Will challenge jail term in HC, says Bachchu Kadu
On Tuesday, the court sentenced Kadu to three months in prison after finding him guilty under Sections 353 (use of criminal force to deter public servant), 506 (criminal intimidation), and 504 (intentional insult) of the Indian Penal Code. His sentence was suspended, and bail was granted to allow him to file an appeal.
Talking to TOI, Kadu said his lawyers would approach the high Ccourt "probably in the next couple of weeks."
He maintained the incident spiralled from protests against alleged irregularities in the state's recruitment exams.

"Between 2017 and 2018, during the Mahayuti govt's tenure, the tender for conducting direct recruitment examinations was awarded to a private company through MahaPariksha portal," he said. "This process also involved a company blacklisted for its role in Madhya Pradesh's Vyapam scam."
According to Kadu, the examinations were "highly opaque." Question papers were leaked, mass copying was rampant, and the standard of questions deteriorated to the extent that trivial queries like 'Who is the lead actress in Sairat?' were being asked, he said. "Job racketeers across Maharashtra were taking bribes for appointments, many exam centres faced severe technical glitches, and candidates were even using mobile phones to solve papers," he told TOI.

Patna horror: 2 children found dead inside parked car in Indrapuri; probe on
PATNA: Two children were found dead inside a parked car in Patna's Indrapuri area on Friday evening, police said. "Police received information that the bodies of two children - a girl and a boy - were found inside a car in Indrapuri locality. Officials immediately reached the spot and recovered the bodies. 2 die as bikes collide, cops say one of them was making stunt reel
Ghaziabad: Two men died and another was injured after their motorcycles collided head-on on the Delhi-Dehradun Expressway in Tronica City on Thursday night around 8pm. According to police, one rider was filming a stunt reel at the time of the accident. A 13-second crash video has also gone viral. The deceased were identified as Rohit Sharma (31) of Delhi and Subodh Kumar (42) of Baghpat; the injured is Sanjay Sharma (38) of Baghpat. A head-on collision between two motorcycles was captured in a 13-second video received by TOI from the police. The footage shows Rohit performing dangerous stunts on his Yamaha R1-5, standing on the bike while holding the handlebars as another person films him.
