Wednesday season 2 part 1 ending explained from killer exposed to Lois meaning
Wednesday season two, part one dropped on Netflix and it was packed full of shocking twists and turns, with the identity of the killer finally being revealed WARNING: THIS ARTICLE CONTAINS SPOILERS. The second season of Wednesday has landed on Netflix, with the first four episodes delivering a hefty dose of high-octane action and unexpected plot twists. The show, already confirmed for a third season, boasts a star-studded cast including Billie Piper and Joanna Lumley. Nevermore Academy welcomed a new headteacher, Principal Dort (portrayed by Steve Buscemi), while Wednesday (played by Jenna Ortega) found herself embroiled in a fresh murder mystery. After a string of deaths, she stumbled upon a mysterious name, Lois, seemingly tying all the incidents together, reports the Express. Here's everything you need to know about the cliffhanger ending of Wednesday season two, part one. READ MORE: Wednesday season 2 bosses open up on Joanna Lumley's unrecognisable transformation Who is Lois in Wednesday season 2? In the fourth episode, Wednesday enlisted the help of Uncle Fester (Fred Armisen) to infiltrate Willow Hill and uncover the identity of Lois. This name was linked to a series of deaths involving former outcasts, raising suspicions for Wednesday about their sudden disappearances. She unearthed that it was ex-science professor Augustus Stonehurst who had signed off on the death certificates, and he had been residing as a patient at Willow Hill. Following some probing from Uncle Fester, it was Stonehurst's pet bird that divulged a door code to the maintenance room, where Lois was supposedly held. Upon entering the room, Wednesday made a shocking discovery - Lois wasn't a person, but an acronym for Long Term Outcast Integration Study, a clandestine programme. The outcasts, presumed dead by the world, were actually prisoners in a secret facility, part of a twisted experiment that faked their demise. Sheriff Galpin (Jamie McShane), who fell victim to the serial killer, feared his son Tyler (Hunter Doohan) might uncover the grim truth and become a target himself. Who is the killer in Wednesday season 2? In a shocking twist, the murderer is revealed to be none other than Augustus Stonehurst's daughter - Judi (Heather Matarazzo). Judi seemed to be Dr. Fairburn's (Thandiwe Newton) loyal assistant, yet she was the mastermind behind the scenes. Despite being born without powers, "normie" Judi acquired extraordinary abilities through her father's experiments, gaining control over birds. Augustus met a grisly end at the hands of zombie student Slurp (Owen Painter), but Judi's ultimate fate remained uncertain. She faced the wrath of the outcasts she had imprisoned, as they sought vengeance for their captivity. In the climactic moments of episode four, Tyler's erstwhile captor Marilyn Thornhill (Christina Ricci) mistakenly believed setting him free was the right choice. Her misguided hope that he would be grateful for his freedom was shattered when he unleashed his fury on her for her betrayal. After morphing into the Hyde, Tyler brutally ended Marilyn's life and then set his sights on Wednesday. The last thing viewers saw was Wednesday being hurled out of a window, left unconscious and bleeding as the police arrived on the scene. While it's doubtful she'll meet her end, Wednesday is sure to be in a precarious situation at the start of part two.

Wednesday fans gobsmacked as they realise where they've seen Judi Spannagel before
Netflix's Wednesday season two, part one, has landed with fans quickly realising where they recognise the star behind Judi Spannagel from. WARNING: This article contains spoilers from Wednesday season two. Wednesday season two has arrived, and fans were surprised to see a familiar face from the 1990s join the cast. Netflix launched its second series of Wednesday on Wednesday, August 6, featuring the eternally gloomy Wednesday Addams (played by Jenna Ortega) returning to Nevermore Academy. It's not long before she's embroiled in another mystery, which begins with a vision of Enid Sinclair's (Emma Myers) death and quickly spirals into something much bigger. Murderous crows have started to kill off people, and Wednesday is determined to uncover the reason. At one point, she suspects Tyler Galpin might be involved. So, she heads to Willow Hill Psychiatric Hospital where he's being held. However, before she can confront Tyler, Wednesday must endure the overly cheerful Judi (Heather Matarazzo). Judi serves as the executive assistant to chief psychiatrist Dr Rachael Fairburn (Thandiwe Newton), who oversees Tyler's care. Wednesday briefly chats with Judi while waiting for her meeting with Dr Fairburn, but it's clear that the sarcastic teen is far from charmed by Judi's upbeat attitude and vibrant jumper. Despite her brief appearance, fans were quick to recognise Judi as actress Heather Matarazzo. The 42 year old has appeared in numerous films in recent years including Paint, The Zombie Wedding, and Booger, but she remains most famous for her role in 2001's The Princess Diaries. Acting alongside Hollywood star Anne Hathaway, Matarazzo brought to life her outspoken best mate Lilly Moscovitz. She later reprised her role in the 2004 follow-up and also portrayed Martha Meeks in the horror flicks Scream and Scream 3. On Reddit, one user observed: "Guys it's Lilly. From Princess Diaries. "Being overshadowed all those years as the bestie to royalty obviously led her to madness and the dark side." Another user wrote: "I literally spent that whole scene trying to remember who she was." Meanwhile, a third fan enthusiastically declared: "OMG is that lilly from The Princess Diaries." What viewers weren't anticipating, though, was for Judi's role to be expanded in the midseason finale as it's unveiled that Judi is actually The Avian controlling the murderous crows. She has been attempting to prevent Wednesday from discovering that Stonehurst (Phil Philparr), her father, had been conducting experiments on outcasts to steal their abilities and transfer them to "normies". Judi, who was originally a "normie" before successfully transforming into an Avian, was carrying on his research but what will unfold in part two now her secrets have been exposed?

Wednesday Season 2, Part 1: That wild ending explained
At the end of part one, we find out that the Avian is none other than Dr. Fairburn's assistant, Judi ( Heather Matarazzo). Judi is the daughter of somebody called Augustus Stonehurst (an inmate in the facility). He was a normie, who was fascinated by Outcasts (he wrote the book on them, in fact) – to the extent he locked his daughter in an Aviary to make her into one. Spooky.
