Khloe Kardashian's secret to jaw-dropping weight loss as she slams Ozempic claims
But while the 40-year-old credits her workouts for transforming her life, her divorce from basket ball player Lamar Odom in 2013 sparked a major change for the Good American founder. Each day, she wakes up at 5.30am to get a work out in before getting her children ready for the school run.
Although her intense regime has been heavily documented, Khloé has been surrounded by speculation that she had turned to surgery and weight loss drugs to aid her transformation. Previously, she had been accused of using diabetes drug Ozempic to help her, but has furiously denied using it.
Every week, Khloé works out for five days. She spends four days in the gym with her personal trainer and chooses a dedicated cardio exercise or Pilates on her fifth day. Speaking previously, the 5ft10 star said: "I do circuit training with cardio intervals, so I'm always spiking my heart rate up and down."
Khloé also said in the past that she had been "overweight" for "a lot" of her life and feared she wouldn't be able to lose weight after the birth of her daughter, True. Speaking on the SHE MD podcast, she said: "I used to be overweight a lot of my life. God, I mean my weight-loss journey. It took years for me. I've always been chubby - like athletic. I've always played sports. I just was never in shape.
"I was 204 [14 stone 5 lbs] when I delivered and I was like 'How am I going to do this again?' because it took so many years to do it the first time." She added that she later lost her pregnancy weight quicker than she had imagined. But it's not just her work outs that help her.
While most people eat three meals a day, Khloé eats seven. She has cut out "all sodas, little by little," after experimenting with "every diet under the sun". Speaking to Healthista, her nutritionist, Dr Philip Goglia explained that every morning, Khloé has a scoop of protein powder with almond butter, a choice of fruit with blended ice and water to make a shake.
Her second meal is fruit with 100g of chicken breast, vegetables and an iron-based salad. Meanwhile, her fourth meal is a cup of celery, a cup of tomatoes and 12 almonds. Khloe's fifth meal is vegetable heavy with an egg, before she has fatty fish such as sea bass, cod, or salmon with 200g of vegetables.
Before going to sleep, she has another piece of fruit. But Khloé does also enjoy a cheat day once in a while, including a slice of cake or pizza and pasta for dinner. Although she's hit out at claims she used diabetes jab Ozempic to aid her transformation, Khloé has said if she had known about it during her younger years.
Speaking on The Kardashians, she said: "When I was bigger, if they had Ozempic, I probably would have tried it, because I tried any other thing. I tried any fad weight loss trend, except for the real thing that actually works, and that's a lifestyle change. So I really wanna encourage healthiness and not about the number on a scale. I just think people should be active.
"I don't really care what your size is, and you should just be healthy and stronger for yourself." Following the breakdown of her marriage to Lamar, Khloé found herself "obsessed" with how she looked. She told SHE MD: "My thing is more the food because I have the determination. So I had to retrain my mind as to what I could eat, what I couldn't eat.
"I'm in a good place body-wise that I like, I do sort of eat what I want, but because my brain is so trained, you don't even want half of the crap or junk. Or if you do want something, like, pizza is my weakness."

Love Island's Demi Jones slams 'stuck up' co-stars and reveals what stopped TV comeback
Love Island's Demi Jones has slammed some of her former co-stars as 'stuck up a*****' and revealed why she chose not to return to the All Stars series when offered a place Demi Jones has slammed some of her Love Island co-stars as 'stuck up a*****'. The reality star, 27, found fame when she finished in third place on the ITV2 dating show in 2020 and had been to an influencer event the night before she sat down to record the SpilL With Will podcast, where she issued the scathing remarks. She told Will: "Obviously you'll know Will, when you go to events and meet certain Islanders, they're so stuck up their own a***," to which the host replied: "But I just also think with some of them as well like, do you know you have 30 minutes? With this attitude you have 30 minutes." Demi continued: "But babes I'm not going to see you in six months' time, so let's just be nice now," before Will suggested that some of those who have had the shortest-lived roles on the hit reality show have the 'biggest egos', to which Demi was in full agreement. She said: "I agree, I agree but you have to be nice to everyone as you genuinely don't know who you're talking to." It comes after one huge TV star looks completely unrecognisable as she reveals latest facelift. But for Demi, the comments came just moments before she revealed she had been approached by bosses to make another appearance on Love Island's spin-off programme All Stars. When Demi first competed on the programme, she found love with Luke Mabbott but things did not work out. They split amid the COVID-19 pandemic, and Demi went looking for love again during the 2023 spin-off series. She was initially coupled up with Chris Taylor, but was dumped from the Island completely on the eighth day of the competition. But when she was asked to make a comeback for the next run of the programme, the TV star refused because she felt as if she had put too much weight since she was last on camera. She said: "I was like, "Honey I'm not a size eight anymore. I'm sorry I'm not ready to get back in that bikini." But despite not being entirely happy with her size, Demi is adamant that she could never bring herself to turn to a weight loss injection like