CHARLI XCX is going all out for her Sicilian wedding later this year, but she kept her first wedding to The 1975 drummer George Daniel far more Brat.
Insiders told The Sun that the pair headed from Hackney Town Hall where they tied the knot, to nearby Italian restaurant Dalla, before inviting their 20 guests to join them for a massive night out at Ellie's bar in Dalston.

And to get into the party mood, Charli swapped out of her £3,300 Vivienne Westwood Nova Cora mini dress into another white outfit - just in case she spilt an £8 martini down it.
'Charli's wedding reception was the epitome of Brat,' a source revealed.
'Her and George wanted to keep it very cool, so they shunned cars and walked down Hackney High Street to get to Dalla.
'The restaurant had closed for them and they had a massive family style meal with loads of pasta and champagne.
'People walking past were stunned when they saw Charli and George having a cheeky pre-dinner cigarette outside.
'Charli and Daniel then went to a nearby hotel to get changed before they went to Ellie's for a party.'
HIP HAUNT
Ellie's, which opened back in May, is fast making a name for itself as one of east London's trendiest haunts.
It specialises in £8 martinis and saw Myles Smith shooting his GQ Magazine cover there earlier this year.
Charli and George arrived hand-in-hand to get the party started, with more guests arriving at the door as the night went on.
'To get in you just had to walk up to the front and say 'Charli,'' the marital mole explained.
Charli XCX fans say X-rated Grammys performance is 'best in show's history' - but critics blast the star's 'lip-syncing'
'Once inside Charli and George had laid on a free bar and there were trays of cigarettes lying around for the smokers.
'There was a 'no social media policy' so no one posted any of the pictures from the reception online.
'It went on until around 4am when everyone crashed out and went home.'
The Sun first revealed back in 2023 that drummer George had proposed to Charli.

Charli will have a second wedding in Sicily

In February last year, our sources revealed the pair had flown to Italy to scout out locations for their big day - and earlier this month one insider told us the pair had plumped for Sicily.
SECOND CEREMONY
We understand Charlie and George will fly out later this year for an epic celebration with their family and friends.
'This was the formal wedding and the big event is happening in a few months,' our source explained.
'Charli and George had the most perfect day in London. It was everything they wanted it to be, relaxed, informal and fun.
'Their wedding in Sicily is the big one and they can't wait for everyone to fly out there and be with them.'
Charli opened up about their wedding plans last year and said their plan was to throw a massive bash.
She said: 'We're both very chill and we kind of just want to have a party.
'Neither of us are particularly formal about marriage or care about the formalities of the ceremony or whatever.
'We just want to be together forever and have a party with our friends.'

Pope Leo XIV mobbed by Catholic influencers at Vatican festival
Pope Leo XIV received a "rock star's welcome" at the Vatican's festival for Catholic influencers on Tuesday. At the event, the pope urged attendees to ensure human relations do not suffer amidst the spread of digital ecosystems and artificial intelligence. The gathering brought together priests, nuns, and ordinary faithful who utilise their social media presence to preach and teach the faith. History's first American pontiff was mobbed by hundreds of these influencers, their mobile phones hoisted high to stream the encounter, upon his arrival in St Peter's Basilica after a special Mass. These pilgrims have descended on Rome for a special Holy Year celebration of so-called "digital missionaries", forming part of the Vatican's week-long Jubilee for young people, which culminates this weekend with a vigil and Mass in a vast field on Rome's outskirts. Leo thanked the young people for using their digital platforms to spread the faith, and he gamely posed for selfies. But he warned them about neglecting human relationships in their pursuit of clicks and followers, and cautioned them to not fall prey to fake news and the 'frivolity' of online encounters. 'It is not simply a matter of generating content, but of creating an encounter between hearts,' Leo said in a speech that showed his ease switching from Italian to Spanish to English. 'Be agents of communion, capable of breaking down the logic of division and polarization, of individualism and egocentrism.' 'It is up to us – to each one of you – to ensure that this culture remains human,' he said. 'Our mission – your mission – is to nurture a culture of Christian humanism, and to do so together' in what he called the only networks that really matter: of friendship, love and the 'network of God.' Warnings against going off-message For the past two days, the Vatican's message to the young influencers has been one of thanks for their social media evangelizing, but also a warning to not allow their posting to go off-message or to neglect the human dimension of all encounters. For Leo, the issue is particularly heartfelt since he has said that addressing the threat to humanity posed by AI will be a priority of his pontificate. The Rev. David McCallum, an American Jesuit who heads a leadership development program and presented Monday, held periodic breaks with instructions for those in the audience to actually speak with the person next to them, for up to 10 minutes at a time. Cardinal Antonio Tagle, the head of the Vatican's evangelization office, urged the influencers to avoid anything that smacks of false advertising, coercion or brainwashing in their posting, or to use their platform to make money. He noted that he himself had been victim of a fake video advertising arthritis medicine. 'Brothers and sisters, be discerning,' Tagle told the influencers in his homily at Tuesday's Mass. A mini World Youth Day in Rome Tuesday began with groups of influencers and young pilgrims passing through the basilica's Holy Door, a rite of passage for the estimated 32 million people participating in the Vatican's 2025 Holy Year celebrations. This week, downtown Rome swarmed with energetic masses of teenage Catholic scouts, church and Catholic school groups. It all had the vibe of a scaled-down World Youth Day, the once-every-three-year Catholic Woodstock festival that was inaugurated by St. John Paul II. The most recent one in Lisbon, Portugal went viral thanks to the Rev. Guilherme Peixoto, a village priest in northern Portugal who also happens to be a DJ. He's in Rome this week, though it's not clear if he will reprise his now-famous set that woke the young people up before Pope Francis ' final Mass in Lisbon. In it, he spliced into the set both St. John Paul II's exhortation to young people to 'be not afraid' and Francis' appeal in Lisbon that the church has room for everyone, 'todos, todos, todos.'

