Ciara making her presence felt as Russell Wilson opens Giants training camp
The Giants posted photos of their new quarterback, Russell Wilson, with his wife Ciara and their daughters Sienna, 8, and Amora, 1, and son Win, 5 — and Future Jr, 11, the singer's son from her previous relationship with rapper, Future.
Ciara and her kids sported Wilson's No. 3 Giants jersey in blue, while the Super Bowl champ rocked red.
Another video, which was shared by the Giants, showed Future Jr. and Win running to Wilson on the practice field and hugging him.
Wilson can be heard commemorating Win's fifth birthday, which was also on Wednesday.
During his media availability on Wednesday, Wilson spoke highly of the Giants culture and fanbase, adding that being in New York is also great for Ciara's singing career.
'I've been in New York a bunch in the past, I have a lot of family that have been here and lived here and stuff like that, but we love it here. It's just a great city. New York is amazing, Jersey as well,' said Wilson, who signed a one-year deal with the Giants in March after one season with the Steelers.
'I think what I love is the fans, the sports culture. Obviously for Ciara, the music culture is great too, and I think that's great. But I think just for me, I've always been a fast-paced guy. I don't know if everybody knows me really well. I'm constantly just highly focused. I was always taking 18 credits in college, playing football, baseball. I just like being occupied.

'And at the same time, the number one part of it all is the game that I love. That's the best part about it. I get to do what I love to do and these guys love doing it together and we're spending a lot of time together.
'So, these moments, like this training camp, is the part where you love those bonding [moments] at the hotel, the bonding early in the mornings, the late at night, the extra film, that time that you spend together talking ball. I mean that's the part that you forever remember.'

When asked if Ciara 'pressured you a little bit to come to New York,' Wilson said, 'No, she loves New York. I love New York too, but it was all about ball.'
Giants head coach Brian Daboll confirmed on Wednesday that Wilson will be his starting quarterback heading into the 2025 campaign.

Wilson and Ciara have been making the rounds in New York, attending events and games for the Liberty and the Knicks during their playoff run.
They also attended the ESPY Awards at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles last week.
Wilson started 11 games last season for the Steelers, throwing 2,482 yards with 16 touchdowns, five interceptions and a 63.7 percent completion rate.
He won the Super Bowl with the Seahawks in 2014, two years before he married Ciara.

LA Chargers and Oregon Ducks fans disagree with Justin Herbert's NFL Top 100 ranking
Sometimes you have to wonder who makes these lists and if they even watch the games. The NFL is publishing its Top 100 players in the league as the 2025 season approaches, and coming in at No. 56 on that list is none other than former Oregon Ducks quarterback and current Los Angeles Chargers signal-caller Justin Herbert. That's right—No. 56. It's a ranking that is more than curious. Herbert is considered by most to be one of the better quarterbacks in the league. The Chargers are one of the favorites to reach the Super Bowl this season, but according to the NFL, their quarterback is just another run-of-the-mill guy. According to head coach Jim Harbaugh, his quarterback has just one flaw. "The truth is, Justin Herbert's biggest weakness is everyone else having to get up to his level,' he said. 'I wake up every day trying to reach it.' The Chargers' official account on X had some thoughts on where Herbert was ranked earlier this week. "Not where we had him, but ok," the account posted on X. Other fans, of both the Chargers and the Ducks, had some similar thoughts. "Herbert at 56? That's cute. He's gonna be Top 10 by the end of the season," one fan wrote. "I don't pay any attention to this list. Tyreek Hill was number 1 last yr. You can't take that seriously," one Duck fan wrote. "55 players better than this guy!? Yeah okay lol," another fan posted. Herbert had a strong season last year, leading the Chargers to an 11-6 record. He threw for 3,870 yards (228 ypg), 23 touchdowns, and just three interceptions. The rest of the Top 100 haven't been released yet, but for those ahead of Herbert, they should have a lot of expectations put upon them. Travis Kelce shows off fresh cut at Chiefs training camp
The post Travis Kelce shows off fresh cut at Chiefs training camp appeared first on ClutchPoints. The Kansas City Chiefs are currently taking part in training camp as they gear up for the 2025 NFL season. The Chiefs are looking to bounce back from their humiliation at the hands of the Philadelphia Eagles in last year's Super Bowl, which ended their bid for a historic three-peat. The Chiefs have made some strides to help out their wide receiving core so far this offseason, but they still employ future Hall of Famer Travis Kelce, who showed some major signs of slowing down last season. Recently, Kelce showed up at Chiefs training camp with a new haircut, and fans in the comment section on X, formerly Twitter, had thoughts. 'Smiling like they already know february's ending,' wrote one fan, hinting at another potential Super Bowl. 'I need 870 rec yards at least!' demanded another. Another fan referenced Kelce's high profile relationship with singer Taylor Swift. 'He finally looks like an NFL player for the first time since he started dating Taylor Swift.' they wrote. How much does Travis Kelce have left? As previously mentioned, the Travis Kelce of the last couple of seasons is not the same player who torched opposing defenses during the beginning of the Chiefs' dynastic years in the late 2010s and early 2020s. While Kelce has had moments of being able to step up when the Chiefs absolutely need him to (particularly during their 2024 Super Bowl run), most of the headlines surrounding the future Hall of Famer have been more about his relationship with Swift rather than his play on the field. This being the case, the Chiefs will be looking for wide receiving help elsewhere, including from rising second year player Xavier Worthy, who had an impressive rookie season with Kansas City. Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice recently was sentenced to 30 days in jail for his role in a hit and run, and it's highly likely that he will be suspended upon his return to Kansas City, meaning it's unclear at this point how much he will be on the field next season. In any case, the Chiefs will kick off their 2025 season in Brazil against the divisional rival Los Angeles Chargers on September 5. Chiefs rookie training camp standout could be game-changer for Patrick Mahomes
The post Chiefs rookie training camp standout could be game-changer for Patrick Mahomes appeared first on ClutchPoints. The biggest key need of this offseason for the Kansas City Chiefs was addressing the offensive line, which was thoroughly obliterated by the Philadelphia Eagles in last year's Super Bowl. Kansas City has gone all-in on doing just that, including drafting offensive tackle Josh Simmons with their late first round pick this past April. While it's still just training camp, the early returns on Simmons have been hopeful, to say the least. ' Rookie OT Josh Simmons has been a standout through one week of camp — and it could potentially shift the competition to the right side, where Jaylon Moore and Jawaan Taylor rotated today, per local reports,' reported Ari Meirov of The 33rd Team on X, formerly Twitter. 'Simmons has been holding firm on the left.' Earlier this offseason, the Chiefs also reaffirmed their commitment to the offensive line by signing Trey Smith to a record-breaking extension that will keep him with the team long term. A potentially huge development If the reports are true that Josh Simmons has been making waves at training camp, that could be scary news for the rest of the NFL. The only area where the Chiefs aren't necessarily considered to be elite is at that position, and if Simmons could change that, then Kansas City could be arguably the most complete team in the NFL heading into next year. In all likelihood, it would take more than just one rookie for the Chiefs to turn around what looked to be a listless offensive line in their Super Bowl demolition at the hands of the Eagles. In that game, Patrick Mahomes was constantly under duress, and making matters even more embarrassing was the fact that the Eagles only sent four rushers after him for the entire game, and were still able to get home with consistency. Despite that setback, Kansas City has won three straight AFC Championships and two of the last three Super Bowls, and they will look to get their dynasty back on its championship track this season. It looks like they may be relying heavily on a rookie to help them do so.
