The workout appeared to target her core strength and flexibility, involving springs and a sliding carriage while her body remained suspended mid-air. Captioning the clip, Disha wrote, 'Who said Pilates is easy?" — a sentiment many new moms could relate to.
This is not the first time that the Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara star has showcased her rigorous fitness sessions. The actress has consistently worked with her pilates trainer even during her post-pregnancy period. Once, her pilates trainer shared a video on Instagram featuring Disha's dedication to staying fit and healthy after giving birth. The video was captioned as, 'Absolutely crushing her postnatal workout."
In the video, the actress can be seen executing a lateral shuffle floor tap, which engages her glutes, hips, thighs, and calves, followed by side leg raises targeting the inner thigh strength and toning. Also, she was found performing lunges, a lower body exercise that targets the hips, glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves, as well as exercises like hip raises, wall squats, bicycle crunches, and stand-to-crawl exercises.

Not very long ago, Disha revealed how her life has been lately while throwing light on the struggles of her motherhood phase. 'It's been over 2 years since I last slept well! That uninterrupted 8–9 hrs of sleep… I don't remember what's that or waking up fresh without the cries! Urgh… waiting for that to come back. Hopefully soon!" she said in a conversation with TOI.
Disha Parmar and her husband Rahul Vaidya welcomed their princess in September 2023 after being in marital bliss for almost two years.
