Punjab minister steps up criticism of PTI founder
She stated that the PTI founder is receiving B-Class privileges that most other inmates in the same category do not have access to.

She further criticised the PTI founder's double standards, saying, 'The same individual who once had others' air conditioners removed is now spreading false propaganda about being denied facilities in jail. This is nothing more than a desperate attempt to gain public sympathy and discredit state institutions.'
Azma Bokhari questioned the credibility of PTI's political strength, remarking, 'How can a party with no leader at the helm even think of launching a protest movement?'
Referring to the ongoing legal proceedings related to May 9, she emphasised that the decisions being made are in accordance with the Constitution and the law. She noted that those involved in anti-state conspiracies have been legally declared as rebels.
Addressing the PTI founder's personal conduct, the minister said, 'He sacrificed the children of the nation for his political agenda while ensuring that his own children live safely and luxuriously in the United States.'
In conclusion, Azma Bokhari reiterated that the youth of Pakistan is now politically aware and will no longer fall for divisive and deceptive narratives. She affirmed that the government and state institutions will continue to counter every conspiracy strictly within constitutional and legal frameworks.

Imran's sons await visa approval, says Aleema Khan

In a statement shared on X, Aleema revealed that Sulaiman and Kasim had submitted their visa applications a few days ago. She said the High Commission had confirmed receipt of the applications and conveyed that their approval was pending with the Ministry of Interior. 'He's showering in muddy water. Ten people have reportedly died in those filthy conditions,' he claimed. The former prime minister has been incarcerated since August 2023. He is currently serving a sentence in the £190 million corruption case and also faces multiple cases, including those under the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA), stemming from the May 9, 2023 protests.

Imran's sons awaiting ‘interior ministry's approval' for visas: Aleema
Sons of incarcerated Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founding chairman Imran Khan — Sulaiman and Kasim — have applied for Pakistani visas, Imran's sister Aleema Khan said on Friday. In a post on X, Aleema said, 'A few days ago Suleiman and Kasim applied for their visas with the Pakistan high commission in London. The ambassador has intimated that he is awaiting approval from the ministry of interior in Islamabad.' In a statement last week, Aleema said that Kasim and Sulaiman held National Identity Cards for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOPs) and are expected to visit Pakistan soon to meet their imprisoned father. Imran Khan's sons coming to Pakistan, claims Aleema Khan Speaking to reporters outside Adiala Jail, she confirmed that both the sons of the ex-prime minister possessed valid travel documents and 'will come to see their father anytime soon.' However, she withheld specific dates, hinting at the fluidity and uncertainty surrounding their planned visits amid a politically charged environment. Government ministers have suggested the possibility that visa refusals might prevent the young men from entering the country. But Aleema dismissed such claims as a transparent ploy – a calculated attempt by authorities fearful that the presence of Imran's sons could galvanise public support and intensify demands for his release. 'This is nothing but political harassment and an infringement upon the rights of a Pakistani citizen,' she lamented. She revealed that her sisters, Noreen Khan and Uzma Khan, were denied permission again to meet Imran.
