Brit holiday yob sparks emergency landing after ‘PEEING in aisle' on Tenerife-bound easyJet plane during flight rampage

AN EASYJET flight to Tenerife was forced to make an emergency landing after a Brit yob on holiday allegedly peed in the aisle.
Emergency police assistance was requested by the crew onboard after the vile passenger reportedly showed "aggressive and disruptive" behaviour.

The incident occurred on easyJet flight EZY6607, which landed at Tenerife South Airport from Birmingham.
Air traffic control is said to have given priority to the aircraft's approach to facilitate a faster arrival at the airport.
The flight to Tenerife was met by police and medical teams once it landed.
It all started in the final leg of the journey when the passenger allegedly urinated in the aisle, causing chaos in the flight mid-air.
No further information has been released regarding the passenger's condition - and what happened in the aftermath.
Meanwhile, coordination took place with airport staff to prepare for the necessary interventions as soon as the plane touched down.
Local newspaper Canarian Weekly said: "The crew alerted authorities mid-flight about a passenger causing significant disturbance, prompting them to request police presence and medical support upon landing.
"In response to the call, air traffic control gave priority to the aircraft's approach to ensure a swifter arrival at Tenerife South."
Meanwhile, another easyJet flight was forced to make an emergency landing after passengers reportedly smelled smoke on board.
The plane was heading to Bristol Airport but had to be suddenly diverted to Turkey.

EasyJet confirmed the crew had encountered a technical issue during the flight which caused a "smoke smell".
The Airbus A320 aircraft had left Paphos and was crusing at around 36,000ft when a smoke alarm went off.
The pilot was forced to make an emergency landing and head to an airport in Izmir just an hour and 20 minutes after it left Cyprus.
A statement from easyJet read: "We can confirm that flight EZY2902 from Paphos to Bristol diverted to Izmir due to a technical issue which resulted in a smoke smell onboard."
It comes after a vile passenger who threatened EasyJet staff was slapped in the face by an airport worker.
Video taken at Manchester Airport captured a man with a cap shouting homophobic slurs and abusing staff members at the entry to the aircraft.
It is understood that he was denied boarding for being "disruptive and aggressive" which triggered the chaotic scenes.
The shocking confrontation saw the Easyjet flight from Manchester to Chania, Greece, delayed from taking off.
The man, who has not yet been identified and wore a grey jacket, shouted abuse at Easyjet employees, including homophobic slurs.
"You're a ripoff artist, you're a f***** - I'll knock your f***ing hat off", the man threatened as a flight attendant was seen trying to calm him down.
The irate man threatened another attendant with a "f***ing scrap" after being denied entry.
The video then cuts to a further confrontation with airport staff as the man gets more and more aggressive.
It is then that an airport worker in a hi-vis vest swings at his face with what appears to be a slap.

Why I find the latest travel trend so horrifying

I am a holiday completist. If I'm heading somewhere new I want to come away feeling like I've 'done it' — ticked off the main sights, explored every neighbourhood, drunk and eaten at the hottest openings. Boning up on the geography and cultural landscape of a destination before visiting it is one of the things I love most about travel. Getting a good deal is also part of the fun. Nothing is left to chance — hotels and flights are booked early; days planned to the minute. So I struggle to get my head around the trend of super-last-minute booking. Data from the camping and glamping website shows that 1 in 20 of those who booked through its site last month — or more than 15,000 travellers — did so after 1pm on the first day of their holiday, while nearly 4,000 reserved after 5pm. And it seems that spontaneous travel isn't limited to campsites. Google Trends data for the first half of this year shows that searches for 'Spain flights today' were up 75 per cent from the same period in 2024. The luxury operator Elegant Resorts, meanwhile, reports that nearly a fifth of the inquiries it received in June for 2025 summer holidays were for those beginning that same month. The nonchalance! The financial recklessness! The generosity of annual-leave-granting bosses! I'm impressed and appalled in equal measure. Some kinds of trip definitely lend themselves to this level of spontaneity, though. They're not my thing, but if you can be flexible with your dates and fancy lazing around somewhere hot, I can see the appeal of a last-minute package deal. Tour operators such as Tui and Jet2holidays often flog their holidays at knockdown prices a few weeks before departure — a colleague of mine once nabbed a week in Greece for £200 all in. And there are certain moments in life when spontaneity is an exciting novelty. Two of my favourite trips — hiking in the French Alps and beer and Beatles history in Hamburg, both organised weeks beforehand — were in that joyous, no-responsibilities window that exists after you've left a job and are waiting to start a new one. The spreadsheets, it turns out, can be assembled mid-flight. But when it comes to a city break, my favourite holiday genre, the months of research, timetabling and Google Maps curation are always worth it. I was glad to have not been invited on a friend's recent 'extreme day trip' to Valencia, booked a fortnight before. He went straight to Gatwick from a night out in Brixton, slept on the flight, walked around the city's science museum, hit up some vermouth bars then flew home. Again, impressed and appalled in equal measure, but I can't help but think that he could have found a slightly less obvious museum or perhaps a classier vermouth bar (plus an extra night or two in a hotel) had he put in a little more thought beforehand. • Last-minute getaways just got better with these 12 great deals My next big holiday is a multistop cycling holiday around the western islands of Estonia. In this instance, too, I am not leaving anything to fate. I am not risking being without a roof over my head. I am not getting stranded on Muhu (population about 2,000). And I am not resorting to a subpar marinated fish sandwich — only the best will do for me. Saying all that, though, there is one other scenario in which I might consider injecting a little more spontaneity into my travels. The thermostat in my top-floor London flat read 34C during the heatwave last week and, even at £140 for a basic room, the air-conditioned Travelodge in Peckham was very tempting indeed. EXCLUSIVE Bikini-clad Dakota Johnson and Kate Hudson cuddle up on star-studded yacht alongside Tom Brady and more

