Liam and Noel Gallagher's fitness regime is revealed as they aim to get in 'best shape' ahead of Oasis reunion tour
They are gearing up for one the most hotly anticipated tours of the decade, but first they're on a mission to get in shape.
Liam and Noel Gallagher delighted fans last year when they announced they would be reuniting after years of feuding for a number of huge Oasis gigs.
And as the tour draws ever nearer, it has been reported the brothers have been hitting the gym in order to be in the best shape they can before taking to the stage.
Liam is said to be making the most of his French home's swimming pool and going for jogs around London's Hampstead Heath.
Meanwhile Noel has hired a personal trainer as he reportedly isn't as self motivated as his brother when it comes to fitness.
From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop.
A source told The Sun: 'Both brothers need to be in the best shape of their lives for the physical onslaught of touring, they're no spring chickens and are both in their fifties.
'Liam has politely declined personal trainers but brother Noel is taking all the help he can get.'
They added of Noel's plans: 'He's not as motivated as Liam but realises he needs to be in the best shape possible for their tour.'
It was revealed last summer that in preparation for the tour, Liam and his partner Debbie Gwyther relocated to the Cotswolds for a dose of outdoor living while their London home was being renovated.
According to reports from The Mirror, the star has begun eating a healthy diet and embarking on running sessions and has given up smoking and alcohol ahead of Saturday's first gig at Sheffield Utilita Arena.
A source close to the singer told the publication: 'He's getting lots of country walks with their rescue dog Buttons and eating healthily, cutting down on alcohol and going for bike rides and runs.
'He knows how quickly these Definitely Maybe gigs sold out and wants them to be epic shows. Rehearsals have gone really well and now he just can't wait to get on stage and have it.'
And speaking about his new health regime in March he revealed he hoped to 'undo years of partying' amid his arthritis battle and dealing with an autoimmune condition.
He admitted how his age is catching up with him after years of drinking and drug taking and that he now has a very different lifestyle.
In 2023 Liam revealed that he needed the joints replacing in his hip due to arthritis as a result of a longstanding thyroid problem. He then underwent a major hip operation.
Before that in 2017 he was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease, an autoimmune condition of the thyroid gland. In addition he also suffers with the skin condition psoriasis.
He has now told The Sun: 'You've got to undo all the bad work you've done through f***ing getting off your head and all that.
'It's time to undo it all now and get back to reality. All that stuff that you thought was cool in the early days . . . it's time to get healthy.'
His 'health trip' has seen him cutting back on booze and stop drug taking and he now gets up at 4am every day.
Liam told the publication: 'As you get older, life is precious, do you know what I mean? I'm a pretty happy-go-lucky guy. I love waking up early in the morning.
'I'm definitely on the downwards slide, though. But we're all going to die, aren't we?'
Speaking about his hip issues last year he said: 'My hips are f***ed, I've got arthritis, bad.
'I went to get it checked out and my bones are mashed up. The lady was going, 'Oh, you might need a hip operation, a replacement.''
He said at the time he didn't want the operation because of the 'stigma'.
'I think I'd rather just be in pain. Which is ridiculous, obviously. I know that. Just get them fixed. But it's the stigma, saying you've had your hips replaced. What's next?'
He told MoJo magazine: 'When the weather's cold, my hips are like snap, crackle and pop. I need warmth.
'I can't sleep at night for the pain. Tossing and turning. So I'm on herbal sleeping tablets and they've saved my life. One of them, seven hours out, no pain, nothing.
'My new thing is Deep Heat. Caked myself in it on the knees and hips, the calves, then into the steam room for as long as I can handle it.'
Liam, a keen jogger, was told by doctors to run less to help manage the condition.