Peaky Blinders legend finally sets record straight over Netflix film rumours
One of the stars of Peaky Blinders has set the record straight after mass speculation over whether or not he's going to be in the Netflix film. Three years on from the final series of the Birmingham-set BBC period drama, fans are going wild over the latest developments regarding the upcoming movie spin-off. The feature-length film, titled The Immortal Man, will see Cillian Murphy reprise his role as gang leader Tommy Shelby, with other returning cast members including Sophie Rundle, Stephen Graham and Ned Dennehy. But what about Sam Claflin as real-life fascist politician Oswald Mosley? Metro recently had a conversation with Sam about leading the new adaptation of The Count of Monte Cristo as Alexandre Dumas' tragic protagonist Edmond Dantès. During our chat, we had to find out once and for all if Mosley is returning to the Peaky Blinders franchise. The Hunger Games star initially admitted that he could 'keep the speculation going' by not saying anything – but then instantly cleared up the rumours. Wake up to find news on your TV shows in your inbox every morning with Metro's TV Newsletter. 'I don't know that I should not say anything, and keep the speculation going… but no, sadly, I'll share – I'm not in the film, though, I'm so excited as a fan of the series,' he said. To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video 'I don't know any details other than the casting and some of the people in it. I'm thoroughly excited.' Sam, 39, joined Peaky Blinders from season five as Oswald Mosley, the politician who founded the British Union of Fascists in the 1930s. In the season six finale, it's discovered that Mosley married Diana Mitford (Amber Anderson) in Germany – and that's where the story leaves them. In real life, Mosley and Mitford wed in 1936, and the former died in 1980 at the age of 84. Addressing the possibility of playing Mosley again in the future, Sam said: 'The hope is that he is still alive. Well, I mean, Oswald Mosley lived until 84. He is still alive in the world, whether or not he's a part of the world. 'I've heard rumours similar that [the film is] set in the future. I think Oswald Mosley kind of started losing light and his following during the war.' Now, Sam is starring in a new period drama, but set in a vastly different period from Peaky Blinders. Instead of early 20th-century England, he's gone back even further to 19th-century France, telling the tale of a wrongfully imprisoned man who vows revenge upon his release. The Count of Monte Cristo, which was originally serialised between 1844 and 1846, has been adapted multiple times over the years on the big and small screen, with actors including Richard Chamberlain and Louis Jourdan portraying Edmond Dantès. 'It's known as a classic for a reason,' Sam remarked. 'Back then, people didn't have televisions or radio sets. The fact that it has this cliffhanger element to it to keep people wanting to stick with the story definitely adds to its flavour. 'The characters are so rich and so complex. It's an incredibly authentic insight into what life was like back then in France, the politics, as much as seeing how the nobility lived.' Sam acknowledged that playing Edmond Dantès was a 'dream role' for him, given there are 'so many layers' to the character. 'It was a challenge, but one that I was very excited to get my teeth stuck into,' he added. Speaking of iconic characters, two years ago, the actor transformed into a '70s rockstar when he played Billy Dunne in the Amazon Prime series Daisy Jones and the Six, adapted from the beloved book by Taylor Jenkins Reid. Ever since the one season was released, fans have expressed their desperation for a second outing, or for the actors who were a part of the band to reunite for a live tour. While nothing is set in stone at this point, there clearly is a desire among the cast to make something happen in the future. 'What I will say is I would love to,' Sam confirmed. 'It goes without saying that has been my favourite job that I've done, and my favourite people that I've worked with.' The Me Before You actor outlined how special an experience it was to work with the actors and the crew, filming in the 'magical cities' Los Angeles and New Orleans post-Covid. 