Fleetwood Mac hasn't released any brand new music in years, but the group has doled out plenty of special projects. The group's catalog remains massively popular, and from time to time, the act earns a new win on the charts with various drops, from re-releases to deluxe editions, and even live recordings. In the United Kingdom, Fleetwood Mac returns to a tally the rockers know well with a newly-issued collection — and even decades after some of these albums first arrived, fans are still eager to get their hands on the music.
The band's latest collection, 1975-1987, is a box set of some of its most successful albums. The effort opens this week at No. 87 on the Official Albums Sales chart in the U.K., which ranks the bestselling titles of the week across all formats and genres. It's a quiet – but still meaningful – debut for the group.
With 1975-1987, Fleetwood Mac claims its twenty-second title to appear on the Official Albums Sales chart, and this new entry follows two others that also made an impact not long ago. In 2024 alone, the band added a pair of new wins to its chart history in the U.K., as Best of 1969-1974 and Mirage Tour '82 opened on that tally just months ago. Those two releases peaked at Nos. 57 and 24, respectively, on the sales list.
The 1975-1987 box set is a sleek, straightforward reissue of five already-iconic albums Fleetwood Mac released during those years, packaged together into a collectible must-have. The project, distributed by Rhino Records, dropped on March 28 and comes in a six-LP set pressed on crystal-clear vinyl. For fans who prefer CDs, the same music is available as a five-disc offering.
Inside, listeners will find Fleetwood Mac (also known as The White Album by fans), Rumours, Tusk, Mirage, and Tango in the Night. Every one of these titles was a major success upon release, and they've been reissued several times over the years. Now, they're together in one grouping.
1975-1987 isn't the only Fleetwood Mac release that appears on the charts in the U.K. this week, but it is the only one that shows up on just one ranking. A total of four albums by the band are currently performing well enough to find space on at least one list.
50 Years – Don't Stop and Greatest Hits are both present on two separate charts, with the latter returning to both tallies simultaneously. Meanwhile, Rumours remains the band's top-performing title. That set appears on five different charts in the U.K. this frame, and it manages to place inside the top 40 on all but one of them.

Fleetwood Mac's 1976 Concert Ticket Prices Have Fans Saying Their 'Brain Just Exploded'

Fleetwood Mac's 1976 Concert Ticket Prices Have Fans Saying Their 'Brain Just Exploded' originally appeared on Parade. Once upon a time, summer was all about seeing live concerts — the more, the better. But as music lovers know all too well, with ticket prices climbing higher and higher every year, the prospect can be a prohibitively expensive one for many. That's why Fleetwood Mac fans were losing it over a recently resurfaced advertisement proving just how much more affordable life used to be when the band was at the height of their fame. A video shared to TikTok this week featuring a vintage ad from the Spectrum in Philadelphia, PA, listed ticket prices for the venue's hottest shows during the summer of 1976. As the photo showed, a Fleetwood Mac concert on Monday, July 12 of that year (also including New Riders of the Purple Sage and Firefall) were just $5.50 in advance and $6.50 on the day of the show. And those weren't the only shows with tix under $10: Also on the schedule at the Spectrum that season were such legendary acts as the Marshall Tucker Band, ZZ Top, Blue Oyster Cult, The Neil Young/Stephen Stills Band, Earth, Wind & Fire, Elton John, and Jethro Tull. " just exploded," one commenter admitted, with a second simply saying, "WOW." "Not a single one over $10," noted someone else, as another person pointed out, "Those ticket prices went up 10x in 50 years." "Back when life was cool and fun," lamented yet another TikTok user. While Fleetwood Mac hasn't toured together since 2019 — and the original lineup can never tour together again, as singer and keyboardist Christine McVie died in 2022 — singer Stevie Nicks is on tour this tickets will set hopeful attendees back a lot more than six bucks: According to SeatGeek, tix to see Stevie Nicks in 2025 start at around $129 (but can go higher depending on various factors, such as location).Fleetwood Mac's 1976 Concert Ticket Prices Have Fans Saying Their 'Brain Just Exploded' first appeared on Parade on Aug 18, 2025 This story was originally reported by Parade on Aug 18, 2025, where it first appeared.