Jade Thirlwall makes VERY cheeky quip in risqué speech after being crowned Celebrity Ally Of The Year at British LGBT Awards - following her anti-JK Rowling chant
Jade Thirlwall made a cheeky quip after she was crowned Celebrity Ally Of The Year at British LGBT Awards at The Brewery in London on Friday evening. The Angel Of My Dreams hitmaker, 32, known professionally as JADE, is an outspoken supporter for the LGBTQ+ community, and earlier this month during a performance led thousands of fans in an anti-JK Rowling chant. Jade, who couldn't be present and accepted the gong via video link, told her gay fans how much she 'adorned' them, before cheekily thanking those who bought jockstraps from her merchandise collection. The singer raised eyebrows when she announced the range last year that also included a butt plug on a keychain and silicon-based lubricant. She said: 'Thank you, thank you, thank you, so so much for this award. It really does mean everything to me. I just want to say that from the bottom of my heart, I really do adore the LGBTQ+ community'. 'I know for a fact that I wouldn't be where I am now were it not for that community supporting me, and making me the best artist I can be, and the best ally that I can be'. Before quipping: 'And I would personally like to thank my gay fans especially for making my jock strap my best-selling merchandise piece - thank you so, so much'. Jade continued: 'But in all seriousness, I want you to know that my allyship is not transactional. It has always been incredibly important to me, for many years now, to be the best ally I can be, and show up for the community time and time again'. 'And I do feel like at this time more than ever, it really is crucial for allies to speak up, stand up and show support for the LGBTQ+ community, particularly the trans community'. Before adding: 'I'm really sorry that I can't be there tonight, I'm genuinely gutted. But I just want to say congratulations to all of the winners tonight and you have my oath, for eternity, that I will constantly strive to be the ally that you deserve'. Jade is far from the first celebrity with a large LGBTQ+ following to release risqué merch. Following her 2020 dance-pop album Chromatica, Lady Gaga released a hot-pink jockstrap while Cambridge-born singer Charli XCX previously sold a sex paddle alongside a branded douche. For her latest album Brat, she sold a key on a necklace When asked about the X-rated merch, that coincided with the release of her fourth single Fantasy, Jade told Vogue: 'I'm collaborating with a friend of mine, Samuel Douek, on a kind of Fantasy bundle package with some of his products and some of mine. It's fun getting to do stuff like that.' Douek is a filmmaker as well as the owner of CBD-based lubricant brand Howl - a product which features in Jade's collection. The former Little Mix star was performing at Mighty Hoopla in London (pictured) when she sang one of her songs FUFN (F*** You For Now) - using it to take aim at the Harry Potter author She continued: 'Obviously, in Little Mix, there was kind of a ceiling on how far we could push things with our demographic and fan base. 'So I'm excited for my own stuff to have that same element of fun and empowerment, but in my own way as a 31-year-old woman.' As well as the X-rated bundle, fans can buy a series of coloured bandanas - which are typically used as a visual shorthand for the LGBTQ+ community to discreetly signal sexual preference. Earlier this month the former Little Mix star was performing at Mighty Hoopla in London when she sang one of her new songs FUFN (F*** You For Now) - using it to take aim at the Harry Potter author. 'Transphobes,' JADE shouted, as the crowd replied: 'F*** you'. She then turned attention to the writer, yelling ' JK Rowlin g' to which the crowd chanted again: 'F*** you'. A festival-goer shared the clip online with the caption: 'Jade, the legend you are!!!' JK has denied being transphobic, but she previously said she would 'happily' go to jail for misgendering a trans person rather than referring to them by their preferred pronouns. She is also using the new Harry Potter series to fund organisations dedicated to removing trans rights, with her 'Women's Fund' website saying it will offer financial support to those fighting trans inclusion 'in the workplace, in public life, and in protected female spaces'. The author made her first controversial comments about trans people six years ago, and has long claimed their inclusion in spaces such as bathrooms is a threat to women.

