Liam Gallagher says crew have 'no friends' as Oasis release five new tracks
Liam Gallagher has responded cheekily to reports that Oasis crew have not been given tickets to the reunion tour, by claiming 'they don't have friends'.
The Gallagher brothers' iconic Britpop band will make a huge comeback when their tour kicks off on Friday at Cardiff's Principality Stadium.
They have also announced a new release which will feature five unheard recordings.
The show in Cardiff is the first of 19 being held across the UK and Ireland including three Scottish Gas Murrayfield stadium gigs on August 8, 9 and 12.
On Sunday, The Mirror reported that the band's crew had not been given access to complementary tickets for the shows, despite them being set to join them on their trips to Japan, South Korea, Australia and South America.
They quoted a source saying: 'The crew are all fuming. Many of them have toured with other big-name artists and have never known anything like it. All Oasis seem to care about it making as much money as they can. Is this about fans, or is the truth that it's all about the money?'
Liam took to X later on Sunday to respond to the claims.
'Our crew members don't have friends and there [sic] wife's and husbands are glad to see the f***ing backs of them,' he wrote.
He added that their loved ones 'tell me n rkid everytime we see them they don't know how we put up with them on a daily basis let alone go around the fucking world with them fyi.'
Gallagher also responded to one commenter who had replied: 'As if they aren't already living the dream just going on the tour.'
'Exactly,' the singer wrote.
Liam also recently revealed that the opening show in Cardiff will kick off at 8.15pm.
He said: 'Don't be late or we'll start without you and you don't want that now do ya'.
The UK and Ireland run includes seven shows at London's Wembley Stadium.
The band will also head to Canada, the US, Mexico, South Korea, Japan, Australia, Argentina, Chile and Brazil.
The 2025 tour consists of 41 dates in total, ending on November 23 in São Paulo.
Earlier this week, the band also teased that extra tickets will be made available to fans soo.
Oasis are to released a 30th anniversary edition of their classic album (What's The Story) Morning Glory?
The album, released on October 3, will include five new unplugged versions of songs including Acquiesce, Cast No Shadow, Wonderwall, Morning Glory and Champagne Supernova.

Noel was pictured arriving in the city yesterday, with rehearsals underway as they prepare to perform some of their biggest tunes to thousands of adoring fans who will scream every word back. With a mere 24 hours to go, the Oasis brothers took to social media with a teaser video that offered a glimpse of the stage design thanks to an epic drone light show. The footage was captured by a drone flying over the stadium, with the sky lit up in a bright 'OASIS' logo. What's more, reports suggest the full set list has been leaked, with MailOnline claiming Oasis will kick off their set with Acquiesce, which originally appeared as the B-side to Oasis' first number-one single, Some Might Say, in 1995. After the fan-favourite tune will come Morning Glory, with the first half also including tunes Cigarettes & Alcohol, Supersonic, Roll With It, and Half the World Away. As per the publication, Oasis will sing 23 songs in total, the latter part of the concert including Rock and Roll Star, The Masterplan, Don't Look Back in Anger, and, of course, Wonderwall. Noel and Liam Gallagher announced last year they had put their acrimonious split behind them, confirming Oasis' long-awaited reunion after 15 years. The highly anticipated tour (Oasis Live '25) begins in Cardiff on Friday (July 4), at Principality Stadium. Oasis band members have already begun arriving in the Welsh capital ahead of Friday and Saturday's (July 4 and 5) gigs, with Noel Gallagher spotted arriving by train on Tuesday (July 1). This person said: "Never been a fan of Welsh cakes but the ones from fabulous in Cardiff aren't bad at all." While a fourth, recommended trying somewhere else, adding: "Cardiff Bakestones in Cardiff Market, you need them fresh off the griddle rather than from a packet." Fabulous Welshcakes described as "the best ever" by customers Fabulous Welshcakes has two locations in Cardiff - one in Mermaid Quay and the other opposite Cardiff Castle. Both stores boast a 4.8 rating on Tripadvisor, with the bakery described as "the best Welsh cakes you can buy" and "10/10" by customers. One person, posting on Tripadvisor, said: "Absolutely delicious, the best ever! RECOMMENDED READING: "Had the traditional and also the chocolate chip ones. Best with a cup of tea! Highly recommend." While another visitor commented: "I am so very happy that I picked this place for a bakery during my visit to Cardiff. "They cook the cakes right there and they are yummy. I actually went there twice. I'd recommend it 100%."
