CINDERELLA'S DREAM (3.35 Newmarket, nap)
She was far from disgraced when second in the Duke Of Cambridge at Royal Ascot on the back of an impressive Dahlia win on the Rowley Mile. She didn't have enough time up the short straight to hit top gear and that's not a problem today.
ENDLESS VICTORY (3.00 Newmarket, nb)
He put in one of the better runs from a Charlie Appleby horse at Royal Ascot. He was too far back before coming home like a train into second. He has more to come over staying trips and will hopefully start his run a bit earlier this time.
SAYIDAH DARIYAN (2.45 York, treble)
She stormed home for fourth in the Commonwealth Cup at Royal Ascot and could take a step forward again. That performance was no fluke and this Group 3 looks a good opening for a rapidly progressive filly. With pace to aim at and conditions in her favour, she's hard to fault.
Templegate's TV verdicts
NEWMARKET
1.50
URBAN GLIMPSE looks the right one.
He's been in fine form and was just edged out at York last time, staying on strongly over a similar trip, and this stiffer finish could play to his strengths.
King's Charter looks a threat under William Buick.
He takes a big step up from his novice win at Doncaster but that looked a decent contest and he's respected.
Kurakka is going for a hat-trick after dominating from the front at Haydock but he may lack a bit of pace at this level.
War Hawk did well to score at Epsom despite traffic problems and the booking of Ryan Moore takes the eye.
Regalian keeps hitting the frame and may find one too good again.
2.25
VENETIAN SUN is a skinny price but she'll shine again.
She couldn't have been any more impressive when winning the Albany on her second start at Royal Ascot.
We know this trip and decent ground are ideal and there's more to come.
Spicy Marg and Shine On Me both come here after running well in the Queen Mary with improvement to come.
The latter could be the pick of the pair given how sharply she came home. Moving up to 6f could unlock more from both of them.
Mood Queen and Royal Fixation both won novice contests well but need a fair bit more.
Argentine Tango was a Listed winner here latest so we know the trip suits and she could hit the frame.
3.00
ENDLESS VICTORY put in one of the better runs from a Charlie Appleby horse at Royal Ascot.
He was too far back before coming home like a train into second.
He has more to come over staying trips and will hopefully start his run a bit earlier this time.
Dancing In Paris was a good second in the Northumberland Plate and is a big threat if this isn't coming too soon. We know stamina isn't an issue.
Insanity put a few modest runs behind him when winning at Ayr and is dangerous if still in the groove.
Real Dream scored at Listed level last time and a repeat of that gives each-way hopes.
Story Horse likes it here and is another with place prospects.
3.35
CINDERELLA'S DREAM was far from disgraced when second in the Duke Of Cambridge at Royal Ascot on the back of an impressive Dahlia win on the Rowley Mile.
She didn't have enough time up the short straight to hit top gear and that's not a problem today.
Crimson Advocate showed good pace to beat the tip last time with Ascot suiting better. This long straight may not be so helpful.
January gets weight off them and went close in the Coronation. She can't be ignored.
Elmalka is a Guineas winner so will enjoy the track and put in a fair effort in France last time. She needs to step up to score.
Elwateen didn't handle Epsom last time and could nick third.
YORK
2.10
DUBAI TREASURE looks well ahead of this standard.
Saeed Bin Suroor's lightly raced filly made it two from two this term with ease at Lingfield on handicap debut.
The handicapper was watching and has booted her up 10lb but she looks potentially better than a handicapper.
Fortamour keeps knocking on the door at this level and has run well here before.
Sword was a good winner at Leicester last month before another good run when hampered at Haydock last time. He's a big danger.
Streets of Gold is another of interest if building on a solid first run for Julie Camacho.
Fifty Nifty is still 6lb above his last win but has his sights lowered plenty here which could help.
Physique ran well at Newmarket last time and likes this tricky trip.
He's not won for a while but could make the frame, while Talis Evolvere was back to form at Newcastle 13 days ago.
2.45
SAYIDAH DARIYAN stormed home for fourth in the Commonwealth Cup at Royal Ascot and could take a step forward again.
That performance was no fluke and this Group 3 looks a good opening for a rapidly progressive filly.
With pace to aim at and conditions in her favour, she's hard to fault.
Electric Storm looks a danger with her ability to lay up with the speed and her Group 2 form reading well.
If she grabs an early position, she'll be hard to pass.
First Instinct has been mixing it at Group 2 level and is a strong-finishing type who could run into the frame.
Nighteyes posted a huge run in the Jubilee and goes well here but her sluggish starts are a worry.
