APACHE OUTLAW (7.00 Chepstow, nap)
Trainer Ado McGuinness went close with this five-year-old at Galway last week and can go one better in this handicap over seven furlongs. The Welsh track has a fair bit in common with Ballybrit as they are both something of a rollercoaster ride with their undulations.
He was more than a little unlucky in Ireland last week when he was full of running turning for home but had to wait an eternity for a gap to open. By the time it did the winner had gone just too far clear.
But that was still an excellent effort and he comes here off the same mark of just 78. He was winning on the all-weather off 94 at Christmas so looks pretty well treated over a trip that suits.
DANGERMAN (7.15 Sandown, nb)
He really enjoyed dropping back to this distance for the Gosden's last time and won going away. The fact he stays further is always a positive at Sandown and a 4lb rise in the weights is more than fair.
TADREEB (8.20 Sandown, treble)
Better known as an all-weather horse but went close in good company at Ascot on his turf return last time out. He finished strongly over the seven-furlong trip so this move up to a mile should pay dividends off a lowly handicap mark.
REGALLY BLONDE (5.15 Yarmouth)
Completes the Lucky 15. She has barely put a foot wrong this season and the handicapper has been fair with a 1lb rise for her neck second at Nottingham.

Powys ace McPhee shines for Wales at cricket championship
DYLAN McPhee has shared his pride after helping Wales to a second place finish at the International Masters Cricket Championship. Also known as the Triple Crown of Cricket, the tournament was held in the shadow of the William Wallace statue in Stirling and featured some of the best over 40s players in the world. The Builth Wells allrounder was joined in the Welsh squad by former Llanidloes bowler Simon Jones who now plays his cricket for Shropshire Premier League club Shelton. Wales had a tough start to the tournament with defeat against the English but tasted success in their next two games against Scotland and Ireland. England proved too strong with Wales defeated by eight wickets with 28 overs to spare. McPhee revived Wales' tournament in their second match. Wales were chasing just 141 against Scotland when they were reduced to 113-8. Up stepped McPhee to hit the winning runs as Wales edged a tense one wicket win. Wales signed off the tournament with an emphatic seven wicket win over Ireland who were defending 180 before Wales replied with 183-8. McPhee said: 'I bowled very well all week but had great opening spell against Ireland with 9-3-18-3. 'To finish second was very pleasing and a great effort as Scotland and Ireland are strong. 'England are extremely good and a very strong team but another great experience shared with other teams and family.'

McIlroy, 36, finally completed his career Grand Slam in April with victory at Augusta, bringing an 11-year wait for the elusive Green Jacket to an end. The Northern Irishman was sporting a pounamu necklace around his neck every day when he drove up Magnolia Lane. The precious green stone, which is revered by Maori and New Zealanders, was gifted to him by former New Zealand Prime Minister John Key while on a social golf trip to the country's Tara Iti course last December. Fellow PGA Tour pro and New Zealand native, Ryan Fox, was along on that golf trip too and told the media about McIlroy's good luck charm for the Masters. READ MORE IN GOLF A NEW PAIGE Paige Spiranac lifts lid on failed marriage and says 'I'm so vulnerable' He said this week: "Yeah, when we played last year at Tara Iti, he was gifted a pounamu by John Key. "Rors kind of said to me the first time I saw him after Augusta, and I'd just won Myrtle Beach [Classic], as well, 'John had gifted me that and I felt like it was good luck. I wore it down Magnolia Lane every day.' "John actually texted me a photo of him in a golf cart with Rory wearing his pounamu, which was really cool.' He added: "[Key] explains what it means a lot better than what I can, but it's a mark of prestige. We call it 'mana' [spiritual power and charisma]. It was a nice little story that he had a little bit of Kiwi on him when he was at Augusta.' McIlroy seems to have an affinity to things down under and, according to Fox, has committed to heading to Australia for the Australian Open this winter. Baffled Rory McIlroy hits TWO balls with ONE shot in incredible never-seen-before incident at The Open He added: "Yeah, obviously Rory seems to love our part of the world, he had a great time at Tara Iti last year, and I know he's keen to go back at some point if he can during his busy schedule. "But it's great to have a little piece of New Zealand [the pounamu] that he loved. 'I've already talked to him about coming down to play the Aussie Open and he can't be more excited about playing Royal Melbourne in a tournament, so that's pretty cool.'

It capped an incredible four days for his trainer, who saddled six winners at the meeting which was held behind closed doors during the Covid-19 pandemic. He netted earnings of £835,131 during his career and his final start came in the Grand National in April, when he finished ninth behind Nick Rockett. The popular gelding had finished third at Aintree the previous season, and his final win came in the Irish Daily Star Chase at Punchestown in October 2023. He won twice at the Cheltenham Festival, including a win in the 2019 Albert Bartlett, and it could easily have been three had he not been caught close home by Champ in the 2020 RSA Chase. But he will most fondly be remembered for his defeat of stablemate A Plus Tard in the Gold Cup, when he galloped home relentlessly up the hill under Jack Kennedy to win at 9-1. More to follow...