'With regards to season two, and with regards to a tour, there were initial conversations about doing a tour. The band itself is six actors, and we all have different schedules. We all live in different parts of the world, trying to align, that was proving difficult,' he said. 'Then we had the opportunity of playing at the MTV Movie Awards, which we rehearsed for. We were rehearsing, and I think it was the day before the MTV Movie Awards, the writers' strike happened, so loads of actors and acts were pulling out in solidarity with the writers. We were advised to do the same, so we reluctantly agreed to pull out. 'Then, of course, the actors' strike started, and then by that point, too much time had passed. All of a sudden, [it was] two years on from the show coming out.' In November, Sam was in LA and met up with his co-star Riley Keough and the book's author Taylor, where the three of them were 'conversing and trying to think up ways in which we could get a season two off the ground'. More Trending 'It's not up to us, it's not up to me, it's not up to the fans,' he stressed. 'I feel like if there was a petition made, maybe there's a way in which it could get going. The desire is there. Everyone would want it to be perfect. We don't want to rush anything if there was to ever be anything. But all I know is the desire is there across the board.' In three years, it will have been five years since the show was released. So perhaps that could be a prime time to pop a reunion in the calendar? 'Maybe a five-year anniversary, [we could] get together and do a tour,' Sam said. 'Suki's now making her own music. Will Harrison was in the Bob Dylan biopic. Everyone's so busy, and everyone's had a baby. Suki had a baby, Riley's had a baby. It's gonna be difficult to get all together.' When there's a will, there's a way. Watch the moment This Morning accidentally reveals Love Island bombshell is returning to the villa live on TV
IN an awkward moment on This Morning, TV presenter Jenni Falconer revealed a Love Island bombshell is returning to the villa. Giorgio Russo was appearing on the show to talk about the success of his Lioness sister Alessia Russo at the Women's World Cup. 5 5 5 He could be seen standing outside Buckingham Palace, and answered various questions about Alessia, as well as his time in Casa Amor on Love Island. The bombshell was part of one of the most savage Casa Amor recouplings the show's seen in years. Gio had been given the greenlight to bring back someone new from his friendship partner Billykiss, but the Italian decided to return alone - as a result, he was dumped from the villa. But now presenter Jenni Falconer revealed he'll be returning, as she asked him about the fact that he's gearing up to fly back to Mallorca. She said: 'I mean it's crazy for you because not only are you coming to be a part of this but then you have to fly back to Mallorca after this." Giorgio was then seen looking awkward as he attempted a response to the statement. Neither confirming nor denying that he was off the villa, the dumped star said: "Yeah I do, yeah, yeah, so, um, it'll be good, we'll see." Jenni told Giorgio how exciting it was that he'd be heading back. It's been seen in many past episodes of Love Island that the dumped Islanders will return to the show, often to give their verdicts on the remaining couples. Viewers don't have long to find who will be crowned the winners of the summer series, as the finale is fast approaching. It will air on Monday, August 4, from 9pm to 10.35pm. This year's series has been nothing short of dramatic, and concerned viewers have tuned in to watch the effects of a love triangle unfold. Footballer Harry Cooksley was seemingly happy and was closed off in an exclusive couple with Helena Ford. Shakira then ended her own partnership with Conor Phillips as she admitted that she had 'suppressed emotions' over Harry. The islanders were then shown a damning clip at the Grafties award ceremony that caused major drama. Harry was spotted to be openly flirting with Shakira and suggested it was a "good idea" that they spend time with each other. He then told Conor that he only felt a 'friendship' connection wirth Helena as he called his bond with Shakira more 'natural'. And recent scenes show that Harry and Shakira's romance is getting back on track as they were spotted intimately snuggling together upstairs. After kissing her cheek Shakira turns to Harry and gives him a look of desire. 5
