Mommy Club star Nozipho Ntshangase recently opened up about getting the mommy makeover, a cosmetic surgery transformation, after having five children.

A self-love journey
Ntshangase said her last three pregnancies prompted her to consider a mommy makeover.
However, she did not specify the procedures she underwent as part of the transformation.
'I've been on this self-love journey, and after having my last three children I struggled with loving myself. My confidence went down the drain, so I thought, why not do the outer and inner work on myself at the same time?'
She said a lack of exercise also contributed to her body image issues.
'It was this and that, and not exercising as often as I wanted. A lot of insecurities built up. So I decided to take the plunge, be brave, and do something I've always wanted to do – work on my body and myself.
'I'm excited and very nervous. I read a lot, and Google has me overthinking, but my surgeon is amazing. We'll see the results once everything is done.'

Coco speaks out on her fallout with Nozipho Ntshangase
Former The Mommy Club star Nozipho Ntshangase's stepdaughter, Coco, is trending after dropping explosive details about her strained relationship with her. Coco left tongues wagging after taking to Instagram to post a selfie with her new stepmother, Misokuhle. The 25 year old recently married her father, Zola Ntshangase in a stunning traditional and white wedding. On The Mommy Club , Nozipho opened up about how deeply hurt she was by Zola's decision to take a second wife. She shared that she didn't support the idea of a polygamous marriage and chose to walk away. Coco's post sparked harsh criticism from former Real Housewives of Durban (RHOD) star Ameigh Thompson, who appeared to suggest that you can't change a child you didn't birth. The remark didn't sit well with Coco, who has since released a statement addressing Thompson's comments. She further opened up about her complex relationship with her stepmother. Coco shared that she moved in with Nozipho in 2023, but their dynamic has since changed. 'Regarding my relationship with Mama (Nozipho), things have changed. The last time we spoke was when I told her I'll be attending the wedding, and after that, there was silence.' Coco stated their father didn't suddenly decide to marry again but they were misled, but now they know the truth. She hinted that certain details were hidden and implied that the whole story is not yet public knowledge. She believes that one day, her brothers will also speak out and share their side of the story. Coco said attending her father's wedding to Misokuhle was entirely their decision; no one forced them. She said they chose to attend the wedding because they genuinely wanted to support their father. 'We went because we love our father deeply and genuinely wanted to support hmi, during this time. It wasn't about choosing sides, it was about showing love to our parents, simply,' she said. DO YOU THINK COCO WAS WRONG FOR SHARING THE SELFIE? While many celebrities in SA choose the international route, Ntshangase, however, chose a local surgeon, Professor Chrysis Sofianos, a plastic and reconstructive surgeon based in Johannesburg. She continued: 'Now let's get to it. I'm not normally regular even if I have a high fibre diet, kunzima nje (it's tough), so I've always struggled even after my c-sections. 'WOWZA, after many days, everything finally worked (TMI). Day 1, when I got home, I thought, Mxm, I got this. I don't know what the fuss was about. A lot of people scared me, but Google did the most scarring,' Ntshangase shared. The 40-year-old went on to reveal how she thought that procedure for her was not as painful as a lot of people have described it to be. She shared that even though the post-op journey has been a little difficult, she is loving the results already. 'However, I look in the mirror and I'm like DAMN gal. Even I wasn't ready for this snatchness. Even though there's some swelling, I'm loving the results already,' she said. On Sunday, July 27, 'The Mommy Club' star excitedly announced that she will be going under the knife; however, she did not disclose what kind of cosmetic procedure she will be doing. She cited that she is doing the procedure as a part of her healing and self-love journey, and having four pregnancies in the past affected her confidence, self-image, and made her feel insecure. 'So I've had four pregnancies, which resulted in five kids that includes the twins. So I've gained weight, and it was this, it was that. 'And just not exercising as often as I would have wanted, just a whole lot of insecurities that I have, and I just decided to take the plunge and be brave and do what I've always wanted to do, which is to work on my body and work on myself,' she said. Ntshangase is now the latest celebrity to have had cosmetic procedures done in SA. She joins the likes of Nonkanyiso 'Laconco' Conco, Simphiwe Ngema, Shamiso Mosaka and Khanyi Mbau.

What To Watch: Stream these Netflix shows
Shameless may not be everyone's cup of tea, but it hooks you fast and Willman's Magic Lovers' Special is equally clever and unforgettable. The big news of the week is not that there is a brand-new show on any of the streamers or on linear television. Nope. The exciting tidings are that Shameless, yes, the hillbilly festival of sex, drugs, scams and whatevers, is now available on Netflix. All 11 seasons are there. Shameless, in short, introduces viewers to the dysfunctional family headed by drunk dad Frank Gallagher. He's a dad of six, and he spends his days getting drunk and high. All this while Fiona, Phillip, Debbie, Carl, and Liam are growing up through a haze of their own demon-making years. There's an endless roll call of swindles, affairs, petty crime and, well, life on the wrong side of the tracks. Literally. It's Chicago, it's poverty, it's life's gigantic hustle. The show wrapped in 2021, and it used to be available on Dstv, some of it, anyway. Because somewhere during the pandemic, Shameless just vanished. If memory serves, there were about three seasons that went missing in action. But then again, during Covid, everyone suffered from a Frank Gallagher short-term memory challenge, anyway, as the fog of roast chicken bans, tobacco and booze denials had everyone shivering in their takkies. Shameless is not everyone's cup of tea Shameless is not everyone's cup of tea, but it is, at the same time. The show takes a few moments to get into, but then you are hooked. It also hasn't aged, and it feels as relevant and entertaining today as it did more than a decade ago when William G Macy first became Gallagher. The casting was superb, the performances exceptional and the ridiculousness of the situations the family find themselves in, well, as crazy as before. It is an absolute must-watch, and rinse, repeat, and then some if you've seen it all before. Wilman is a magician and illusionist, and if you have not watched his street magic shows on the streamer yet, it's about time you did. Magic Lovers' Special sees Willman on stage in an intimate theatre and, at first, what you see is what you get. And after the first 15 minutes or so, well, it starts feeling somewhat like a school concert featuring a travelling magic and puppet show. After watching so many of Willman's street magic specials, disappointment starts creeping in fast, because trick after trick starts feeling somewhat rudderless and nonsensically boring. Willman's magic is incredible But that is just an illusion. Because if you press on through to the 30-minute marker, then to the 45-minute hand on the clock, well, it becomes fascinating. And that is, because the sum of the collective amounts to a much larger illusion, and Willman's just been playing cat and mouse with his audience, both live and at home. What makes Willman different to the likes of David Blaine and David Copperfield is that he takes magic, and the magic of magic, to the people. He's part of the audience as much as he is the ringmaster. His street magic shows are engaging, and you never want the end credits to roll. Turns out, the hour-long Magic Lover's Special is the same, because he plays everyone. Where Blain and Copperfield are producers, Willman is a performer and accessible. He gives of himself, and that's special. Magic Lovers is Willman at his best. He is funny, warm, and the mini tricks he shares with the audience build up to a grand finale that's as astounding as it is breathtakingly clever. When you get tired of Shameless after binging a few seasons, break it up with Willman, because he's proven yet again why he deserves to be given a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