Bikini-clad Dakota Johnson and BFF Kate Hudson cuddled up for a friendly embrace as they joined other stars such as Tom Brady on a luxurious yacht in Ibiza. The Fifty Shades Of Grey actress, 35 - who has been having a blast on the Mediterranean island in the wake of her split from Chris Martin - showed off her toned figure for a day on the water. Other A-listers were spotted joining in on the fun including supermodel Naomi Campbell in celebration of Saudi Arabian producer Mohammed Al Turki's birthday. Johnson received a hug from Hudson, 46, who stood directly behind her as the pair soaked up the summer sun, while the retired NFL quarterback lounged nearby. Dakota turned heads wearing a skimpy black bikini top as well as matching drawstring bottoms. A black cap was placed on top of her brunette locks that flowed down past her shoulders in natural waves. Kate wowed in a vibrant blue bikini and completed her look with a black cap and fashionable shades. The mom-of-three accessorized her swimsuit with mini earrings as well as flashy bracelets on her left wrist. The Almost Famous actress was seen strolling along the spacious boat while sipping on a refreshing drink in her hand. Hudson later pulled her locks up into a messy up do and was seemingly accompanied by her youngest daughter Rani, six - whom she shares with fiance Danny Fujikawa. Later in the day, Johnson was seen spending time in the shade as she relaxed on a lounge chair in a covered area of the yacht. She was briefly spotted holding a lighthearted conversation with a pal before being joined by a mystery man. He went shirtless with a towel easily wrapped around his waist and leaned over to Dakota who playfully touched his arm bicep. Last month in June, it was reported that the Hollywood actress and Coldplay frontman had officially called it quits after eight years of dating. 'Dakota held a flame for them to be together because she loved him so much and loved his kids so much.' The insider continued, 'Breakups aren't instant and they continued to breakup and makeup and sometimes things would work when they were away from each other, while they were working because absence makes the heart grow fonder. 'But then they'd get back together and little things just kept adding up to where they weren't right for each other anymore.' They added that Johnson 'is devastated that she isn't going to be around his kids as much anymore, but wants them to know that she is always there for them.' Martin is dad to Apple, 21, and Moses, 19, whom he shares with ex-wife and fellow actress Gwyneth Paltrow. While the source noted that the exes could potentially rekindle their romance, they said 'right now, being separated will do wonders if they were to have any type of future together.' However, a separate insider recently told that Dakota's mom Melanie Griffith believes the breakup was a 'huge mistake.' 'She's convinced that they are meant to be together and isn't giving up on them. She thinks her daughter is making a huge mistake and needs to meet Chris halfway. Melanie has always felt a kinship with Chris, he's like a son to her.' Tom Brady was another celebrity on board the lavish yacht in Ibiza over the weekend - fresh off his trip to Venice to attend the wedding of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez. The sports star showed off her sculpted physique as he went shirtless under the bright sun and sported a pair of black swim trunks. He added a dark green cap on top of his head and completed the overall look by donning a pair of black slip-ons. Brady - who was previously married to Gisele Bundchen - also wore a pair of shades and added a gold-chained necklace around his neck. He was seen sitting in a chair on an open area of the yacht and mingled with both Hudson and Johnson. Tom stayed hydrated in the warmer temperatures by sipping from a large silver water bottle. Other celebrities that were in attendance included Orlando Bloom, Kim Kardashian, Leonardo DiCaprio, Oprah Winfrey and Sydney Sweeney. Both Tom and the Euphoria actress were briefly linked during the festivities following reports that the pair partied together in Venice. TMZ also claimed that Brady was seen 'chatting up' Sydney at one point. A source told that the blonde bombshell was the 'most sought after person' at the star-studded event. 'Sydney apparently is the most sought-after person to be around at the Bezos wedding. 'Everyone wants to talk to her and every guy that has been in her presence has talked about how stunning she is in real life,' the insider added. Fans soon went into meltdown not long after the reports first came to light, with some taking to X to share their thoughts. 'Tom Brady after retiring a legend & moving on to signing the No. 1 draft pick just hitting her prime,' another shared, and an X user also typed, 'This is the type of greed the Bible talked about.' Naomi Campbell was also seen on board the yacht as she joined the stars as well as Mohammed Al Turki after clarifying their relationship. The pair have been close friends for many years and the supermodel recently jumped to Instagram to pen a sweet birthday tribute to the producer. 'Irreplaceable' 100-year-old Rolls-Royce stolen in hotel heist is returned after schoolboy spotted it and told his father - who then tipped off police