Megan McKenna reveals what it is REALLY like honeymooning with a baby as she shares an insight into her romantic holiday with husband Oliver Burke
has shared an insight into her honeymoon as she revealed what it is really like honeymooning with a baby. The former TOWIE star, 32, tied the knot with Oliver Burke, 27, in a romantic ceremony earlier this month after saying 'I do' in front of their loved ones at Grantley Hall in North Yorkshire. And after they welcomed their first child Landon in October, 2024, they have now enjoyed their first official holiday as a married couple. Sharing a sweet reel to Instagram on Friday, Megan showed her followers what it has been like to honeymoon with their toddler. In the clip, the couple can seen taking turns holding Landon as they attempted to enjoy a few romantic dinners out together. They also posted numerous clips of them pushing the little one in a pram around the luxurious hotel. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Megan McKenna (@meganmckenna) Alongside the clip, she penned: 'A beautiful night on our honeymoon with a very hectic voiceover ♥️ 'We have hardly got dressed up this whole holiday because it's so hard to go for dinner due to landons bedtime! 'We tried putting him to sleep in the pram and doing a 8pm dinner and wow it affects his whole night sleep!!! So we've got it down to a T. 'I feed Landon his dinner at 6. I bath him we get ready and then go for a 7pm dinner to be back in the room for 8.30. Basically we inhale our dinner pretty rushed but oh well.' They have also shared an insight into their wedding day as she recently shared their professional video of their big day to Instagram. Sharing a compilation of highlights from the special day Oliver looked emotional as he shed a few tears while waiting for his bride-to-be at the end of the aisle. She looked elegant as she donned a bespoke flowing white gown from Maison Peter Langner. Her gown featured a voluminous pleated skirt, a sweeping train, and a structured corset bodice with exposed boning, embellished with hand-embroidered macramé lace roses. Completing the look was a long cathedral veil, softly draped and adorned with appliqués of three different French Chantilly laces, fading into a delicate degradé effect toward the centre. Meanwhile the Scottish pro footballer looked incredibly dapper in a black tuxedo as he held his son Landon, who looked adorable in a matching black suit, in his arms. Megan and Oliver gave a glimpse of the lavish venue, which features beautifully landscaped grounds, a suite adorned with a decadent chandelier, and a champagne and cocktail bar. The couple shared a passionate kiss in front of their friends and family after exchanging their vows before they were showered in confetti. For the wedding reception, Megan slipped into a gorgeous white couture gown, complete with elegant sleeves and pearl accessories. The beauty looked on cloud nine as she shared a romantic first dance with her husband. The couple then shared another passionate kiss as they cut their jaw-dropping seven-tier cake in front of their wedding party. No expense was spared for the lavish reception, as the happy couple went all out on decorations, the band, and dancers, partying their way late into the evening. Alongside the sweet clip, Megan wrote: 'Forever & ever and always. 07/06/25 A real life fairytale. @tynegate_films.' The couple, who welcomed their first child Landon in October, had a joint hen and stag do at the end of May. Megan wore a chic white shirt dress, complete with a veil and a bride-to-be sash. Meanwhile, Oliver wore a black T-shirt with a pair of smart white linen trousers to celebrate with friends and family during their holiday. She captioned the post: 'It's nearly time… also my family are to cute, thanks guys I love you.' Megan added: 'Me & Oli came downstairs for the evening to 'chapel of love' playing… video will be posted soon.' In March, Megan teased details about the couple's nuptials, as she went for a fitting for multiple wedding dresses after spending three weeks apart from Oliver. Oli got down on one knee after enjoying a romantic boat trip in Montenegro back in June 2023, after a whirlwind five-month romance. And Megan gushed it was 'so exciting' that the pair were getting closer to being husband and wife, as she explained she had to be remeasured for her wedding dresses after shedding several pounds. Captioning the post, she said: 'Hadn't seen Oli in 3 weeks, this is how our day went… don't worry guys Oli hasn't seen my wedding dresses. 'They are in Italy atm being made! Eeek. I had to pop in to get my measurements taken again as my baby weight is dropping off me!!!! Not long now ♥️'. In September, Megan left the UK and moved to Germany to be with her footballer fiancé Olly, deciding to give birth over there. The Scotsman plays as a right winger or forward for the German football team, Bundesliga club Werder Bremen. In a previous Instagram video, Megan announced: 'Guess what! I'm moving to Germany. I know I did some stories yesterday about packing. 'And I think I few of you thought I was going into labour but no let's hope I don't go into labour because I am now giving birth in Germany. 'I know a few of you guys have been like 'Where's Olly?' Olly is in Germany and all our stuff has been in storage for a couple of months. 'A bit crazy that I'm moving countries. I'm actually excited, like it's obviously going to be a big change.' Megan revealed that they had to 'move hospitals very last minute' and it was 'crazy' and 'all a bit of a rush'. The original plan was for Olly to fly back in time for her due date. However, Megan was worried that her partner would miss the birth of their baby.