Ozempic. She said: "I'm sorry this Ozempic, I can't. Everyone is popping out like a size four. Well, I feel like most of my friends are on Ozempic. I feel like my body image, like dysmorphia has got worse since people are doing Ozempic and Mounjaro." The TV star, who also appeared on Strictly The Real Full Monty in 2021 but has mostly focused on her career as an influencer on social media as opposed to appearing on television, then admitted that she struggles with going to various events now. She added: "I feel self-conscious now. I go to these parties and it has made me feel self-conscious." Asked if that is why she turned down All Stars, she confirmed: "Yeah I didn't do Love Island mainly because I wasn't, one mentality of going through it again, and I just could not get myself back in the bikini." The year after she found fame, Demi's life was turned upside down when doctors found a lump in her neck and she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. After two major surgeries and radioiodine therapy, Demi was fortunately given the all-clear that same year in December. Still, she reflected on the shock of discovering she had cancer after initially dismissing the malignant lump for some time. Speaking out about the tumultuous time in an Instagram post earlier this year, she said: "Symptoms of thyroid cancer include hoarseness of the voice, a sore throat, difficulty swallowing and a lump. But, for me personally, I just had a lump on the side of my neck. I first discovered my lump back in 2019 when I was at uni, but I was too busy having fun. "I didn't take it seriously enough. It wasn't until I had messages from strangers and my followers telling me that they could see this lump on my neck, it was that [which] then pushed me to get a doctor's appointment. Demi explained that doctors initially performed an ultrasound and a blood test before draining some of the lump's fluid. Two weeks later, she was then called back and urged to go for surgery 'almost immediately'. "At this point, I felt really uncertain. I went straight into surgery where they removed half of my thyroid and the lump to test if it was cancerous," she continued. "A couple of weeks later, the doctor called me in. As soon as they said the word 'cancer', I just went into shock. So, I then had to go back in for a second surgery where they removed the rest of my thyroid." Although it's now been four years since Demi's cancer battle, the star said she continues to wear her scar 'very proudly' and is still keen to raise awareness of the disease. In a final plea to fans, she urged: "If you think you have any symptoms of thyroid cancer, please speak to your GP."

Christopher Biggins gives health update after surgery
Christopher Biggins gives health update after surgery The 76-year-old star has started taking medication Christopher Biggins attends the National Reality TV Awards 2025 on July 30, 2025 Actor Christopher Biggins has revealed he is using weight loss jabs as he needed to lose weight after having surgery on his knee. Porridge star Biggins, 76, said he is taking Mounjaro, which is made by Eli Lilly, who have joined forces with the Government in a bid to tackle obesity. He told GB News: 'I'm on Mounjaro… and I think it's good. I mean, I had a new knee put in, and I needed to lose weight because of the pressure on the knee.' Biggins also claimed that 'they're now finding out that this drug can cure a lot of other things' and added that 'we don't know the side effects' of it yet. In March, Biggins revealed that he had a 'pig valve' inserted into his heart and without the controversial operation he would be dead. Speaking to the Daily Express, the star said: "I am 76 and I've had a new valve put into my heart. A pigs valve." He continued: "My pig's heart is fantastic. You can either have a plastic one or a pig's one and I went for the pig's one. It was about three years ago and I've just had my check up and its all A1. "It's a marvellous operation." So risky was the operation that Biggins said he told his long-time partner Neil that he was going in to have a stent inserted as he didn't want him to worry. Biggins said: "They actually take the heart out of your body and it sits next to you when you are lying on the operating theatre. It's a major operation but luckily I had wonderful doctors and they were terrific. It's worked out brilliantly. It saves people and makes you live longer. So we have to blame the doctors and surgeons who are keeping us all alive. I take a drug and that's it." Article continues below Biggins revealed he has secretly battled skin cancer, saying "you just have to go on", as he said he has made a recovery after finding the melanoma. He also revealed that although happy to be alive, he couldn't think of anything worse than living over the age of 100. He said: "You just have to go on but the trouble is we are all living far too long. But I saw the other day Bear Grylls was saying he would like to live to 200 and I thought 'God, the thought of living to 100 is bad enough, not 200'. Stupid man. But I don't want to go on and on and on. " Weight loss jabs have been hailed as transformative by health leaders. The phased NHS roll-out of Lilly's weight loss jab Mounjaro to patients in England started in June for people with a body mass index (BMI) over 40 and at least four co-morbidities. Over the next three years, about 240,000 patients are expected to be eligible for the treatment. A number of celebrities have used medication, such as Ozempic, in a bid to control their weight, including former X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne. Article continues below Wegovy and Ozempic are semaglutide drugs, while Mounjaro is another weight loss treatment called tirzepatide. Chef Heston Blumenthal recently warned that weight loss drugs will have a negative effect on the food industry.