An 'irreplaceable' 100-year-old Rolls-Royce worth £300,000 has been miraculously recovered after being stolen during a brazen hotel heist in Essex. The rare Silver Ghost - which has travelled across Europe and even survived World War II - was snatched in the early hours of June 26 from outside the Orsett Hall near Grays while its owner, 82-year-old Brian Fitton, was asleep inside. The vintage car, which had been due to depart for a tour of Helsinki and the Baltic states, vanished along with its trailer, leaving the retired scrapyard owner's 'heartbroken'. But in a remarkable twist, the treasured motor was discovered in a ramshackle shed thanks to a schoolboy's eagle eye. Mr Fitton, who had offered a £2,000 reward for the car's safe return, shared his relief following its recovery. The vehicle's owner said: 'It was thanks to the power of the press that the car has been recovered. 'A schoolboy spotted it and told his father he had seen a lovely vintage car. His dad had seen the publicity around the theft and got in touch to help with the recovery. The veteran vehicle enthusiast, from Wilmslow, Cheshire, added: 'Essex Police went to the area it was spotted in and recovered it intact on the trailer from a dirty old shed. 'The vehicle has survived Hitler and World War Two, and now it has survived a trip to Essex. 'I am delighted it has been recovered. I am hoping the reward is a small fortune for the young lad, and hope that shows him that doing the right thing in life pays off. 'To have the vehicle stolen ahead of dropping it off at Tilbury Docks for the ferry to Helsinki was absolutely heartbreaking, but this is a happy ending.' The century-old Silver Ghost, fitted with original parts and the iconic Spirit of Ecstasy bonnet ornament, was bought from a British Petroleum collection in Denmark through a Bonhams auction. Mr Fitton spent years restoring its engine and has toured it around Europe, from Portugal to Poland and everywhere in between. 'The car is full of irreplaceable parts, it's an original and has even got the original Lady on the grill,' he said. 'The car has been all over the world and is an advert for British motors. It's been everywhere and it was just appalling that it got stolen in Essex'. Development of the Silver Ghost goes back to the start of the 20th century, before development was suspended during World War 1. During the conflict, the chassis and engine were used for armoured cars - while a blue 1909 model known as Blue Mist was used by legendary officer Laurence of Arabia. A total of 7874 Silver Ghosts were produced between 1907 and 1926, with former owners of the luxury vehicle including American President Woodrow Wilson. It was named the 'best car in the world' by Autocar in 1907. The theft - and joyful recovery - comes as Essex Police announced a drop in vehicle crime, with 573 fewer offences recorded in the country over the past year, representing a ten per cent decrease. Shaun Kane, Essex Police's Detective Superintendent, said: 'Vehicle theft is not a victimless crime - it causes real distress to owners and disruption to their everyday lives and their businesses. 'We're proud to have made such significant progress in reducing this type of crime, and it will be welcomed by everyone in Essex.' For now, Mr Fitton says he is delighted to be reunited with his beloved Rolls – and he hopes its next stop will be Helsinki, as originally planned.
