David Beckham shares touching Father's Day post among Brooklyn fallout rumours
The former England footballer, 50, has had a jubilant week after he was awarded a knighthood in the King's Birthday Honours – and now he's celebrating his love for his family again as the UK marks Father's Day.
Sir David and Victoria Beckham share four children – Brooklyn, 26, Romeo, 22, Cruz, 20 and daughter Harper, 13.
In a new post on Instagram, Sir David wrote: 'My most important & favourite job in life is being a dad… I'm so proud of all of you and like daddy ( sorry boys ) tells you every single day I will always be here for you no matter what…
'Mummy thank you for doing the most important part and making me a father. There is no greater gift in life than making me a dad… Happy Father's Day… I love you kiddies more than you could imagine,' he wrote.

In the comments, Cruz replied: 'You mean the world to us and inspire us every single day dad I love you.' Romeo added: 'Love you always.'
Brooklyn has not said anything, as was the case with the news of Sir David's knighthood.
Over on Victoria's Instagram, she wrote: 'Happy Father's Day to the best daddy there is! You always lead with love and our four beautiful children are a reflection of that. We all love you so so much!!'.
Once more including a range of family photos from across the years from glamorous events to childhood memories – and both posts tagging their eldest son.
It comes days after The Spice Girls star posted congratulating Sir David on his knighthood, to which he replied in the comments: 'I love you all,' once again tagging Brooklyn.
Speculation of a feud between the parents and their son and his wife Nicola has been brewing since the young couple were notably absent from Sir David's big 50th birthday bash.
None of them has publicly addressed the presumed frostiness between the four of them but in a recent post, Brooklyn doubled down on his commitment to his wife.
'My whole world x I will love you forever x I always choose you baby x you're the most amazing person i know xx me and you forever baby,' he wrote in a post on social media.

'Victoria is upset that things have escalated to this point. Brooklyn has made his position clear in his recent post and that has left both herself and David heartbroken,' the insider explained.
Meanwhile, a source close to Brooklyn added: 'It's sad that a simple statement of love and appreciation for his wife is being manipulated into something that it isn't.'
Keen-eyed fans have also noted that a tattoo dedicated to his mum seemed to have been covered up with a sketch of Nicola's bouquet from their wedding day.

Rylan Clarke just admitted an uncomfortable Doctor Who truth
Doctor Who is in a bad way – thankfully, a physician has finally arrived in the svelte form of Rylan Clarke. Yes, you read that right. While hosting a panel with Russell Tovey at the Edinburgh TV Festival, the former X-Factor star turned TV icon launched into a passionate defence of the beleaguered sci-fi series. 'Save Doctor Who! Make sure it comes back, because it's a British institution,' he told Russell, who's starring in the Doctor Who spin-off The War Between the Land and the Sea. 'We can't not have Doctor Who,' he continued. 'I've been the biggest fan of Doctor Who, personally, since the reboot back in [2005] with Christopher Eccleston, and I've loved every single episode.' It's not like he was ever going to turn around and say 'I'd rather descale the kettle with my tongue than spend 20 mins watching the Doctor battle baddies made of tin foil.' Still, even if Rylan is exaggerating his Whovian credentials (we'll make sure to test him next time we speak to him), his diagnosis is an astute one. Doctor Who is a British institution, and it needs people like Rylan to speak up for it right now because if the show were a patient in a hospital, you'd be getting the crash cart ready. The last series – despite being a critical hit – wasn't particularly well received by fans and suffered low viewing figures. To make matters worse, there are rumours that Disney has pulled out of a co-production deal, a move which delayed filming on the next series and forced Ncuti Gatwa to leave the show early. There are even people whispering that perhaps the BBC can't afford to finance a new series and needs a new partner, otherwise Doctor Who will be banished to TV purgatory. None of this is helped by the BBC and Disney's decision to remain tight-lipped on the series' future, which has left the former jewel of Saturday night TV in a very odd place. So I'm delighted that Rylan has spoken up for Doctor Who because it feels like he's the first person to acknowledge what a lot of people in the media are too scared to admit. Doctor Who isn't the pop culture juggernaut it once was – the shelves aren't packed with Doctor Who toys, kids aren't trying to exterminate each other in the playground, and the ratings speak for themselves. Rylan wouldn't be saying the show needs 'saving' if the franchise were in good health. If we pretend that everything is hunkydory in the land of Who, then we put the show at risk of dying with no chance of regeneration. That sounds blunt, I know, but once we've acknowledged the issue, we can start to deal with it. And while Rylan's pleas to save the show may make it sound like the Doctor has a terminal condition, I think he's unintentionally hit upon the cure for the malaise that's come over this iconic series. As Rylan himself admits, he's been a fan since the 'reboot' when the show underwent a drastic change from an old-fashioned serialised story to a more modern and romantic show. Sure, the revived Doctor Who kept the spirit of the original run, but it was its own thing at the same time. For Doctor Who to be saved, it needs to embrace that spirit of change again to bring on a new generation of fans, just like how Russell T. Davies' reboot brought Rylan on board. More Trending This change should take inspiration from Russell T Davies' revival, which used the Time War to wipe the Doctor's slate clean and then slowly build in the older canon as viewers grow to love this new incarnation of the show. I'm thinking a new Doctor, a new supporting cast, a new production team, and new writers. Let's embrace what Doctor Who could be by injecting fresh blood and new ideas both on and off screen. A new rule has been added to the book of social media etiquette, and honestly, we feel called out. We're all guilty of following an Instagram account or two, just to be nosy. Maybe it's that girl who was popular at school, or that ex boyfriend youlove to hate on. And, so as not to be branded a lurker, you reply to their stories with a simple 'like'. That little heart symbol dances across the screen, and you can rest easy, knowing you're a nice person. Right? Wrong. 'I'm just now finding out that we aren't supposed to like people's IG stories,' wrote LA-based comedian Joey Pleasants on Threads. 'Some people think it's a form of flirting.' There's long been discussion about 'soft-cheating', which refers to the betrayal grey areas that technology brings; things like interacting with posts from Instagram models, subscribing to people's OnlyFans, or watching porn behind your partner's back. And now, liking an Instagram story has been firmly added to the list of shady social media behaviour you must avoid. One commenter had been burnt before, saying: 'My girl's friend complained to her that I was liking their stories, apparently it's weird.'
