Napoli follow Miretti but have two other priorities
Napoli have been following Juventus midfielder for weeks, but currently, the Italian midfielder is not a priority target for the Partenopei.
Why Miretti is not a priority for Napoli

Sources with direct knowledge of the matter confirm to me that the current Partenopei priorities are deals for Torino goalkeeper Milinkovic-Savic and Bologna winger Ndoye.
The Partenopei have recently made an offer close to €40m, including add-ons, for the Swiss winger who has prioritised a move to the Stadio Maradona over Nottingham Forest.
Vergara may leave Napoli if Miretti arrives

Napoli will only consider an offer for Miretti in the coming days, if not weeks, and his possible move to the Stadio Maradona would cast doubt on Antonio Vergara's future. The 22-year-old has received offers from other clubs, and the defending Serie A champions will consider his future over the next few weeks.
Miretti, 21, has returned to Juventus after a one-season loan spell at Genoa, where he scored three goals and provided three assists in 26 appearances across all competitions.

Report – Inter Milan Identify Genoa Midfielder As Replacement For Exit-Bound Poland Flop
Inter Milan are reportedly keen to sign Morten Frendrup as a replacement for the exit-bound Piotr Zielinski. According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, the Italian giants have set their sights on the Genoa ace. Piotr Zielinski has struggled to meet high expectations at San Siro. Like Mehdi Taremi, he joined Inter as a free agent last summer but failed to settle in. Therefore, the club has put both flops on the market as they need to raise funds for new signings. Though their interest faded away for a while, they're back in the race amid Zielinski's uncertain future. As for the Pole, he will likely move to Saudi Arabia, considering only a handful of clubs can afford his salary. Indeed, Zielinski earns a whopping €4.5 million net per season.

Report – Inter Milan Cash In More From TV Rights Than Any Other Serie A Club
Serie A runners-up Inter Milan have reportedly emerged as the top earners from TV rights in Italy's top flight. According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInter1908, the Nerazzurri have outperformed other clubs in the division. Despite failing to defend their league title last season, Inter capitalized on a massive fan base to secure the highest share of television revenue. Indeed, they left all other Serie A giants in the dust. (Photo by) Napoli dethroned Inter in Serie A during Antonio Conte's first season at Stadio Diego Armando Maradona. However, it didn't reflect on Partenopei's bank accounts. Indeed, Cristian Chivu's men have collected an eye-watering €81.6 million from TV rights. Interestingly, that's nearly €14 million more than reigning holders Napoli (€67.8 million), who sit second in the table. Record-time champions Juventus rank third with €67.7 million, narrowly ahead of AC Milan, who collected €67.3 million. Meanwhile, Roma complete the top five, having pocketed €61.2 million. On that basis, bright days are ahead of the Nerazzurri.