If Celandine is fully tuned after 286 days off, her Lowther winning form puts her in the each-way picture.

Horse racing tips: ‘He runs off a good-looking mark' – Templegate's Thursday NAP runs at Chepstow
TEMPLEGATE'S Thursday picks are below. Back a horse by clicking their odds. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up APACHE OUTLAW (7.00 Chepstow, nap) Trainer Ado McGuinness went close with this five-year-old at Galway last week and can go one better in this handicap over seven furlongs. The Welsh track has a fair bit in common with Ballybrit as they are both something of a rollercoaster ride with their undulations. He was more than a little unlucky in Ireland last week when he was full of running turning for home but had to wait an eternity for a gap to open. By the time it did the winner had gone just too far clear. But that was still an excellent effort and he comes here off the same mark of just 78. He was winning on the all-weather off 94 at Christmas so looks pretty well treated over a trip that suits. DANGERMAN (7.15 Sandown, nb) He really enjoyed dropping back to this distance for the Gosden's last time and won going away. The fact he stays further is always a positive at Sandown and a 4lb rise in the weights is more than fair. TADREEB (8.20 Sandown, treble) Better known as an all-weather horse but went close in good company at Ascot on his turf return last time out. He finished strongly over the seven-furlong trip so this move up to a mile should pay dividends off a lowly handicap mark. REGALLY BLONDE (5.15 Yarmouth) Completes the Lucky 15. She has barely put a foot wrong this season and the handicapper has been fair with a 1lb rise for her neck second at Nottingham. I was once Scotland's top golfer but haven't played here for seven years – I'm buzzing to tee it up at Trump Aberdeen
Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) EXILED-SCOT Martin Laird is hoping to turn the clock back five years to the last of eight career wins when he plays his first tournament on home soil since 2018. The 42-year-old Glasgow-born PGA Tour player is a surprise entry for the $2.75 million Nexo Championship at Trump International outside Aberdeen. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 3 Martin Laird speaks with his caddie at the practice range at Trump International Credit: Getty 3 He hasn't teed it up in Scotland competitively for several years Credit: Getty 3 U.S. President Donald Trump recently opened a new course at his Aberdeen venue Credit: AP Laird, who claimed a fourth PGA Tour title at the 2020 Shinners Hospital For Children Open, last competed in the land of his birth at the Scottish Open at the Renaissance. Back in 2011 he reached a career-high of 21 in the world, making him the highest-ranked Scot at the time. But he can't wait for play to start this week after revealing: 'I haven't been back here for a couple of years, even non-competitively. 'But to be here in Scotland again to play in a tournament is brilliant. 'The way the Scottish Open falls was always a tough one for me for a few years. Unfortunately, I wasn't in a position where I could just come over for that. 'There were a lot of tournaments around that time that I had to stay and play in and the week after the Scottish Open, it's the Barracuda tournament and I've got a really good record in that, so that was one I always wanted to play. 'Then I didn't qualify for the Scottish Open for a few years. But this was kind of a no-brainer, because I ended up getting less in America as they have cut their cards to 100 from 125. 'So, you might see me over here at least in two more tournaments and maybe even more.' After only two of the over-50s managed to finish in red figures at last week's wind-blown PGA Seniors Championship, Laird fears that the course at Balmedie may again be close to unplayable if the forecast of gusts this week proved accurate. 'It's spectacular, but flipping hard,' he said. 'They need to get the tees right, otherwise on some holes, even if you hit a good drive, you are hitting long irons into small targets and with 25-30mph crosswinds, it almost gets a bit unplayable. Hilarious moment Donald Trump's golf caddie appears to subtly drop ball in prime spot before he arrives to take shot 'I saw the scoring last week with a 14 over cut and that just shows you what this place is capable of as I have never seen a 14 over cut in my life.' It has been decided to bring several of the tees forward in an effort to at least partially wind-proof the links and that was music to Calum Hill's ears. The 30-year-old two-time DP World Tour winner from Fife got his first taste of the track a month ago when he played a practice round with close buddies Connor Syme and Grant Forrest in sunshine and 10mph winds. And he recalled: 'It felt quite straightforward. Then on Monday it looked much trickier. 'The difficulty here is that it's not like some links course where you get a bit of leeway. It's fairways or bushes and it's quite penal. You'll have a lot of reloading. 'It's very strong off the tee and the greens are slightly upturned so you have a lot of runoffs, and if you get it wrong it could be like ping pong. 'I think I started triple-bogey, double-bogey and I didn't know where I was the first few holes.' Keep up to date with ALL the latest news and transfers at the Scottish Sun football page
