Blue has been playfully deemed Beyoncé's "manager" by fans all over the internet due to her poised presence and sharp instincts. This was exemplified during the 2025 Grammys, where Beyoncé took home the award for best country album and album of the year, and Blue motioned to her mom to go onstage for her award.
And when it comes to manager Blue, she tends to make things happen. In Beyoncé's movie "Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé," Blue convinced the global superstar to keep the song "Diva" on the final set list, and the song made it into the "Cowboy Carter" tour, as well.
Blue Ivy has also been present in major cultural moments. During Jay-Z's acceptance speech at the 2024 Grammys, he took the stage with Blue as he called out the Recording Academy's snubs against his wife, Beyoncé.

Blue Ivy was featured on Beyoncé's song 'Brown Skin Girl' and in the accompanying music video. This feature earned young Blue a list of accolades, including becoming the second youngest person ever to win a Grammy, the youngest person to receive a BET Award and the youngest winner of an MTV Video Music Award.
Two days after she was born, Time magazine deemed Blue Ivy the 'most famous baby in the world."
Beyoncé first introduced Blue Ivy to the world onstage at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards. Beyoncé performed her hit 'Love on Top' before rubbing her belly.
The nine-city "Cowboy Carter" tour will span the U.S. and Europe with the grand finale taking place in Las Vegas on July 26. Beyoncé is set to make history with her scheduled tour dates, including by playing the most dates at SoFi Stadium of any artist.

Taylor Swift's love of the color orange sets social media branding ablaze
Taylor Swift's upcoming album release and her love of all things orange isn't lost on her fans — or brands that are seeking a ride on what has become an enormous economic tailwind. On Wednesday after Swift went on the "New Heights" podcast co-hosted by her boyfriend, NFL football star Travis Kelce, to announce the imminent release of her 12th studio album "The Life of a Showgirl," major companies went into marketing overdrive. Numerous corporations, from United Airlines to Olive Garden, began posting orange hued memes on their own social media accounts soon after the new album was announced. Shake Shack, FedEx, Buffalo Wild Wings, Cinnabon, Walmart and Netflix did, too. That is because Swift appeared onstage wearing orange numerous times toward the end of her Eras Tour and she discussed her feelings about the color on the Wednesday podcast. Many, it seemed, saw value in tying their brand to Swift. More than a dozen NHL teams followed with posts on social media acknowledging Swift's new album, both north and south of the Canadian border. Even X got in on the action, declaring that it had a new profile pic: a glittery orange X. The post has garnered 5.5 million views so far. Google is using its search engine to celebrate the October release of Swift's "The Life of a Showgirl." Users search for "Taylor Swift," are greeted with a stream of orange digital confetti, along with a flaming orange heart and the phrase, "And, baby, that's show business for you." Swift's tour appearances have become economic events. The singer's Eras Tour two years ago was the first such tour to cross the billion-dollar mark, according to Pollstar's 2023 year-end charts. Cities and their surrounding areas registered a sizeable economic boost after Swift appeared, with thousands of fans making the pilgrimage and spending money at hotels, restaurants and elsewhere. Swift mentioned during the Wednesday podcast that she had Lasik eye surgery. The X account for wasted no time promoting the fortuitous namedrop. The post currently has more than 389,000 views and 15,000 likes. About 500,000 Americans undergo Lasik every year, CBS News recently reported. And while the American Refractive Surgery Council says the complication rate is less than 1%, side effects are not uncommon and should not be taken lightly by those considering the procedure. Swift's 2-hour chat with the Kelces' marks the singer's first ever podcast interview, a milestone moment for a medium. By Thursday afternoon, Wednesday night's talk had already been seen more than 11.7 million times on YouTube. Clips distributed on Instagram, TikTok, X and elsewhere have received more than 400 million views, and the episode was also available for streaming on audio platforms. It has further to go to be a record-setter, though. The most-watched podcast episode ever on YouTube, and likely the most-consumed podcast ever, is from by a company called Thmanyah, a Saudi Arabian Arabic podcast network and independent journalism platform, according to its website. The video has racked up 144 million views in two years. Swift, who infrequently gives interviews to journalists, revealed key information about her upcoming album, "The Life of a Showgirl," and talked about her relationships with Travis Kelce and her family, and her joy of gaining full control of her past work — a yearslong quest.

YouTube announces halftime performer for first NFL live broadcast
YouTube's first-ever exclusive NFL broadcast game will welcome Grammy-winning Colombian singer Karol G as the halftime performer. The week 1 game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Los Angeles Chargers will take place September 5 at the Corinthians Arena in São Paulo, Brazil. It will also be the first NFL game to take place in South America. 'I'm so excited to be part of YouTube's first-ever NFL live broadcast, it's truly an honor and a moment I'm so proud to be part of,' Karol G, 34, said in a statement. 'I've watched many NFL halftime shows over the years and now having this opportunity to bring my music to this global stage means the world to me,' the global recording artist added. 'I can't wait to celebrate with everyone in São Paulo and fans all around the world.' The game will be free to stream on YouTube, with pre-game coverage starting at 7 p.m. ET and the kickoff expected at 8 p.m. ET. This partnership between YouTube and the NFL marks the latest push by streamers to break into sports broadcasting. Last year, Netflix hosted its inaugural two-game NFL Christmas Gameday event, which saw the Chiefs take on the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Baltimore Ravens take on the Houston Texans. 'This broadcast is a landmark moment in our partnership with the NFL, where the worlds of football, music and creators will powerfully collide,' said Angela Courtin, VP of connected TV and creative studio marketing at YouTube, in a statement. Besides Karol G, other artists performing at the game are local Brazilian star Ana Castela, who will sing the country's National Anthem, Hino Nacional Brasileiro, and award-nominated American composer and jazz saxophonist Kamasi Washington, who will perform the U.S. National Anthem. The broadcast will also feature some of the world's most popular YouTube creators. Karol G's performance comes on the heels of her latest album release, Tropicoqueta. The 20-track record is her fifth overall, after Mañana Será Bonito (2023), KG0516 (2021), Ocean (2019), and Unstoppable (2017). Karol G is widely considered to be one of the most influential reggaeton and urban pop artists. In 2024, she made history as the first woman to win the Grammy for best música urbana, a moment that reflected changing perceptions of reggaetón and Latin hip-hop as exclusively 'men's music.' 'You know, I feel a lot of responsibility about that,' she told The Associated Press at the time. 'As a woman, I have to say, like in my experience, it was tough, like so many things, to be a girl in this industry, in the music that I do, in urban music.'
