online as well as the unlikely friendship with JD Vance. Last week, he tweeted: 'Here is a pic of Me and Vice President @JDVance towards the end of the night after a few beers I'm overdressed in my suit, but when the VP invites you to a BBQ, you don't risk turning up in shorts an flip-flops Cracking night in the beautiful English countryside with JD, his friends and family. Once in a lifetime. Bosh!' In a second tweet, he added: 'When the Vice President of the USA invites ya for a BBQ an beers, you say yes. Unreal night with JD and his friends n family. He was a proper gent. Lots of laughs and some fantastic food. A brilliant night, one to tell the grand kids about mate. Bosh!' Skinner will join the likes of Game of Thrones star Kristian Nairn, former footballer Karen Carney, Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison, Neighbours actor Stefan Dennis and TikToker George Clarke on the show. Strictly, hosted by Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly, will return to BBC One and BBC iPlayer in September, with Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke and Shirley Ballas as judges.
